"Pros: Front desk staff were helpful and spoke good English. The hotel room was spacious enough for opening suitcases. Bathroom was nice, had countertop space. Lots of countertop space in the room as well. Fridge. Hangers and wardrobe space for coats. Ocean view was worth it, especially watching the sunrise on our balcony. Beds were comfortable. The breakfast was especially impressive and worth it - they even had a bibimbap station and jeju orange juice. Wish they had clearer labeling on what is vegetarian and vegan - but it is Korea. Quick taxi drive from the airport. Location was good for anyone looking to do bus tours in Jeju, as most of the pickup locations were nearby. Cons: Pillow was a bit flat. You can kinda see the person showering even if the blinds are drawn but you really have to be looking - just something to be mindful of."

"We stayed in a double plus single bed room facing the airport/ocean. It was a lovely view. Check in and check were both pretty smooth. Room size is okay for small family. Bathroom comes air heated bidet which is appreciative during cold months. The bed were very comfortable and we have a very restful night. Location is seems to be surrounded by lots of restaurants catered to PRC tourists. Even walking on the street feels like we are in China. Shops like Innisfree and Olive Young are just steps away from the entrance. It makes a good airport hotel as the drive is only 15mins. Hotel also provides free airport shuttle stating from 7am."

"The hotel's location is a bit inconvenient for major attractions, but the bed is very comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped. There's also a great coffee machine with good coffee in the lobby. We had a room with a sea view and thoroughly enjoyed it. There are several restaurants within walking distance. Overall, the value for money is excellent."

"This was my first trip abroad, and safety was a big concern, so I looked at a lot of places. I finally settled on this one. At first, I thought the price was a bit high, but it really turned out to be great. First off, when checking in, I'd seen reviews saying the front desk service wasn't good. However, all three staff members I interacted with over these two days (two young women – one with excellent Chinese, one with a little Chinese – and one young man with average Chinese) had fantastic attitudes and provided great service. When we left, they even helped us call a taxi. Next, the room was very similar to the all-season hotels I stay in back home, with a minimalist wooden style and excellent cleanliness. Since we stayed two days, we requested cleaning on the second day, and when we returned in the afternoon, it was spotless. As for the location, this hotel is right on a major intersection, which is incredibly convenient. Five steps out of the hotel entrance, you can see UC diagonally to your right, and Shilla Duty Free diagonally to your left. About twenty steps to the left, across from Shilla, there's a bus stop. KFC is right next to the hotel entrance on the left. There are tons of snack shops nearby. There are also three ABC stores (one of which had super cheap shoes on discount, and two that didn't, the closest ones), and several Olive Young stores, both big and small. I'm getting sidetracked! Anyway, in short, the location, service, and room cleanliness were all excellent. If any of my friends are planning to visit, I'd definitely recommend they stay here, even if the price is a bit high. "The room feels a little small for 3 people with lugguages. But great location, 10mins walk to Jungmun Market and shopping district. Car Park lots are quite limited. As we stayed during winter, the pool was closed. But there's a gym and the staff are friendly!"

"Located near Hamdeok Beach, the off-season price was great. The hotel is tucked away in an alley and has a parking tower, but there aren't many flat parking spaces and they're hard to get. There's a free public parking lot not too far away. The front desk staff were very friendly and explained how to use the parking facilities. The breakfast was a highlight – clean, hygienic, and with a diverse selection. Even though there was only one person working in the restaurant during the off-season, she was always smiling, which brightened my mood! The room was large, but the design lacked a bit of privacy (perhaps suitable for couples). The toilet area with a clear glass partition was a bit awkward. There were no hangers provided in the room, and the power outlets were strangely placed and blocked by furniture. The sink was designed too low – I don't know who designed it, but they should be fired. Overall, staff/breakfast get 5 stars, location 4, and room amenities/design 3. It would still be a good choice if visiting in the summer."

"Avoid this place! The only positives are the spacious rooms and nice decor. 1. The service staff were unprofessional and somewhat cold. Upon check-in, there was no one to help with luggage, nor was a shuttle available. Our room was a bit of a walk, and we had to drag our suitcases ourselves. 2. I called the front desk and was told breakfast was from 6 AM to 10 AM. However, upon arriving just after 6 AM, I found out it actually started at 7 AM, which was a complete waste of time. As we were in a hurry to leave, our request for even a little fruit or bread was refused. (We paid for breakfast, so a little compensation or flexibility would have been appropriate.) 3. The air conditioning was incredibly noisy at night. 4. Room amenities were poor. No complimentary bottled water was provided (we had to buy it from a nearby supermarket), and basic items like toothbrushes and toothpaste were missing. 5. There were a lot of bugs, including large cockroaches. 6. The location is quite remote."

"Second time staying at this hotel. The sea view room offers a great view, especially on a clear day. For the price, it's really excellent value for money. There's a bus stop right downstairs and a CU convenience store, making it quite convenient overall. Getting to the airport or city by taxi is also easy, perfect for those who enjoy a slower-paced trip. Worth mentioning is their fried chicken – it's absolutely delicious! Make sure to eat it while it's hot; it's incredibly, incredibly tender. Highly recommend!"

"The room I booked has a jacuzzi overlooking the beautiful sea view. The decor has old European style to it. Pretty romantic. The room is a bit small but is clean and well maintained. There a few restaurants and cafes within walking distance and I can continue to enjoy the sea view while eating my meals or drinks."
