"We were upgraded to the family room that comes with a private jacuzzi. The built in speakers on the ceilings were impressive. The shower head was however broken."

"The location is a bit remote, which is inconvenient if you don't have your own car. While the hotel has both Chinese and Western restaurants, the Western one is closed on certain days. Without a reservation, finding a table for lunch at the Chinese restaurant can be difficult, potentially forcing you to dine elsewhere. The bathroom facilities are old and outdated, and there weren't enough towels provided. There's a public recreational area with some activities suitable for children and young adults. The private soaking tub in the room, where you can bathe at your leisure, is the only redeeming feature."

"Our family always makes it a habit to find a hotel near Fengjia Night Market when we visit, and we've been doing it for years. This was our first time staying at this particular hotel, and we booked a quad room. The room was incredibly spacious, and parking was convenient. Since we checked in on a Saturday, we could have reserved the shuttle bus to Fengjia for 30 NTD per person. However, we decided to challenge ourselves to walk there and back. It was a bit of a trek, about 10-15 minutes one way, which was a little far but not unbearable. The breakfast was a buffet, and I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit and vegetable juice machine – that was super fun! Overall, I'd definitely consider staying here again. The only downside was... by the time we wanted a late-night snack, we were already too full from the night market food, so we just went downstairs for a bubble tea and headed back to the room!"

"It was a theme park hotel. Very far from town. The hotel was not a bad one, the facilities inside are good, but it can be better for the price range. The theme park is very old, and rather run down, some equipments were closed and abandoned with rust... not a bad one, but consider the price paid, it was not value for money...will revisit if the theme park go thru major renovation."

"December 30, 2025 to January 1, 2026. The location is good, the scenery is nice, but the trees need some trimming. The room is a bit old, but clean and spacious. The indoor hot spring tub is also clean, and the water is very comfortable. I didn't go to the public tub because I don't like being crowded with other people. The breakfast needs improvement; it wasn't very good. There's practically no soundproofing; you can hear several people walking outside. There aren't many restaurants nearby, and the selection is limited, which might be inconvenient for stays longer than two days. The nearby hot spring town is pitifully small, with only a few shops; it hardly qualifies as a street. Check-in is at 5 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, which is a significant drawback."

"Overall, I was quite disappointed. Right from check-in, the staff couldn't find my reservation, and they even asked for my surname in English, and the number and gender of guests, which was a bit odd. I noticed a lot of things because I was waiting for my luggage in the lobby for a very long time. The seating area around the art installation in the lobby was dusty, especially the back rows, and the outdoor area was full of fallen leaves. While I was busy with my child and family arranging crafts, my luggage had already been taken to the room. When I realized I needed my carry-on bag, the staff said they would retrieve it from the room for me (we hadn't even checked into the room yet). I had a carry-on with my child's daily essentials, and my child needed to use the restroom. So, we waited in the lobby for that bag for nearly 20 minutes. Regarding the other facilities, the welcome tea was incredibly simple. The window in our room had large water stains on the glass (I initially thought it was fog). Below our room, there was an area with weeds and what looked like abandoned moss, which felt out of place. It seemed like the most effort the hotel put in was the gardening, and I couldn't understand why this particular area existed; it was a huge contrast. Considering all meal costs are extra, it really didn't offer good value for money at all. The food, however, was very good, and the laundry service was a plus. All the staff members were friendly and welcoming. If the room rates were lower, I might consider revisiting. But if the prices and facilities remain as they are, I won't be returning."
