Facilities: The facilities are comprehensive, with a fridge, smart toilet, smart speaker, and electric curtains in the room. The hotel also has a laundry room and a gym. However, there's only one elevator, so expect a wait during peak hours. The room has a balcony, but the soundproofing could be improved. Hygiene: Up to standard, no obvious flaws, but there's room for improvement. Environment: Located on a corner at a crossroads, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The subway station is right downstairs, and Changying Tianjie shopping mall is just across the street. Very convenient. However, the window faces an office building, which is quite close. Service: Excellent. Quick response and a great attitude. They even upgraded my room proactively. The breakfast was also very good, with a wide variety of options.

My stay here was absolutely fantastic, and I wholeheartedly give this hotel a five-star rating! After comparing several accommodations, the overall quality and service here completely exceeded my expectations. The hotel's environment is clean and tidy throughout. The lobby is spotless and grand, with a subtle, pleasant fragrance that makes you feel instantly relaxed the moment you step in. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive; check-in was very fast, efficient, and never dragged on. Any requests were met promptly, and they were always gentle and patient, paying great attention to detail. The room itself was spacious and bright with a well-thought-out layout. The natural light and ventilation were excellent, making the stay feel anything but cramped. The cleanliness was truly exceptional; the bedding was clean, fresh, and odorless, and the duvet was soft and comfortable. The floors, tabletops, and even hidden corners were all meticulously cleaned. The bathroom was dry and odor-free, and the wash area was neat and pristine, making for a very reassuring stay. All the in-room facilities were complete and excellent: hot water pressure was strong and temperature stable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the internet speed was fast and reliable, great for streaming or working. The hotel's soundproofing is outstanding; the corridors were quiet, and I heard no noise at all during the night, leading to excellent sleep quality. The overall living atmosphere was comfortable and cozy, and the cleaning staff were diligent and thorough, keeping the public areas spotless as well. The location is also very convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, and easy access to transportation. It's perfect whether you're traveling for leisure or on a short business trip. The value for money is definitely among the best for hotels in its category – I paid an average price but received an exceptional stay. There wasn't a single thing that disappointed me; the service, environment, cleanliness, and facilities were all top-notch. My experience was absolutely perfect. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit and will recommend it to my friends!

This is my third stay within two months. It's hands down the best hotel in Tongzhou for value for money and service. While the hardware might not be as luxurious as Nuo Hotel, Nuolan Hotel's service absolutely blows Nuo Hotel's cold and unreasonable demeanor out of the water. The hotel is new, right next to Wangfujing Mall at Wanyi, and directly opposite Universal Studios. I've eaten at the 10th-floor Chinese restaurant many times; the food isn't pre-made, and both the Sichuan and Cantonese dishes are incredibly authentic. The rooftop bar on the 11th floor offers panoramic views of Universal, which is quite impressive. The other Western restaurants also serve excellent food. All the hotel staff are young, and every single one is incredibly nice and basically goes above and beyond to help. It's clear they've been well-trained and are very professional. I especially want to mention Manager Wen from the lobby; he's young, handsome (looks like an actor), and incredibly capable at handling issues, making guests feel very comfortable. My last two stays were entirely due to Manager Wen's professionalism. I hope this young team can maintain their high standards.

The room is spacious and bright, and the window is picturesque. The room of the Yongding Tower can be seen, which is refreshing. The sofa is simple and generous, and friends do not lose face when visiting. Attentive service, worthy of praise. šŸ‘

The hotel is conveniently located a 5-6 minute walk from Sanyuanqiao subway station, away from the noise of main roads. The signage, dining, and decor meet international guest standards. The rooms are compact but fully functional. Alcohol wipes are provided to sanitize the toilet seat. The shower stall is space-efficient, with a dry-wet curtain that separates the areas while also ensuring privacy. Lighting controls are user-friendly, though the actual room temperature was slightly higher than what the AC display showed. The minibar offered a good selection of soft drinks, but I couldn't find the usual instant coffee and tea bags, perhaps encouraging guests to visit the unique lobby bar on the first floor. The scent in both the room and public areas was pleasant, and soft background music played during breakfast. This hotel offers excellent value for money and was perfect for my solo business trip. While there are billiards and game machines in the lobby, I didn't have time to enjoy them. If the price remains affordable, this will be my top choice for business trips to Beijing. It's incredibly convenient for both the Airport Express and subway, and the surrounding area is upscale and peaceful.

The location and cleanliness are wonderful. Right next to the ā€Champs Elyseesā€ of Beijing. May I kindly suggest to add a fee to continue proposing the collecting and cleaning which is displayed on the hotel website? It is confusing for guests to see a service proposed and not performed. See hotel website and joint pic of sign to hang on door in Chinese , didn't take a pic of the basket. Also if the receptionist asks you to bring down your dirty laundry basket (placed in the room) to the lobby, it can be perceived as gross by clients as you do not bring dirty clothes in a hotel lobby. Such things are not done and not to be suggested by the receptionist. Finally, most guests on holiday are happy to pay and have laundry done. It is a service we had in other hotels in China free or paid. 2 machines and 2 driers for so many rooms is not enough. Visiting all day(Beijing is huge) and staying up to 1.30 am doing laundry in a queue is tough during holidays. This needs to be corrected or crossed out on the hotel website so clients know beforehand. Overall positive though.

This hotel is really good. First of all, it’s new. Right when you walk in you can tell they put real effort into not looking like a cookie-cutter modern hotel. The design feels distinctly Chinese and you can see they cared about it. The area around the hotel is excellent. Trees along the street, lots of cafĆ©s and restaurants nearby. The location is super convenient and nice. When you walk in, the smell is so nice. It smells like jasmine. It doesn’t smell like a bathroom. It’s quite cozy. It’s not a grand, big, five-star luxurious hotel. But honestly the service is better than the five-star hotels I stayed at on this Beijing trip (Hilton, Hyatt, and others). This one is rated four-star on Trip.com and I think it has better service than all of them. The staff are nicer. They’re attentive. They take initiative. They feel warm. Even the manager speaks good English. You can really see they care and pay attention to detail (we had a great experience with Molly's help). They want everybody to have a good experience. They gave us a discount on the room too. There’s a lot of good quality fruit and cake. They especially provide traditional Chinese cake and a variety of treats. On the first night they gave traditional Chinese sweets and traditional drinks, plus fresh fruit like watermelon. The watermelon was very juicy and sweet, not bland. You also have the option of a very nice cake or popcorn. I chose the cake, but the popcorn is probably just as delicious. On the second day they gave us traditional sweets again, like the first night. They call it afternoon tea. The sweets were completely different from the first night. I really appreciate how they gave us a variety of traditional Chinese sweets. It just goes to show how much effort they put into the details and into giving guests a good experience. We wanted to extend our stay but the original room wasn’t available. They made sure to give us multiple options. When we chose a room, the front desk staff personally took us to tour it. We talked about pricing and she even gave us a discount, about $30 less than the price on Trip.com. That was really nice. Overall, really good experience. We’re still here on our second day and super happy. If you come here, this is a great hotel to stay at.

The hotel was generally decent. The basic facilities were all there, and the hygiene was acceptable. The location was quite convenient. Some of the facilities showed signs of aging, and the experience would be even better if those small details could be improved.

Ugh, what can I say? The hotel's location is actually quite central; getting anywhere takes about the same amount of time, and it's very convenient to access the subway loop line. Shopping and dining options nearby are also plentiful. The family room I booked is suitable for a family of three or four. The hotel's service definitely deserves full marks šŸ’Æ. They respond to every request and always try their best to resolve issues quickly. However, there were quite a few issues, so to sum it up, it's like 'Lian Po is old' (a Chinese idiom meaning 'still capable, but past one's prime'): 1. The hallway has a very Chinese aesthetic, great for photos. 2. There were dust mites on the bed. My child's ears and legs were bitten. Also, the light in the room's entryway couldn't be turned off properly, among other things. Afterwards, the hotel changed the bedding, fixed the light, and even sent some complimentary fruit and small gifts (a children's toiletry bag). 3. The showerhead in the bathroom was positioned too low, perfect for my 1.3-meter tall daughter, but adults had to crouch. On the other hand, the water pressure was excellent.

Upon checking in, Miss Zoe at the front desk was incredibly enthusiastic. When I asked about upgrading my room type, she immediately and proactively helped me check and change it, quickly finding me a room with a better view. She was patient and polite throughout our conversation, very efficient, and took the initiative to explain the hotel facilities. Her attention to detail showed thoughtful service, and she was serious and responsible in addressing guest needs. She's an excellent front desk staff member! šŸ‘
