"Arrived quite late, but staff were there to guide me from the car and help with luggage. KK at the front desk processed my check-in quickly and smoothly. I had plans for the next day, so KK kindly arranged a quieter room for me, which I really appreciated. 🙏🏻 The room was refreshingly cool upon entering, as the air conditioning had already been turned on. The bedding was also very comfortable, leading to a pleasant night's sleep. The hotel features many traditional Chinese paintings of flowers and birds, and upon closer inspection, each one is unique – clearly a lot of effort went into them. Since I arrived late, I didn't book breakfast, but I heard it's served until 12 PM, so I'll definitely try it next time. Overall, it's highly recommended."

"Five-star rating for Pullman Sanya Bay! Our stay here was absolutely fantastic, and I especially want to highlight the amazing in-house photography service. The room had an incredible view with a 180° ocean-view balcony; we could literally gaze at the turquoise sea from bed. In the evening, watching the orange sunset was incredibly atmospheric. The room itself was clean and tidy, and the bedding was so soft, ensuring a very restful sleep. The hotel also has a private pathway directly to the beach, which is super convenient as you don't have to cross any roads. The garden, coconut groves, infinity pool, and patio swing chairs are all perfect spots for stunning photos. We pre-booked the photo shoot, and the photographer was an expert on all the best shooting locations within the hotel. They patiently guided our poses, adjusted the lighting, and were incredibly gentle throughout, never rushing us. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase extra photos, and the original shots were already excellent quality. The retouched photos are definitely going to be the highlight of my vacation on social media. The staff were attentive and detailed in their service, and the breakfast selection was extensive. The pool and children's facilities were all excellent. This hotel truly offers a one-stop solution for relaxation, vacation, and photo opportunities. I'll definitely choose this place again when I visit Sanya next time. Highly recommended!"

"I was a bit unsure based on the mixed reviews I saw online, but I decided to try it out, and I really enjoyed the lively atmosphere. The environment is quite good, and I wish I could have stayed longer. The performances were excellent, and I'll definitely come back. The milk tea was decent, typical Hong Kong-style milk tea – not too strong, so I didn't have trouble sleeping. The kids' breakfast had a good variety, which I loved, especially after eating too many 'Western' dishes at other hotels in the past few days. I have a kid's palate and ate a lot of bread because it was so delicious. Next time, I'll try the Hainan-style restaurant. Previously, hotels like this usually offered luggage delivery services, but for some reason, many have canceled them. I was happy to find this hotel still provides it. The service was excellent, and there were even rabbits to play with! Facilities: Good, very retro. Cleanliness: Clean. Environment: Quite spacious. Service: The housekeeping, security, and butler staff were great. The front desk even helped me with my bags. Double Aerial Seaview Zipline: Thrilling!"

"I was absolutely wowed the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby! The high ceilings paired with cloud-shaped chandeliers and a dynamic wave sculpture created a grand and artistic design. The marble walls and lighting added a luxurious touch, making every corner Instagram-worthy. What a fantastic first impression! I was so pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel had added a yoga studio this stay! The overall ambiance is incredibly comfortable; the all-glass design provides excellent natural light, making it bright and clean, and the blue yoga mats instantly made me feel relaxed. All the equipment – yoga rings, foam rollers, yoga blocks – were new and neatly organized. Even the mirrors and resting area were thoughtfully arranged. Doing a yoga session here in the morning, with the breeze and the outdoor scenery, was truly the most healing part of my vacation. This hotel really understands what guests need! I found my vacation zen in the new yoga studio 🌿 After my session, I felt completely stretched out, and my mind slowed down. A vacation isn't just about lazing around; a yoga session here is a real re-energizing moment. And the hotel's sky garden is simply delightful 🌅 Lying on the lawn watching the sunset in the evening, with the sky painted in soft pink and orange hues, was magical. The palm trees, sun loungers, and shell-shaped installations made for perfect vacation photo ops. The garden is immaculately maintained, with lush greenery. It's ideal for sunbathing and unwinding, or chatting with friends – truly a little oasis hidden in the city, providing a full-blown vacation vibe! The time spent here just gazing at the sea was incredibly relaxing. I found the perfect way to unwind on vacation in the hotel's sky garden 🌿 The evening breeze carried the scent of the ocean, and lying on a sun lounger watching the sunset slowly fall, doing absolutely nothing, felt incredibly peaceful. The hotel's seafood buffet is absolutely incredible! Especially the sashimi section – the freshness and variety are top-notch! Salmon, tuna, octopus, and other sashimi were all freshly sliced, with beautiful marbling and a sweet, tender texture, completely free of any fishy taste. It was incredibly satisfying. Besides sashimi, the seafood stalls had a rich selection of ingredients, and there were also many unique Japanese cuisine stations. The overall atmosphere was great, and even the photo spots were super creative, allowing for both dining and great pictures. If you're on vacation, you *have* to try this – experiencing seafood freedom on holiday is just the best feeling! 💯 I was so touched by the housekeeper's thoughtful service during our family stay! Knowing we had a child, the housekeeper proactively prepared kids' toiletries and bathrobes for us, and even kindly reminded us of the kids' club hours and pool safety precautions. They took care of us throughout our stay, quickly resolving any issues, which made our family vacation so much easier and stress-free! The room service was excellent! The room was spotless inside and out, and the bedding was fresh and comfortable. The cleanliness of the room truly exceeded expectations! The floors, tables, and bathroom were all meticulously cleaned, with not a speck of dust in the corners. The bedding was also changed promptly, making our stay very reassuring. The cleaning staff were very thorough and friendly, always greeting us when they passed by. Their service was very thoughtful, showing attention to detail in everything they did. With kids, cleanliness is paramount, and the hotel's room cleaning was superb. Every day, returning to the room felt like staying in a brand new space – clean, fresh, and utterly delightful. "I had seen promotions for this hotel before, with its balconies offering direct sea views and the beach just across the road. After reading various reviews, I almost missed out on this wonderful hotel. But then I decided to just go for it, thinking that when you're on vacation, the main thing is to have fun and overlook any minor issues. From the moment I arrived, the young man at the hotel proactively helped with my luggage. Then, the young man at the front desk warmly greeted me and patiently explained everything for the next day, which was very thoughtful. The room they assigned me was incredibly satisfying – spacious, bright, clean, and fresh. The housekeeping staff managed to keep the room looking just as it did on check-in every day. As someone who used to work in hotels, I truly admire their dedication. When I checked out, the young lady at the front desk was also very polite in greeting and seeing me off. "This is my second time here, and I absolutely love the courtyard room type. The room is spacious, and the courtyard is very comfortable. Last time, I connected with Stella here, and this time, as soon as I arrived, I was given a coconut voucher. The service has been excellent, with continuous follow-ups on my experience. "So close to the beach, it really gives off those vacation vibes. The public areas aren't top-tier beautiful, but still quite nice and very Instagrammable. There weren't crowds at the hotel or on the beach, which was a huge improvement compared to the nearby TY – miles better, actually. A special shout-out to the breakfast – it was fantastic! Everything tasted fresh, no compromises, and there were lots of local specialties, like the Zao Po Cu noodles, which were super delicious. The breakfast spread offered a great variety too (definitely excellent for a hotel in this price range). The service was also very thoughtful; on Dragon Boat Festival, they gave us delicious Zongzi that tasted homemade, not like the frozen kind. We even received a small souvenir charm and a refreshing cold towel for our face when we checked in. All these little details really added to the experience."

"I had such an amazing stay at the JW Marriott Hotel Sanya Dadonghai Bay. The location is honestly perfect — everything you need is right there. You can simply walk down to the beach, enjoy water activities, and explore so many restaurants nearby. It’s the kind of place where you never feel isolated because there’s always something happening around you. One of the things I loved most is that the hotel is connected to the Shanhaitian Resort Sanya, Autograph Collection. If you’re staying at JW Marriott, you can also enjoy their pools and facilities, which really adds to the whole experience. The hotel itself has so much to offer, especially for families. There are daily kids’ activities, and my son was never bored — there was always something fun planned. The playground is huge and honestly looks futuristic, like something out of a movie. It’s such a dream space for children. They also have a beautiful swimming pool, which makes it even more enjoyable to spend your days there. I also visited Casa Corona Beach Club, and it was such a vibe. The atmosphere, the food, and the whole setting made it a really memorable experience. The spa was another highlight — so relaxing and exactly what you need when you’re trying to unwind and take care of yourself. On top of that, the service throughout the hotel was incredible. The staff really made everything feel smooth, welcoming, and special. It’s honestly just a great place to be with your family. I would highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a beautiful beachfront stay with lots of activities, especially if you’re traveling with kids. It truly has everything — location, experiences, and comfort."
