GGuest UserI went there for New Year's Eve. I recommend flying instead of taking the train. The train station is a boat ride away from the hotel, but the airport has the hotel's own shuttle boat service, which is much more convenient.

GGuest UserThe hotel location is excellent. It’s just a 3-minute walk to the train and bus stations that go to Venice and the airport. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was comfortable and clean, and reception service was okay. But one thing really annoyed me: I don’t understand why a 4-star hotel doesn’t provide a kettle in the room. I drink tea, and there was only a coffee machine available. The reception told me to get hot water from the bar, which is fine, but the hot water looked dirty and didn’t seem clean. Also, the curtains never fully closed, there was always a gap, so it didn’t feel fully private.

GGuest UserOverall, it was decent, though Venice itself felt a bit like a tourist trap where everything was overpriced. The hallways and rooms still had a lingering smell of renovation. Breakfast was quite unappetizing; I couldn't believe how bland the sausages and bacon were. The DIY waffles, however, were passable. An Italian staff member would constantly open our door to ask about cleaning. It was quite intrusive; I wish she had knocked instead of just letting herself in. As for the location, it's fairly convenient to various public transport stations and boat stops, though it's not right on the main island. Given the price point, it's probably what one would expect. On the positive side, free iced water and a gym were available, which was a nice bonus.

PPink BunnyBooked 3 nights. Definitely worth it as this hotel is grand and room is spacious as compared to those in Venice Island.
This hotel is just Stone throw to Venuce Mestre Train Station which make it super convenient to cross to the Venice Island. All the places of interest are in the Venice Island. Just a train fee of Euro 1.50 for one way ticket. Worth the trouble.
The hotel itself has a nice restaurant. Food & drinks at resonable pricing. Along the hotel do have 2 other smaller cafe/restaurant. McDonald is just opposite where train station is. There are few shops inside train station too.
Short walk to the side of hotel have few other Chinese Restaurants too and Ali Supermarket is along that street.
Very convenient and breakfast is good. Just that I been to Italy for too many days. So a bit sick of the same type of breakfast for most hotels every day.
Room is spacious and clean. Bed comfortable and big. Shower cubicle very small. No toothbrush and bedroom slipper. Using all in one shampoo, shower bath and hand soap. No kettle- have to go downstairs restaurant to get hot water, No complimentary coffee/tea or bottle drink in room.

AAdam23We had a great experience staying at this hotel! Although it's rated as a three-star property, keep in mind that it’s three stars in Venice—which is definitely not the same as a three-star elsewhere. The charm and quality here exceeded our expectations.
You won’t find a lot of reviews about this hotel, but I did come across a YouTube vlog by a mother who shared her family stay here. She said it was a really good choice—and she turned out to be absolutely right!
We booked a Prestige Room with Canal View and specifically requested Room 101, which we saw on TikTok or YouTube (can't recall exactly where). The photos already impressed us, but the reality was even better. The ceiling was much higher than expected, which gave the room a beautiful, airy feel. The hotel still shows older pictures online, with an outdated TV, but we were happy to find a newer TV already installed.
The amenities were excellent—truly some of the best I’ve experienced in a hotel of this category. Breakfast was on the smaller side, but absolutely sufficient. The cakes and pastries were quite decent, and having them in such a beautiful, old-style interior made it feel like we were stepping back in time—in the best way possible.
A huge shoutout to the staff, who were all genuinely kind and accommodating. We felt their hospitality in even the smallest gestures, and it was very much appreciated.
Lastly, the location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the Rialto Bridge, close to everything. Being so near the heart of Venice made it easy to go out and explore, then return to rest and recharge. It's also conveniently close to shopping areas, which is a nice bonus.
All in all, this hotel was a hidden gem. If you're looking for a stay that combines charm, comfort, location, and authentic Venetian vibes, this is a fantastic choice. That mother on YouTube was right—it really is a great choice!

SSKV562I recently stayed at hu Venice Camping Village and had a very pleasant experience. The location is convenient, offering easy access to Venice by bus, which made exploring the city simple and stress-free. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing good value for money compared to staying directly in Venice.
The facilities at the camping village were impressive, with a swimming pool, supermarket, and on-site restaurant that made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with directions or local information.
Overall, it’s a great option for travelers looking for budget-friendly accommodation near Venice without compromising on comfort and facilities. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a relaxed base to explore the city.
GGuest UserI received a message from the store in advance, explaining the route in detail. Take bus No. 2 from the train station and get off at the stop before the Riya Tow Bridge. After getting off the bus, follow the instructions and walk for 5 minutes to the hotel. Go to the second floor to complete the check-in formalities and then work. Staff took 10 minutes to walk to the apartment. Our room is on the second floor, with 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with seasonings and a washing machine. The apartment is not in a busy area and is very quiet. It's a few minutes' walk to the river, very convenient. There is a market by the river in the morning where you can buy ingredients, and the seafood is fresh and cheap. Although prices are high in Venice, it is very cheap to buy water and food from supermarkets and markets.

天天天喝冰水The kitchen was poorly equipped with very few utensils, which didn't match the otherwise lovely decor. It was also uncomfortable to sleep without curtains. The USB charging port by my bed was broken. And I had to ask for bed sheets and mattress covers myself, which was a very odd arrangement.

GGuest UserWe arrived at the most expensive hotel (AU$1600 for 3nts, 2 adults) we had ever stayed at, there was no lift to our room on the 1st floor.
I struggled to carry 2 suitcases with no assistance from the gentleman in reception up to the 1st-floor room. This would be very difficult if we were older & unable to carry our cases.
The wi-fi didn't work in the bedrooms only in the public areas - even though we were told it would.
The bedroom had multiple squashed mosquitos on the walls next to the bed.
The lace curtain had a couple of cigarette burns on it.
The bedcover had a cigarette burn on it.
The telephone handset cable was not connected to the .telephone - I tried to fix it but it wouldn't stay in the socket.
The safe was not working.
The instructions to use the safe were so old & worn out you couldn't read them.
The shower wouldn't work properly, so I had to call the person in reception to assist us in getting it working.
You had to get out of the shower cubicle to retrieve shower gel/shampoo/soap. There was nowhere in the shower to put these items. There was no room in the shower at all. I moved the stool in the bathroom to put my shower gel on it & two legs fell off the stool.
The toilet roll holder wouldn't hold the toilet roll and it kept falling off.
The bathroom bin was broken and filthy
The breakfast ran until 10 am, the bread ran out & was not replaced & this was before 9 am.
I am a travel agent & book many guests to stay in cities around the world including Venice
I was upset that this hotel was an extremely poor standard and felt like it ruined the end of my beautiful holiday in Italy.
We would be extremely grateful if you could offer us a credit for our next hotel booking with trip.com, we are in the process of booking our November Asia tour.
Kindest regards

AAnonymous UserVery good experience in this hotel. The very large and clean room. The staff very careful and have gluten-free food. Furthermore, it is very close to the Academia bridge that crosses the great channel. They also have a restaurant in the same hotel. I therefore recommend it 100%.
