"How could I not miss this place? The front desk offered service with a smile and seamless Chinese communication, making me feel right at home. Opening the window, I was greeted by the bustling streets of Chinatown. Downstairs, there's a 7-Eleven and Starbucks – the location is absolutely superb. My phone accidentally fell into the gap in the bed, and the front desk staff went above and beyond to help me retrieve it, from lifting a heavy mattress to bending a hanger to use as a tool. These actions truly showed their dedication to solving guest problems. If I ever get the chance to visit Singapore again, this charming and personable hotel will definitely be my top choice! 🏨"
