Perfect
GGuest UserMinimalist and Healing Vibes
Stepping into the lobby, I was instantly soothed by the refreshing orange fragrance, washing away all travel fatigue. The design is minimalist yet tasteful, with warm lighting creating a cozy and upscale atmosphere. The room was clean and odor-free, with smart controls throughout. I loved being able to voice-control the lights and curtains – super lazy-friendly! The bedding was incredibly soft, like sinking into a cloud, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a full night's sleep. This place truly excels in the details, making it perfect for both business trips and leisure travel!

LLipengzhixieThe hotel's location is superb, just a few minutes' walk from Sanyuanqiao subway station. The front desk staff were incredibly efficient, making the check-in process quick and seamless. The room, though not large, was clean, tidy, and well-maintained, with a smart layout. The bedding and pillows were very comfortable.

GGuest UserI specifically brought my kids to Universal Studios and decided to stay here for two nights. I debated for a long time whether to stay at a Universal hotel or nearby, and I'm so glad I chose this place. Upon arrival, I thought the hotel was particularly beautiful and very new.
Check-in was on the eighth floor. From the floor-to-ceiling windows on the eighth floor, you can get a really clear view of Hogwarts Castle. We were given a corner room on the tenth floor, which was very quiet, though a bit of a walk from the elevator.
The room had two 1.3-meter beds, which was enough for me and my two kids. There's also a capsule coffee machine in the room, so I could make coffee in the morning. I didn't opt for the hotel breakfast because we woke up late.
The hotel's location is excellent. It's a 5-minute taxi ride to Universal Studios, and right next door is the Wangfujing Bayland shopping mall, which is huge. You can walk directly through the hotel's third floor to the mall, which is incredibly convenient and keeps you out of the sun.
Back to the room: it has two small vanity sinks, so families don't have to crowd. The toilet and shower are separate, but the water pressure in the shower was too low, possibly because we were on the 10th floor. I hope they can improve this; showering wasn't a great experience. On the top floor, there's a bar that's beautiful at night, but they don't allow minors, even for dining, which was a shame. I took the kids up to see the view but we had to go back to the room. There's also a Sichuan restaurant on the 10th floor.
The reception area on the eighth floor has a section for hotel afternoon tea, which overlooks the Universal Studios park.
There's a swimming pool on the 10th floor. It's not a huge area, but it's quite lovely. I went to take a look but didn't swim. I asked, and it closes at 10:30 PM.
After check-out, you can store your luggage on the first floor and then go shopping at the mall.
Overall, this hotel offers incredible value for money. Staying here for Universal Studios means you save enough money to buy an Express Pass, which is fantastic!

GGuest UserThe location is great, very close to the subway, especially Line 8, which is super convenient for watching the flag-raising ceremony and exploring Qianmen Street for food and shopping. The decor is a bit dated, and there's no mini-fridge, but the wide bedside table is very practical, and the bay window is perfect for families. The service was good; they even upgraded us to a room with a view of Zhengyangmen Gate, which was fantastic. Breakfast wasn't very convenient though.

GGGBOND0506Staying in the Renaissance Jinmao Suite was a great experience. The space is well-designed with a clear separation between the living room and bedroom, perfect for both business meetings and relaxation without disruption. The high-floor, floor-to-ceiling windows offer expansive views, and in the evening, you can see the Forbidden City's red walls and the old city, creating a wonderful blend of ancient and modern vibes. The entire suite has a light luxury wooden decor, and the facilities are well-maintained. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the bathtub by the window offers an excellent view. The double-pane windows effectively block out city noise, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. The front desk service was thoughtful, and they even prepared an exquisite welcome gift. The only minor drawback is that some of the hardware is a bit dated, but overall, it's great value for money and suitable for both business trips and leisure travel.

GGuest UserNice hotel which was located right at the centre of most places of interest. Going to Forbidden City was just a leisurely walk away, albeit a long one. Qianmen, wangfujin, Olympic Park, etc were easily reached via metro line 8 and the station was just beside the hotel. Not forgetting the delivery robots which would deliver the ordered food from ******* right to your doorstep. The overall experience was great and we had good rest and sleep at night too.

TTubaluThe room was quite spacious, and the price was reasonable. It's super close to the airport, and the shuttle service for pick-up and drop-off was very punctual. Breakfast was decent too. China Southern Airlines' brand is pretty good overall, so I'm giving it a positive review as encouragement.
Mmayday5525We brought our kids to Beijing for the May Day holiday. After a long search, we settled on this hotel and were very satisfied.
1. **Excellent Location:** It's located near Longfu Temple, very close to Dongsi Station (Metro Lines 5/6) and National Art Museum Station (Metro Line 8). We walked to Jingshan Park and Wangfujing. You can also enjoy a city walk around Dongsi.
2. **Spacious Room:** Our room was quite large, probably around 40 square meters. Finding such a spacious room in this location is a rarity.
3. **Well-Equipped Facilities:** The hotel has excellent facilities, including a microwave, induction cooktop, and toaster (though we didn't use them). The most convenient feature is the washing machine, which also has a dryer! This was incredibly helpful. I've used washing machines with dryers in other hotels before, and sometimes they don't dry completely or leave clothes very wrinkled. This washing machine's 3-hour and 10-minute drying cycle dried everything thoroughly and with minimal wrinkles. Thumbs up! What's even more thoughtful: the hotel provides laundry detergent (we didn't know this beforehand and bought our own).
4. **Friendly Staff:** The staff were warm and welcoming. You can also add the butler on WeChat for easy inquiries about basic matters. If you order takeout, a robot will even deliver it to your room, so you don't have to go downstairs to pick it up.
5. **Room for Improvement:** If there's one minor thing that could be improved, it would be the attention to detail in the cleaning.
Overall, it was a truly satisfying stay. Highly recommend.

Very Good
RRudyMadrigalI’m truly grateful for this specific service apartment—it has been absolutely ideal for my stay in Beijing. It fits my needs perfectly, and I feel safe and at ease staying here.
Due to my severe allergies, I could not stay in a standard hotel. Outside food holds too many hidden risks, filled with unknown plants and herbs that trigger my reactions. Cooking for myself is the only way I can stay healthy.
I recently tried breakfast here and accidentally ate Chinese cured bacon, mistaking it for regular bacon. It was smoked with local vegetation I’m allergic to, which immediately caused an allergic response.
This experience showed me how vital this service apartment truly is. Having a full kitchen lets me control every ingredient I eat. In an unfamiliar city where so many foods carry hidden allergens, this apartment gives me the safety and stability I desperately need.
GGuest UserBooked for five nights, from Feb 13th to 18th. We decided to take our child on a trip before the Chinese New Year. Honestly, I expected a standard room for around 300 RMB during this time to be just 'barely acceptable,' and the hotel lobby was quite small, more like a guesthouse. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the room. It was clean and tidy, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet. The only drawback was that the space was a bit small, but the bed wasn't tiny. For a family of four (two adults, two kids), one large bed didn't feel cramped at all. The only real issue in winter was not having enough space to hang clothes. I imagine a deluxe standard room or a family room would be much better.
The hotel is conveniently located; exit and turn left, and in about a hundred meters, you'll reach F-exit of Caishikou Subway Station, making lines 4 and 7 easily accessible. It's also not far from Niujie; you can take a bus for just one yuan, which is about two stops away. We actually walked back to the hotel after having dinner in Niujie.
