This is the 3rd time I spend a couple of days at this wonderful hotel. Everything is so clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. And the best thing is the location, with a great shopping area around. My number 1 place to stay in Beijing.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family and it was an absolute delight! This place is a haven for families seeking comfort and convenience. The room was incredibly spacious, allowing us to move around comfortably. My son was over the moon with the bathtub – it was a definite highlight of his stay! One standout feature was the presence of two bathrooms, which proved to be a game-changer in terms of convenience. No more morning rush hour! I must give a special shout-out to the desk guy, Leo, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. His excellent service truly made a difference. The location is also a major plus – surrounded by numerous restaurants, we were spoiled for choice when it came to dining options. It's a huge relief not having to venture far for a delicious meal. All in all, this hotel exceeded our expectations and provided us with a fantastic family experience. We'll definitely be returning on our next visit!

My recent stay at the Beijing Tiananmenwangfujing Manxin Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with a sense of tranquility and elegance that set the tone for my entire trip. The hotel's modern design, infused with subtle touches of traditional Chinese aesthetics, creates a truly unique and welcoming atmosphere. Location, Location, Location: The hotel's location is unbeatable. Situated just steps away from Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, and the bustling Wangfujing shopping street, it's the perfect base for exploring the city's iconic landmarks and vibrant culture. The convenient access to the metro station also made it easy to venture further afield. Comfort and Convenience: My room was a haven of comfort and style. The spacious layout, plush bedding, and modern amenities provided everything I needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the complimentary bottled water and the well-stocked tea and coffee station. Exceptional Service: What truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional staff. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always went above and beyond to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible. I must specifically commend their honesty and efficiency. After I accidentally left a necklace in my room, they promptly contacted me and arranged for its safe return. This act of kindness truly exemplified their commitment to guest satisfaction. Beyond Expectations: The Manxin Hotel Wangfujing exceeded my expectations in every way. It's a perfect blend of modern comfort, traditional charm, and outstanding service. Whether you're visiting Beijing for business or leisure, I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable experience.

Apartment is clean, spacious and well maintained. Housekeeping does an excellent job. Apartment has everything we need for a comfortable stay: microwave, washer dryer, hair dryer, study desk, dining table and cutleries. Front desk was quick to react to feedback. Located in an alley in a lovely neighbourhood and requires just a short walk to 2 main streets.
PARK PLAZA BEIJING

Guomao Area
15 stars!! My partner and I visted for 4 days and we have never felt so comfortable at a hotel. Customer service was beyond exceptional and staff was more than accommodating to all our requests. Although I couldn't communicate in English with them, their wechat app chat is 24/7 (even at 4am) and they respond immediately with English translation in wechat. Even after the trip, I still miss the staff and their smiley faces, and our favorite mini robot delivery machine that goes around the hotel because we see their familiar faces every morning and night time. The robot delivers all our late night desserts and breakfast, we practically lived in the hotel and didn't want to leave in the morning. They communicate with you on wechat regarding housekeeping services, all the needs were met by text message and it was the most friendly and convenient customer service we have ever received. Beijing is well advanced and we took full advantage of their technology to get things done efficiently and quickly. We requested them to deliver our luggage to the airport because we were running late for our flight and they loaded the taxi to get our luggage to us at the airport. Im sure the staff knows us at this point which is great, because you wont get this tailored service at bigger hyatt chains etc. For the price at which we paid for these 4 nights was equivalent to 1 night at a cramped hotel in Japan. The location allowed the price to be lower than other big hotels but it wasn't an issue at all because we just DiDi taxi to all our attractions anyway. The cost of uber was so minor that it can be justified because the hotel was so reasonably inexpensive. My partner and I were extremely impressed in every single aspect of hotel living. And im not done! The amenities were the best we received. The king size bed was super comfortable, more than our own bed at home. I wanted to buy their bedsheets and pillows, must try and highly recommended. We traveled a lot of other cities but park plaza had the most comfortable slippers! The towels were new and white and cleaned daily and folded. They opened 2021 and some of their bedsheets were dated so thats a lot of reassurance youre getting new towels etc. They had all the regular toiletries refilled and complimentary water every day. Windows were automatically button controlled. The best part was the open concept washroom. The layout of the hotel room was perfect for two people. Also where do you get 9ft ceilings in a hotel room? Clean fresh air in our room. It was the most amazing experience and this is not a paid advertisement haha. 15 stars out of 10 and unforgettable experience. Thank you Park Plaza you made our honeymoon trip very memorable 💖

I stayed at Regent Beijing from June 1-3, 2024, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel’s central location made exploring the city very convenient. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, ensuring I felt at home throughout my stay. My room was not only spacious but also beautifully decorated, offering a stunning city view. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a wide range of delicious choices. I also enjoyed an exquisite dinner at their restaurant, where the cuisine and service were top-notch. Regent Beijing exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it. I'm looking forward to my next visit!
Beijing Shangguanyi Homestay

Yanqing Resort Area
This is a beautiful hotel situated in the mountainous region of Beijing. The surroundings and view from the hotel are breathtaking at sunset and weather was extremely good during our stay. STAFF The staff were amount the most helpful and friendly that I have encountered in China thus far and I have been here more than five years and traveled to many destinations. They do not speak English but are very ready to use a translation APP or WeChat to communicate. The staff are very accommodating and even took special requests regarding the menu. FOOD The food was very well prepared and tasted delicious. Their menu unfortunately does not have pictures and the translations may be tricky if you are not particularly familiar with Chinese cuisine. Nevertheless, the food that we at was fresh, tasty and of high quality. We were able to BBQ by ourselves by reserving it a day in advance. The staff will also help you BBQ if needed. LOCATION The hotel is situated far from the city and a sense of comfort can be experienced knowing that you have left the hustle and bustle of the city behind. However, make sure all amenities and personal effects that you may need are with you as you cannot get same day delivery services. There were some construction vehicles which made noise occasionally in the area but I would suspect this is temporary and will soon pass. ROOM The rooms are beautiful and we experiences no dysfunctional amenities in the bedroom. The linen on the beds were crisp and clean, the room was clean upon arrival and daily cleaning is offered. Overall cleanliness was very good. The washroom area is stocked with a loofa, toothbrushes and toothpaste tubes, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, razor, hand towels, cups and reasonable space for personal toiletries too. POOL AREA The outdoor patio looks out onto the pool. The water was well maintained and some pool toys were provided by the hotel. The pool area could use some maintenance, for example, around the stairs there are a couple loose tiles on the stair face and some weeding around the footpath could be done. Other than this, the environment is completely mesmerising and leaves one completely relaxed. Calming music is played throughout the day at a low volume. At night, this area is well lit and the scenery beautiful. BAR The bar is well stocked with spirits but a slightly wider variety and maybe the addition of a drinks menu would definitely improve this. ROOFTOP The hotel has a rooftop deck perfect for sundowners and viewing the surrounding mountains. Tables and chairs are provided on the rooftop.
Beijing Lezai Nanluo Boutique Hotel

Houhai Area
This is a cozy boutique hotel set within old traditional buildings. Location is right in center of the popular Nanluoguxiang shopping street. Few minutes walk from the subway. We travelled as 3 couples (6 adults), so we booked the family suite which was advertised as 3 beds in 1 suite suitable for 6 adults. Unfortunately the description of this suite was a little lacking and we realised that it is actually 2 beds in the living room without separating walls or doors while the 3rd bed is in the upstairs loft. And there is only 1 bathroom in the loft for the whole suite. The shower had hot water but pressure was not as strong as we liked. The suite comes with a pantry with fridge, electric hob, kettle and washing machine (laundry detergent pods included). And all of these including the snacks and drinks are complimentary. The staff will take your clothes to the dryer for you and placed them back in your room when done. They also offer complimentary coffee / tea all day in the dining room with some simple snacks. Breakfast is a mix of simple western and chinese options (like beef noodle and wonton soup). Yummy and adequately satisfying to start the day. We also loved that they offered small complimentary accessory items like heat packs to warm your hands, lighters, nail clippers, etc. What the suite lacked, the staff made up in abundance. For a small boutique hotel, the service was amazing. Even with the language barrier, the staff were always smiling and willing to help make our stay as comfortable and worry-free as possible. We like to praise a staff in particular, Xiaoyan. We dealt with her more than others and she was the best. We had trouble hailing cars to get around the city, so she offered to book the cars for us using her personal account. She then paid for the car hire with her own money first and trusted us to then pay her back at a later time at our convenience. And on the day of our checking out, we needed to send our luggage to another hotel while we continued on our tour. Again Xiaoyan and her colleagues, helped to arrange a car to take our luggage to the next hotel. And because we were not going with our luggage, one of her colleague offered to escort our luggage to ensure they got there safely. They did all this without us asking and without asking for any compensation (we did tip them for their helpfulness and generosity). We definitely recommend this hotel for all the complimentary services and items they offer but mostly because of the staff and service. But maybe consider booking individual rooms with attached bath.

I stayed for two nights with my two-and-a-half-year-old baby. It was a great experience. The entire hotel is built in Daoxiang Lake Park, and the environment is very good. The lawn at the entrance of the VIP building is very good, and the light and shadow are very beautiful. The children's playground near the hotel is especially suitable for babies, and the price is not expensive. The VIP building is newly renovated, the facilities are very good, the bathtub is very comfortable, and the baby takes a bath every night. The baby and his friends love the big TV. They don't watch it much at home, but they are completely free when they come out to play. The service attitude is very good, so good that I can't believe I haven't left Beijing yet hahahaha. The breakfast restaurant is still under renovation. The banquet hall used for dining is currently used. Although the environment is average, the taste is good. The pancakes are worth queuing, and the wontons are also delicious. In the middle, I took the baby to climb Phoenix Ridge. It is also close to other scenic spots, and the key is that there is no traffic jam! An underestimated hotel for taking babies, I will come to brush it twice!
