"The location is great – the train station is within walking distance, and there are cafes, restaurants, and a Lidl supermarket about a 25-minute walk away. The view from the window is pleasant. The room has everything you need: a kettle, hairdryer, and refrigerator. A big plus is the heated drying rack. The staff at the front desk are responsive and friendly. The only downside is the fire alarm (probably), which flashes brightly all day and all night. The only way to sleep is to cover your head completely with a blanket."

Great
HHeiuiiiGreat location, very safe, and there are always people around at night. However, be aware that people wake up at different times, so it can sometimes be noisy and disturb your sleep. But it's super close to a bus stop, a subway station, and a supermarket.

Great
AAdam23We had a great experience staying at this hotel! Although it's rated as a three-star property, keep in mind that it’s three stars in Venice—which is definitely not the same as a three-star elsewhere. The charm and quality here exceeded our expectations. You won’t find a lot of reviews about this hotel, but I did come across a YouTube vlog by a mother who shared her family stay here. She said it was a really good choice—and she turned out to be absolutely right! We booked a Prestige Room with Canal View and specifically requested Room 101, which we saw on TikTok or YouTube (can't recall exactly where). The photos already impressed us, but the reality was even better. The ceiling was much higher than expected, which gave the room a beautiful, airy feel. The hotel still shows older pictures online, with an outdated TV, but we were happy to find a newer TV already installed. The amenities were excellent—truly some of the best I’ve experienced in a hotel of this category. Breakfast was on the smaller side, but absolutely sufficient. The cakes and pastries were quite decent, and having them in such a beautiful, old-style interior made it feel like we were stepping back in time—in the best way possible. A huge shoutout to the staff, who were all genuinely kind and accommodating. We felt their hospitality in even the smallest gestures, and it was very much appreciated. Lastly, the location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the Rialto Bridge, close to everything. Being so near the heart of Venice made it easy to go out and explore, then return to rest and recharge. It's also conveniently close to shopping areas, which is a nice bonus. All in all, this hotel was a hidden gem. If you're looking for a stay that combines charm, comfort, location, and authentic Venetian vibes, this is a fantastic choice. That mother on YouTube was right—it really is a great choice!

PPolina:)))The hotel is large, and the rooms are very small, but overall they have everything you need. There are some issues with housekeeping; we stayed for three nights, and they never really cleaned properly. The towels hung wet for all those days, and nobody changed them. We had to chase down staff ourselves to try and get fresh towels. The bedding was never changed during our stay, only tidied up once. They did empty the trash, though. They don't provide bottled water in the room to reduce plastic waste, which is a plus. There are water dispensers in the lobby area where you can get free, unlimited water. The breakfast is good, but the air conditioning in the breakfast area seems to be running at full blast, making it very cold. There's nowhere to walk around nearby; it's an industrial zone. Getting to the center of Venice is convenient by vaporetto; the stop is right by the hotel, about 2 minutes from the exit. A one-way ticket per person costs €10. There's also a monorail; a one-way ticket costs €1.50, and it's to the left from the hotel, also convenient and fast. Overall, the hotel is good for those who don't necessarily need to stay right in the city center.

AAifa Ain love with our stay, the nearest stop is rialto mercato, just 100 meter walk. Perfect location to visit the main attractions. you whether can use vaporetta (water bus) or walk to the attractions. They also managed to get us vegan breakfast on top of that, really appreciate this gesture. The communication is smooth. But the only downside is the did not have lift, luckily we get the lowest floor, but i guess nothing can be done because this is one of the oldest building.

GGuest UserAn amazing hotel!  Arrived in Venice by train from Trieste (after disembarking from a cruise ship).  Getting to the hotel and around Venice was easy using the vaporetto (bought the 48 hour passes at the pier kiosk located outside the train station).  The hotel, room, bathroom, and view were beautiful!  The hotel staff including the receptionist and concierge were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful!  They provided an amazing and unexpected surprise on our 2nd day there…recognizing my wife’s birthday.  We returned to the room and they had placed balloons on the bed and had a bottle of champagne and other fine treats waiting for her!  This hotel and staff go above and beyond the 5 star expectations!

GGuest UserThe bus driver who picked us up in the evening was incredibly rude; I wouldn't even give him one star for service. We'd pre-booked the shuttle service and had already been charged online, with the order showing as confirmed. However, for some reason, we couldn't access the bus ticket page – it kept showing an error. Perhaps it was because we were using a German SIM card, or maybe there was an issue with the hotel's website (we tried again after leaving the hotel the next day, and it worked fine). But at the time, the bus driver was really difficult, you know? We tried repeatedly to explain and show him the order confirmation page, but he just said it wasn't his fault, that he didn't care about our reasons, and he only looked at the ticket page. His impatient tone and glare would have made anyone lose their cool. So, my husband got into an argument with him. I tried to de-escalate, telling him I understood it was his job and not his fault, but before I could finish, he pointed his finger at my nose, stared me down, and loudly declared, 'Yes, madam, it's all your fault!' Then he got back into the driver's seat and started muttering to himself in Italian, but in a way that sounded insulting. At that point, I lost it too. We flew all the way to Milan and took a train to Venice specifically not to deal with such attitudes. Can't there be special treatment for special circumstances? I believe such people are rare, but this one incident definitely ruined our vacation to some extent. The bus driver who dropped us off in the morning was excellent. Faced with the same issue, he let us on the bus and even said that these things sometimes happen, proving how different people can be. Now, about the hotel: it's about a 20-minute walk from the train station, so it would be more suitable if you're driving. The internal facilities are decent; the well-equipped kitchen was my favorite part. However, one toilet wouldn't flush, the shower temperature fluctuated between hot and cold, and the soundproofing was poor, likely due to it being a wooden building. The hotel has a pool, an internal shop, and a restaurant. The surroundings are quite isolated, with nothing to do nearby besides farmland and residential areas. The front desk staff provided excellent service.

GGuest UserOur final stay in Venice! Good concierge, really friendly. Location wise also very good and central. Just light walking distance to the basilica and you can see dorsoduro side from here. Room was quite small but ok for a one night stay. Breakfast was quite limited but sufficient and since there was nobody it was only us in the cafe. Good shower. The only downside I can think of is there is no lift/no elevator. So if you have big luggages, be prepared to do some weight lifting even more so if you’re on the higher floors because the stairway is narrow and have many turns. Lucky for me I have my partner.

GGuest UserAmazing location and very friendly staff. The bathroom is freshly renewed. But we lived on the ground floor close to the reception: it was noisy all the time (and audibility is awful), there were no sunlight in the room, lived like in a cold dark cave, and smoking place was right under the room window.

SSEBASTIAN CAMACHO GIRALDOThe hotel is good. Happy breakfast. Little away to the center but close to terminal . Just in front of it a water bus station - fantastic. No much amenities, no coffee , but good but short stays, the room is not quiet, you can hear noise from other rooms.

AAnonymous UserVery good experience in this hotel. The very large and clean room. The staff very careful and have gluten-free food. Furthermore, it is very close to the Academia bridge that crosses the great channel. They also have a restaurant in the same hotel. I therefore recommend it 100%.
