GGuest UserThe hotel was very clean, and the front desk service was excellent! The hotel is also conveniently located near a metro station, making it easy to get around. They even provided complimentary breakfast! Plus, the hotel offers laundry services and luggage storage. I would definitely stay here again next time!

AAnonymous UserWe had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect—situated on the 14th floor of a building right opposite the Dafo Temple. It’s incredibly convenient with plenty of shops around and endless food options within walking distance. Plus, the daily views of the temple and the city skyline were amazing.
The room itself was very comfortable, clean, and quiet. I want to give a special shout-out to one of the housekeepers (a lady with short hair and glasses)—she was incredibly friendly, always smiling, and showed genuine hospitality.
The breakfast was good, though it would be even better if they rotated the menu every other day. That said, the noodles were delicious! In fact, you can pretty much rely on the hotel for all your meals as they serve breakfast, afternoon snacks, and dinner. There is also a coffee machine available all day.
The only downsides:
The Elevators: Since the hotel is in an office building with only 3 elevators, using them during rush hours can be a real hassle. The wait times are very long—so much so that I had to walk down 14 flights of stairs a few times. I highly recommend avoiding peak office hours.
Breakfast Seating: The dining area is quite limited, so it's best to avoid the 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM rush.
Overall, despite the elevator issue, I highly recommend this hotel!

AAnonymous UserThe staff were wonderful – so warm and friendly! We were traveling with our child, who gets car sick, and when we were close to arriving, I contacted the hotel (it wasn't during the Canton Fair or a Saturday, thankfully). They kindly allowed us to check in a little early so my child could rest, which we really appreciated! The front desk also proactively asked if we needed kids' toothbrushes and slippers, which was a thoughtful touch. The location is absolutely fantastic. It's just a one-minute walk to Wanlinghui and the Shipaiqiao A exit of the subway. A few more minutes walk will get you to Zhengjia Plaza and Tianhuan Plaza, and Taikoo Hui is right across the street. Perfect for shopping and taking the kids out! There are tons of restaurants right behind the hotel too, so if you don't want to deal with the crowds at Zhengjia, it's super convenient to just eat near the hotel. It's also not too far from the Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University and the Zhongshan Ophthalmic Center. Plus, there's a parking lot down the slope to the left, just past a small alley next to the hotel – very convenient! We booked a twin room. The room had a few minor flaws: the showerhead seemed to have been dropped by a previous guest as the water stream was crooked and sprayed towards your face when showering. There was also a small stain on the wall, and the hotel amenity box was a bit old and hard to open. However, for a few hundred RMB in the city center, it's not too expensive, and the value for money is really high. Perhaps because it was an executive room and not a family room, the small living area and coffee table were separated by a wall, which meant we couldn't watch TV while eating. That was a slight inconvenience; we would have preferred it if there wasn't a partition.

**Cleanliness:** Super clean! Everywhere I looked, even the walk-in closet, was dust-free! That's really impressive!
**Environment:** Located in Guangzhou's CBD, directly opposite the Canton Tower. It shares a parking lot with K11, and it's very close to Taikoo Hui and other shopping malls by car.
**Service:** Excellent service. I added the butler's WeChat, and they upgraded me to a room with a direct, first-line view of the Canton Tower and the river – huge thanks to Sophia! They also promptly recommended the hotel's dining services, which was very convenient! Parking is also super easy; you can park on B4, and once you see the hotel sign, you can take the elevator directly to the 1st floor. Just tell the hotel your license plate number before you leave.
**Facilities:** The lobby is on the 95th floor and features Chinese and Western restaurants, a bar, and a teppanyaki Japanese restaurant. There's also a swimming and fitness center, which is fantastic! On the 107th floor, Too High has live band performances starting at 8 PM, and the quality is quite high. Even on a weekday night, it was almost full by 9 PM – definitely worth experiencing. (Docked a point mainly because the hallways are really dark; walking alone felt a bit spooky.)

The facilities were complete and new, making them very convenient to use. The location was also super convenient, with all necessary amenities nearby, making getting around a breeze. The host/manager communicated promptly and was friendly, quickly resolving any issues. It was a comfortable and reassuring stay, offering incredible value for money. YYull.Our stay at this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, and we are truly happy that we chose to stay here. From the very first moment we arrived, the experience already felt warm and welcoming. We especially want to give a huge thank you to Connor, who made such a strong first impression on us. At first, some of the staff greeted us in Mandarin, but once they realized we were speaking English, Connor immediately approached us with such professionalism, friendliness, and great initiative. He made us feel comfortable right away and handled everything smoothly with genuine hospitality. His attentiveness and positive attitude really stood out throughout our stay.
We were also very happy to receive a high-floor room, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The room itself was spacious, clean, modern, and very comfortable. Everything was well-maintained, and you could really feel the quality and attention to detail in both the room design and housekeeping. The bed was comfortable, the atmosphere was relaxing, and overall it was a perfect place to rest after exploring the city.
Another lovely surprise was the complimentary treats arranged by Connor, which we truly appreciated. Small gestures like this really make guests feel valued and cared for, and it shows how much effort the hotel puts into customer experience.
The breakfast was also one of the highlights of our stay. There were many delicious options, and we especially loved the live station for cicongfan — it was honestly so good and something quite unique compared to typical hotel breakfasts. Everything tasted fresh, and the variety was excellent every morning.
Because we enjoyed our stay so much, we eventually decided to extend for a few more nights instead of moving elsewhere. That alone says a lot about how satisfied we were with the hotel, the service, and the overall atmosphere.
The location is another big plus. It’s very convenient, and right beside the hotel there are several great local food spots to explore. We especially loved the wonton noodles nearby — definitely one of our favorite meals during the trip. Having good local food within walking distance made the stay even better.
The only small suggestion we would give is that some parts of the room could benefit from a more modern renovation and perhaps a fresher fragrance to elevate the luxury feeling even further. The room was still comfortable overall, but with a more updated design and a fresher ambiance, the experience would become even more perfect.
Overall, this hotel gave us such a memorable experience thanks to the excellent service, comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, and strategic location. Special thanks again to Connor for going above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable. We would absolutely come back again.

GGuest UserPoor value for money. For a 500-a-night hotel, the facilities are very ordinary.
1. The view from the window was blocked by signs and air conditioning units, completely obscured and covered in trash. We had to ask the front desk to move us to the 10th floor to get a more open view, although it was still facing dilapidated buildings and completely different from the photos.
2. The fridge wasn't plugged in, and there was no clear indication. We only realized it wasn't plugged in after leaving a cake in it overnight. We then found a notice tucked into a gap in the table saying to save electricity, so the fridge is unplugged by default.
3. The 8th floor had a strong smell of disinfectant.
4. Inconvenient transportation. While not far from the subway station as the crow flies, it's not a short walk. No ride-hailing cars would accept our requests, so we ended up having to take the bus.
5. The shampoo was terrible; my hair felt like I'd washed it with soapy water afterwards.
