KKarlos88Great location, so close to subway. Also massive shopping centres with many food options and shopping options. Staff were very friendly and the overall hotel vibe is very young and chill. Can see why it ranked number 1 place in 4 star hotels.
Management has done a fantastic job with the hotel. Laundry room seemed clean and modern and new, same with the lobby facilities.
Generous mini bar and bottled water offerings as part of booking.
Environmentally friendly design, with the motion sensors in room to turn off lighting if unused.
My main disappointment was when we got new towels, one was fresh and one was smokey, like cigarettes drenched smell. No washing detergent smell at all. The hotel is a non smoking hotel so not sure how that happened. It was very bad, like if the towel had been used to contain smoking or something. But staff quickly amended this for me, so still 100% score from me :)
Shout out to Su Yuchen for a really warm welcome and check in process. And Wangxin for going above and beyond to assit us with booking tickets. Big thanks to rest of team for a lovely stay.
Will book here again for next year's visit and also look at booking CitiGo brands in other cities as well!

The room design was exceptionally stylish, and the Forbidden City view room offered a superb panorama, showcasing Beijing's unique blend of ancient and modern. The bedding was comfortable, and the bathing experience felt luxurious, with quality evident in every detail. The professionalism and warmth of the staff, from the front desk to room service, were particularly commendable; every interaction was a pleasure.
Located in the Jinzhan area, the environment is quiet and pleasant, yet conveniently accessible. The hotel's dining was another highlight; breakfast was abundant and exquisite, and the creative cocktails during happy hour were unforgettable.
This stay far exceeded my expectations, perfectly combining the convenience needed for business travel with the relaxation desired for a vacation. It has become a wonderful memory of my trip to Beijing, and I highly recommend it to all travelers who appreciate a quality lifestyle!

NNIKITAOWe stayed at a hotel in the center of Beijing and were absolutely delighted! Perfect location: just a couple of minutes from one of the main streets, close to the metro, lots of shops, restaurants, and cafes, which is incredibly convenient for walks and leisure.
The hotel is new with smart rooms: we liked the presence of artificial intelligence and smart home technology—everything is very modern and thoughtfully designed for comfort.
Housekeeping was simply flawless: rooms were impeccably clean, cleaning was done daily, everything was fresh and tidy, you can really feel the professionalism and care for guests.
The staff deserves special mention: the front desk team paid close attention to all our requests and quickly checked us in before the standard time, maintaining excellent service throughout our stay.
The chefs should be highlighted separately: breakfasts were genuinely delicious, the variety of dishes was great, and the quality and freshness of the products were beyond praise. Every day started with a great mood thanks to the efforts of the kitchen!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel offers a shuttle service from Gate 15 on the 1st floor of the airport, running every 15 and 45 minutes, which is super convenient. It's only a 5-minute ride to the hotel. The front desk lady and the manager were incredibly kind; they upgraded me to a huge, spotless room. I was extremely satisfied, and they even thoughtfully provided a space heater. I'll definitely book the China Southern Pearl Hotel again for my next trip!

XXiangyaofujidezhongniandashuThe room layout was a bit long and narrow, which I wasn't used to, but it did have its advantages – the sound of the washing machine didn't bother the bedroom. The gym and pool were both very spacious, and the fitness facilities were comprehensive, even including a billiards table, which exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was standard, and the service was quite good.

GGuest UserWhat more could I want for £15 per night. I had a slightly ”smaller” room compared to others seen but it was as described matching the booking description. My stay was overall, pleasant and nothing too major that could be improved except small changes that don't take away from the value for money you get. Pictures you see beforehand are accurate representation of the hotel. Seating area in lobby was a nice touch, allowed guest to wait comfortably for Didi's or other reasons. Staff very friendly and language app makes it easy to communicate, they do their best.
Would I recommend this hotel? Yes, I will tell you why I believe it is great value for money. I would check the prices as when I booked the room prices for the different types wasn't too different, so I could have grabbed myself a bigger room for the same price. Although I didn't personally have breakfast, the space was well designed and they had good enough variety that I would have been tempted to add it on. The shower temperature and water pressure was decent, the smart mirror in the bathroom was a nice touch. You get two pillows and a duvet, which are a decent quality. Bed was perfect for me. The photos attached show the room, the space was good for me and had everything I personally needed.
Location: Convenient enough, close to several food places including McDonalds. Buses close by, airport close too, very convenient if you're only staying a few days.
Cleanliness: Standard ware and tear, Clean and hygienic, no dust and no bad odors. Was a clean environment making it enjoyable to stay.
Housekeeping: They come everyday replenishing items in the room, no need to worry about dehydration or running low on toilet paper etc. as they have you covered. They will always knock before entering.
Service: Warm welcome from staff, polite and attentive, provided good service and clear instructions. Check-in easy and smooth. Assisted me during my stay with the smart thermostat in my room as the temperature was making me feel unwell, gave me helpful tips on how to make the room cooler and when my key card had issues they fixed this straight away explaining what the issue was (Don't keep too close to phone or other devices which will demagnetize it).
Facilities:The hotel has comprehensive and smart facilities, including intelligent controls in rooms which makes the stay convenient. If you order food it gets delivered straight to your door via robot. Shampoo and body gel in shower have a nice fragrance which was lovely. Towel size was good, I am a larger in size than average and it wrapped around me. However I had small small issues with my shower head spraying/leaking this was a minor thing and my door sign flickering/not working not showing/lighting up the 'do not disturb' or 'make up room' signs. I didn't have time to tell staff this otherwise I feel like it would have been sorted straight away. Due to not staying in the room a lot this also wasn't a problem for me.
Airport Transfer: They provide airport pick-up and drop-off services via Wechat during certain times, you will have to add them prior to reservation, which was convenient for me. I arranged drop-off and although I didn't use the service in the end there was perfect communication throughout.

GGuest UserI was very satisfied with my stay! The hotel is conveniently located, with convenient transportation around it, and is close to the attractions/business districts I want to visit. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, and the check-in was very quick. They also introduced the hotel facilities and surroundings to me. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the facilities were complete. In particular, the water pressure and hot water in the bathroom were very powerful and relaxing. Although I only stayed for one night, the overall experience was very pleasant and the price-performance ratio was super high! I will choose this hotel again next time I come here, and I highly recommend it!
