Jianshui Hotels with Balcony

My stay at Daoli Homestay in Jianshui was excellent, and I highly recommend it. The homestay is conveniently located right next to the Seventeen-Arch Bridge; you can walk to attractions with great scenery without having to travel far. The facilities were complete and easy to use. The homestay was new and comfortable. It was very clean, even the floor was spotless. The landlady was incredibly welcoming. Not only was she friendly, but she also meticulously helped us with our travel planning, clearly explaining which places to visit and how to get there, saving us a lot of time and hassle. Knowing that one of our companions has diabetes, she thoughtfully prepared extra multigrain porridge, which was very touching. We drove there, and the homestay has parking and charging stations, which is especially convenient for electric vehicles – a huge plus. Overall, it was a very relaxing and pleasant stay. Thumbs up to the landlady! 👍👍👍

Very satisfied with the homestay, the front desk was very enthusiastic to take us in. It was a lady who also helped us carry our luggage. When we left, we watched us drive out safely. The service was in place. There was a fruit plate every day. Auntie saw that we liked to eat sunshine roses. We gave it to us, and the room was satisfied and quiet. Sleep well.

I booked Fanqi B&B after reading online reviews. On the morning of the day I submitted the order, I received a call from the store telling me about the nearby parking lot. I arrived at the B&B that night and found that the small front door was a different world from the inside. The four-entry courtyard has a history of a hundred years. The store owner was very enthusiastic and upgraded our room and introduced the historical story of the courtyard. He also provided us with scenic spots and food guides for visiting Jianshui. The room and bathroom were also very clean, the hot water temperature was very high, the breakfast was very rich and provided according to our requirements. The B&B also provided free Hanfu for us to take photos and barbecue around the stove. Traveling off-peak, there are not many tourists. We found the feeling of home in Fanqi, which made us start a pleasant journey

I have always been a bit hesitant to book this kind of old house B&B, fearing poor soundproofing, fear of noise, and fear of small rooms, but Zhuye Xuan completely subverted my concept. It is delicious, delicious, and comfortable to live in. Living here is cultural. We had a truly enjoyable stay at this lovely homestay in Jianshui. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The accommodation was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged, giving us a comfortable place to relax after exploring the town. The location was perfect—peaceful, yet just a short walk or ride to Jianshui's historic old town, the Confucius Temple, and the beautiful Zhu Family Garden. The architecture and local atmosphere were charming, and we felt like we got a real taste of traditional Yunnan culture. Our hosts also provided great suggestions for local food and sights, which made our trip even more memorable. This homestay was the perfect base for discovering the beauty and history of Jianshui. Highly recommended—we would happily stay here again!

We booked this hotel in Jianshui Ancient City through Ctrip. Upon arrival, the lovely owner, seeing that we were older, kindly arranged a large room on the first floor for us. She also recommended several good local restaurants, and bottled water was unlimited. When we accidentally lost our room key while sightseeing, the owner didn't make a fuss or ask for compensation. The owner was very generous and kind; I would recommend her to anyone visiting the ancient city.

I love the homestay so much. Whether it's the decor or the toothbrush and bedding, you can see the owner's care and taste. We booked two rooms, a private bath and a slide room. The private bath room can relieve a day's fatigue, and the slide room can satisfy the children's joy. The location of the homestay is quiet in the bustling city and convenient for transportation. The owner is responsive, patient and gentle. I really enjoy chatting with the owner. It's really nice and makes me feel warm. When I left, it felt like I was leaving a friend's house. I'm a lazy person who rarely writes reviews, but this time I was deeply moved by the owner and his family. Even the cleaning lady was so friendly and lovely. It truly revitalized my solo trip to Jianshui. The hotel is perfectly located, away from the hustle and bustle, yet very close to the train station and the ancient city—just over a hundred meters away. There are many traditional rice noodle shops just outside the door, so you can leisurely fill your stomach before heading out to explore. When I was going to and from the station, the owner drove a tricycle to the intersection to pick me up, worried about the inconvenience of lugging my luggage, even though it was only a few steps away. In the morning, when they saw me in the room, they asked if I wanted breakfast (my reservation didn't include it). I had already eaten, but the owner insisted on giving me an egg for protein and a box of brown sugar before I left. The ladies said they'd come back next year, and I replied, ”I'll be back in two months!” ❤️ I'm from the north, and this family is so gentle and polite. The entire inn is elegant and grand. The two-story courtyard is surrounded by bougainvillea, where you can swing on the swings, watch the moon, drink tea, and chat—it's so relaxing. The interior is on par with a four-star hotel in the city, with separate wet and dry areas, disposable towels, and brand-new hard and soft furnishings. The air is also very airy. I don't like old, dingy hotels, so this truly felt like home! Thank you again to the owner for his thoughtful hospitality. He booked me a train ticket in the middle of the night, provided me with food, drinks, and hairbands, and offered travel advice along the way. Please keep driving! I'll be back with friends. The boss family is kind and friendly. At first, the children on the first floor arranged the room did not like it. Later, we directly upgraded the room type and lived on the 3rd floor. There was a balcony with our own. The proprietress must be a person who loves life. She planted a lot of meat on the balcony. She returned to the room at night to look at the scenery outside. It was a quiet and comfortable beauty. The children lived here very comfortably. I liked it.

Awesome, the owner is very nice! Feel at home~ It is indeed the second-ranked B&B. The first place is too expensive and not very cost-effective~ I won’t say much else. The location here is excellent, just near the North Gate. If you want to eat barbecue, you will be killed. Everything is available. They are also very elegant. The entire yard is decorated in a retro and elegant style, and the furniture and decorations are also very new. The most important thing is the yard, it's so comfortable.
