**Location/Environment:** I specifically chose this location because it's a bit further from IFS, so it's nice and quiet here. You can enjoy breakfast on the 5th-floor terrace, which is perfect for relaxing and unwinding with the breeze. It's only a 4-5 minute walk to the subway, making it convenient to get to Orange Island and Wuyi Square. Getting a taxi to Changsha South is also very smooth.
**Service/Cleanliness:** The hotel staff are enthusiastic, and the room was very clean. I asked the front desk to clean the room on the second day, and when I came back in the evening, it was spotless! 😂 They even tidied up my child's stuffed animals!
**Breakfast:** For someone from Guangdong who doesn't eat spicy food, the breakfast selection was a bit limited, as most side dishes had a touch of spice. You can opt for noodles or wontons from the cooking station, or stick to eggs, corn, and pastries.

AAnonymous UserTucked away in a lively area, I absolutely loved it. The photo ops were amazing, and the service attitude was excellent. We arrived in Changsha on a red-eye flight, and when we reached the hotel, the lady at the front desk responded quickly to our WeChat message and even ran out to greet us. The staff at the entrance and in the restaurant were incredibly warm and welcoming. The hotel manager was especially attentive and thoughtful, making us feel right at home during our trip. Since we were traveling with two children, the dining hours here were very flexible, and no matter when we went, we could always find fruit in the restaurant, plus there was afternoon tea – it was fantastic! We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Changsha.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, right by the subway entrance, making it super convenient to get to all the major attractions. The butler service is thoughtful; they called ahead to understand our room preferences and prepared a complimentary goodnight congee for us every evening. We stayed for three days and were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade. The room itself was clean and quiet, really great! 👍

The bedding was neat and odorless, and there were no water stains or smudges in the bathroom, which made me feel very comfortable staying there. All the facilities worked properly; the air conditioning and hot water were both excellent, and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. The front desk staff were super nice, and both check-in and check-out were very quick. The environment was quiet and not noisy, offering great value for money. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit.

Lliuwenyu1968Pretty good! The lobby is impressive, and the room is spacious and bright. The bed is comfortable, and the shower has great water pressure and heats up quickly. They provide plenty of bottled water, and the tea set is nice. You can also get eye masks at the front desk. I didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that.

It was so clean and comfortable that I didn't even want to leave the room. The thoughtfulness was top-notch. Next time I'm in town, I'm definitely booking this place again!
The room facilities were sparkling new, hygiene was perfect, and the service was gentle and unobtrusive.
It was more comfortable than my own home; I already didn't want to check out.
The hardware is excellent, service is on point, and the attention to detail is superb.

BBaochaoxiedianbujialaStayed here during the May Day holiday. Aside from the price, it was a pretty good stay. I had a windowless room located between two hallways. The front desk staff was very welcoming and provided detailed information. The room was clean, and the bathroom had solid walls, not those glass ones, which I really liked. My only question was about the bathroom exhaust fan; there was no sound when I turned on the switch, so I'm not sure if it wasn't working or if it's just a silent model.

GGuest UserGreat value for money! It's super close to Wuyi Square. The afternoon tea and cocktails are absolutely delicious, and the complimentary late-night congee is a lovely touch. I was especially happy that the front desk lady even helped me pick up my takeout. I'll definitely be back next time I visit Changsha. The hygiene is exceptional, everything is spotless, the bed is perfectly made, and the duvet cover is pristine. The environment is really nice, it looks like it's just been renovated, and the facilities are excellent. Plus, it's very close to the subway station. Highly recommend staying here!

GGuest UserMy check-in experience was less than pleasant (no water offered at reception, inaccurate estimated waiting times, and I was repeatedly asked to wait). The bathroom in my room still had hair from the previous guest. The wontons at breakfast the next morning were falling apart and bland. Around midnight, the hot water was inconsistent, fluctuating between hot and cold. After reporting this to the butler, I was compensated with an afternoon tea fruit platter. My room was also cleaned thoroughly again. When I asked the front desk for watermelon, they provided it. They also proactively extended my check-out by two hours and promptly delivered my laundered clothes to the room, all with a consistently smiling service. I was recommended to this hotel by friends who stayed in a suite as a couple, so my expectations were quite high. My initial impression was very poor, but the account manager managed to turn things around significantly afterwards. I just feel that these issues should have been handled properly from the start and shouldn't have occurred in the first place.
