Great
AAnonymous UserThis is a very cozy hostel, tucked away in an alley, but it feels quite safe. There's a tram right outside, so you might hear some noise, but getting an Uber is super convenient. Most main attractions are just a 10-20 minute walk away. The staff can be a bit careless. Even though they're friendly, having a man enter a female dorm room was a bit unsettling. There's a kitchen available for cooking, and it's well-stocked with seasonings. However, the breakfast options are quite limited.

SShanghaiqiushuzhenPros: The room was upgraded to premium, the hotel and the room smelled good, the minibar and refrigerator were free, a pad could control the entire room, the breakfast was rich with both cold and hot dishes, the service was very friendly and they would remember the guest's name to greet them, and the club sandwich from the room service was more delicious than expected! Cons: No HBO, the switch on the wall in the room was too bright and affected my sleep at night, and there was no hook at the door of the shower room, which was inconvenient to put towels.

RRip RipBased on high expectations and experience of luxury hotels: Friendly staff, surprised to have access to room before 11am ( without needing to pay extra) always appreciate when hotels are sensible knowing the room was available and why not. Hotel was delightfully fragranced with good storytelling throughout ; for leisurely enjoyment and increasing our time spent at the hotel. Room was very bright , contemporary design with comfortable easy to manage digital controls for lighting and climate control. Likewise bathroom was spacious and practical. Linen felt luxurious for the “price of hotel” I highly recommend the hotel as I have been to Milano many times and stayed in the centre or near Centrql station but decided to try Navigli area for a change. The subway line was very convenient to go to Brera and actually to Central train station or the Linate airport. We had dinner and also breakfast at the hotel; both occasions exceeded our expectations. True value for money AND delicious , generous portions / offering with excellent bespoke service !!! Will want to stay there again !

GGuest UserOstello Bello Grande is an outstanding travel accommodation. The facilities are exceptionally clean, and the complimentary amenities are on another level compared to other hostels. The social activities are excellent and make it very easy to meet people and enjoy the stay. Highly recommended.

Mmr1010”A Historic Hotel in Milan — A Five-Star 'Home'” During my stay in Milan, I chose a hotel with over 50 years of history. It had no luxurious décor, no smart technology — not even electronic key cards, just traditional brass keys. Yet, the service here reminded me that true hospitality is about people, not facilities. From the attentive reception and concierge team, to the genuine smiles of the housekeeping staff, and even how they remembered the little habits of each guest — every detail conveyed warmth and respect. This stay truly helped me understand the essence of service: real comfort comes from heartfelt care, not from cold technology or lavish hardware. While the facilities may not be five-star, I’d gladly give it a five-star rating for feeling like ”home”. Thank you to the team for your daily greetings — they brought warmth to me while I was unwell.

YYIYIYIIIIThis hotel is really close to the train station, which made getting around super easy. The front desk staff were very friendly, and they even gave us a small snack when we checked out. For the price, we thought it was a great deal! My only slight disappointment was that we left something in the room after checking out and tried to contact the hotel three times, but never heard back. I hope they can improve on that.

MMariel LozanoThe apartment is in a great location close to the metro, buses and the tram. It is a quiet area about 15 minutes from the city center. There were several problems though. We were traveling on dome hot days and we wanted to use the AC. We were informed that it was not the ”season” for AC therefore they would not turn it on. The info on this apartment clearly stated that there was AC. Apparently it's only available at certain times so make sure to check. We were told to open the windows but I stated that I had terrible allergies and there were alot of mosquitos. Of course what happened is that I got really bad allergies and was bitten by mosquitos all over. Also, when you book a place that has a kitchen it is a reasonable expectation that it will have some utensils or plates or a pot or pan. There is absolutely nothing. So if you are planning to cook you would have to bring your own utensils.

GGuest UserThe hotel was extremely basic and outdated. We were honestly not expecting much and we are quite happy with just a clean room. The air conditioner was very old, and the vents were stuck making a light tapping noise every minute. The mini fridge was making extra terrestrial moans and groans, so we unplugged it before going to sleep. The wooden blinds were stuck and ziptied so we had to force them shut before bed. The walls / water pipes are not insulted and you hear every room next to you flushing or having a shower, day and night. The breakfast included basic pastries, toast, cereal, yoghurt which was about what we expected. However, they may have the worst self serve automatic coffee machine we have dealt with in years. Taste was bad, speed was incredibly slow (so there was line ups for coffee).  Would I stay there again? Probably. In a pinch, for the right price, and just one night again

GGuest UserI stayed in this hotel with my friend for travelling. It is really close to the centralle station and all the restaurants. So it was so convenient for us while staying. The staffs were really kind and nice. They explained everything really well. The building was a little old, but it was nice and clean. I think most of the buildings in Milan are old, so it wasn’t a problem for us. In general, we satisfied staying here. they also provided shampoo and body wash, but didn’t provide the hair rinse, so we hadd to buy one from the other store. It isn’t an essential thing, but would been better if we had that since we have long hair. But as I mentioned earlier, we really satisfied about staying here!

WWork travelsGood a night stay before we have to head off from Milan. Nothing Fancy and in the evening, can be a little 'roudy'. but if you reach the hotel like 7/8pm, would be ok.
