Great
AAnonymous UserThe room was very comfortable, and the location was excellent – right outside the Chinese Embassy. Plus, there were free snacks during check-in! The staff were really helpful with luggage and arranging taxis. Just a heads-up: avoid the convenience store downstairs; the staff there are incredibly rude and you can't eat inside. There are plenty of other options all over the street anyway!

GGuest UserThis was my second time staying at Ninetree Insadong, the first time booked on a different platform. The location is excellent, right across from Jogyesa Temple (you can book a room with a temple view) and near two subway stations, Anguk on Line 3 (nearer) and Jonggak on Line 1 (slightly farther but still within walking distance). The location made it easy to get around Seoul by public transport and the hotel is also near the airport bus 6011 stop, so you travel to and from the airport easily. I also appreciated the fact that the hotel is right above the Anyoung Insadong mall which made it convenient to grab snacks or drinks or souvenirs from the mall's shops. You also get easy access to Insadong street with lots of eateries, cafes and souvenir shops. The area has a relaxed cultural vibe without being overcrowded. If you are vegetarian or vegan, the area has a number of vegetarian and vegan eateries. The room itself was fairly standard for a four star hotel. The staff were very helpful when I needed to make calls to a local number to arrange something and also helped with communication and translation. Kudos to the wonderful staff.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located a little bit far from the Myeong Dong night market, but it is very convenient to the underground and airport bus station. The hotel is also close to Seoul Tower and Gyeongbokgung Palace. The rooms are very clean, neat and tidy. Also the atmosphere is very quiet. Would come and stay again in the future.

GGuest UserFirst off, the location is absolutely fantastic. There's an outlet mall right downstairs, and the hotel is super close to the subway exit. Plus, a new APM mall just opened nearby and stays open late, which makes shopping incredibly convenient. One evening, I couldn't get a ride-hailing service to pinpoint my location correctly, and the front desk luggage staff were incredibly patient and thorough in helping me contact a taxi. A huge thank you to those two gentlemen for their help, even though I don't know their names. It's easy to get anywhere from here, and there are plenty of dining options too. All in all, it was excellent!
YYqyqlinI would like to commend the majority of your staff for their polite and helpful demeanor. However, I had an unfortunate experience with the male staff who handled our check-in.
Due to an oversight, we had accidentally booked a twin bedroom instead of a king bedroom. When he asked whether we had reserved a twin bed, we responded that it should have been a king bed, not realizing our mistake. At this point, the staff appeared impatient and spoke to us in a rather abrupt manner, stating, “We don’t have rooms with king’s bed now. That’s why I’m asking you.”
While I appreciate his intention to clarify our booking and prevent misunderstandings, I felt that his tone and attitude were unnecessarily stern and made us feel uncomfortable.
I hope that in the future, staff interactions can be handled with greater patience and empathy, especially in situations where guests may have made honest mistakes.

Very Good
GgobacktonovemberThe hotel is very nice + very newly designed hotel.
Pros:
-nearby the sinsa station/area (but required around 5-7 minutes walk there)
-Big and cozy bed for two people
-Toilet with good warm water
-Good amenities
-Good space for 2 luggages to fit (big ones)
-Has a very nice cafe on the rooftop to see seoul city
-Able to see seoul towel from our room!
What to improve/Take note:
-the staff service at night can’t really speak english so sometimes I don’t understand what they say abiutbthe deposit when checking in.
-No microwave/only fridge available
-The walkway is actually on the slope/hills (the picture doesn’t show that much that the hotel is on the hill so anyone who has big luggages or on snow time it is recommended to book an uber on the winter time)

BBokexierdienThe hotel has a great location. It's just two turns away from Chungmuro Subway Station Exit 8. Airport buses 6105 and 6011 also stop near Exit 8, making it very convenient to get to the hotel.
It's a fully self-service hotel with a self-check-in machine that has Chinese language options, which is super handy.
The room door uses a key code, which is easy to operate. The bathroom is very clean, and there's a slight step down from the toilet area to the shower, which prevents water from splashing out.
Myeongdong is also within walking distance. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Seoul.

AAishah’sVery good location in the center of myeondong, share the same building with migliore hotel so don’t get confused, the front desk at 17th floor and need to enter at the back of the building. There’s sign to follow. Room is clean and comfortable for 2 but not big enough to open 2 big luggage. And there’s no sugar provided. Only tea bag and coffee sachet

PpmorrowNice location, it will take about 10 minutes from the metro station. Modern fashionable business location of the Gangnam? Sorry, it is not. Urban beauty of the Seoul is so-so. Cafes or restaurants aren't very close, but not so far. But the sport cafe with evening soccer translation is close and you will hear it all the might very well.
Facilities.. You will have no toothbrush and soap. Only single use shampoo and shower gel that weren't updated even every day. Towels also not refreshed every day. Multiple use sleepers.
Drinking water you may find in the hidden fridge. Electric kettle i have not use. I dont remember, maybe the tea bags where available. Even condoms where but i prefer a toothpaste with toothbrush.
Once i have asked to clean the room it was ignored. But on the third day was done. One time at my 4 night stay.
The best option i have met as EU standard USB 2A phone charger which helped me every night. As i have took chinese standard charger only, so stupid for me. Might be smarter next trip.
Hope my currency rate will grow again and the hotel costs with these weathers will not look so high. But last time i expected more.
Anyway thank you!
MM24qznuzr****This hotel boasts an excellent location, very close to the subway station. Plus, it offers free breakfast, making it great value for money compared to other hotels. The front desk staff, especially one lovely lady, provided fantastic service and patiently helped us store our luggage. I particularly enjoyed the vibrant neighborhood around the hotel. Eating out here is incredibly affordable; I spent over 300 (RMB) on just a small meal in Myeongdong, but I ate a lot in this area for around the same price. I'm not sure what this area is called, but it's really bustling, with bars that serve food even late into the night. If you're coming, I highly recommend trying the all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ near the hotel. There's one place that's particularly good, about 100 RMB per person. It wasn't one of those highly recommended spots online; I just stumbled upon it, but it was genuinely great value. If you're looking for AYCE BBQ, definitely seek it out in this area. Unfortunately, I forgot the name, but it's always packed, mostly with local Korean university students.
