Great
GGuest UserFor a hostel, the staff makes all the difference, and the team here is incredibly warm and friendly. You can use a lot of the common facilities, like luggage storage, restrooms, and the kitchen, both before you check in and after you check out. Plus, there's complimentary coffee and tea. There are at least two grocery stores close by, and getting around is super convenient, whether you're walking, taking the bus, or hopping on the subway.

FFiFiChanThis is our second time staying here, and it's been wonderful! The location is hard to beat, so close to Milan Centrale and it's where most of the day trips meet in the morning. Our kids love the pool and the gym, a good way to spend the late afternoon after all the sightseeing and shopping. The shuttle bus service has also saved us a lot of taxi money and time. Definitely a hotel to recommend to those coming to Milan!

GGuest UserMilan is generally average
I have always been more in favor of hotels on the small luxury hotel list. I had a great time staying at TomTom in Istanbul before, but I didn't expect this hotel to disappoint me. I feel that five stars are a bit reluctant, and four stars may be more appropriate.
First of all, the bathroom is very bad, and the bath water will be all over the floor. Secondly, the toilet is too high, and a person who is 170cm tall will have his feet hanging in the air 😂It feels like the toilet will collapse at any time😂
The environment around the hotel is average, a bit dirty and messy.
The advantage is that this is the only hotel that provides slippers at present, which is very good.
DDenisNicely located -- just 5 minutes walk from the Duomo Square. Cafes and restaurants around. Free water at the reception (good to have after spending whole day sightseeing and then getting back to the hotel but forgetting to buy a bottle of water in a supermarket). A tiny negative thing is that the air conditioner did not allow to change the speed and temperature -- the control buttons were there but pressing them had no effect. Breakfast is good in the sense of variety of dishes but could still be better, e.g. fried eggs seemed to be cooked with some additions -- the taste was artificial.

SShanghaiqiushuzhenPros: The room was upgraded to premium, the hotel and the room smelled good, the minibar and refrigerator were free, a pad could control the entire room, the breakfast was rich with both cold and hot dishes, the service was very friendly and they would remember the guest's name to greet them, and the club sandwich from the room service was more delicious than expected!
Cons: No HBO, the switch on the wall in the room was too bright and affected my sleep at night, and there was no hook at the door of the shower room, which was inconvenient to put towels.

NNuannuanshengdanThis hostel is the liveliest I've ever stayed in, and it's a chain too. Their ground floor is bustling and incredibly lively at night! Stays here include a free drink or alcoholic beverage.
The quad room isn't huge, but it's much better than the one I had in Nice. It's a bit of a walk from the train station; you have to drag your luggage for a while, and it's all cobblestones. Hotels in Milan were so expensive at the time, over 500 [currency unit] a night, so I only stayed one night.
I traveled from France to the Lampugnano bus station, then took the subway to Lima and walked to the hotel.

DduguguirenNot too far from the city center, it's about a 4-stop metro ride or a 45-minute walk to the Duomo. There's a medium-sized Carrefour just a two-minute walk away, and the Line 4 metro station entrance is a five-minute walk. The room itself is tiny, but the bathroom is surprisingly spacious. You can ask for a kettle at the front desk. There were only two power outlets, which was a bit inconvenient. I stayed for two nights, and they not only cleaned the room but also tidied up, even placing my boots and slippers, which I'd left on the floor, neatly in their designated spots.
YYIYIYIIIIThis hotel is really close to the train station, which made getting around super easy. The front desk staff were very friendly, and they even gave us a small snack when we checked out. For the price, we thought it was a great deal! My only slight disappointment was that we left something in the room after checking out and tried to contact the hotel three times, but never heard back. I hope they can improve on that.

HHuajuangcyThe rooms are tiny, and even a 0.8m bed costs thousands. This place is decent, mainly because of its excellent location right by the train station.
Milan is hosting the Winter Olympics, so accommodation is incredibly expensive, almost ridiculously so.
The restaurant, however, is quite good.

AAnonymous UserThe room itself was clean and quite minimalistic. Housekeeping deserves credit: the room was cleaned every day, towels were changed regularly, and the bathroom was kept tidy. In terms of cleanliness, there were no complaints at all.
However, the bathroom layout is a serious downside. The shower is extremely narrow, and because it only has a shower curtain instead of a rigid door, it is very uncomfortable to use. The curtain constantly sticks to your wet body, which makes showering frustrating rather than relaxing. On top of that, the water pressure is below average, so it takes longer to rinse off and doesn’t feel very refreshing.
Another major issue was the temperature in the room. Even with the heating turned on, it was very cold, especially in the evenings and at night. This significantly affected comfort and made the stay less pleasant, particularly during colder weather.
The room itself is quite small and basic, but acceptable for a short stay if you don’t plan to spend much time inside. The furnishings are simple, and everything feels a bit outdated, though functional.
In summary, this hotel might be suitable for a short budget stay in Milan if cleanliness is your main priority. However, the very narrow shower with an inconvenient curtain, low water pressure, and poor heating make it hard to fully recommend.
