Haiphong Hotels with Gym

I have been staying in Pullman for every trip I have in Haiphong and it is hands down the best service and facility. The staffs are always accommodating and very friendly, usually go above and beyond to help.

The serviced apartment is conveniently located near a bank downstairs and many restaurants and cafes. The room is clean, tidy, and well-laid out, with an induction cooker, pots and pans, and complete toiletries. A dedicated laundry lady washes and neatly folds the laundry before delivering it to the room. The price is also reasonable. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Haiphong.

The swimming pool at top floor is really great, standing at top floor and seeing outside makes me feel being at a exciting country and wanna to explore, also can’t forget front desk girl’s smile. Looking forward next visit to Hải Dương

Great location! The breakfast had a good variety of ingredients so you could make your own meal, and they even cooked up delicious Korean ramen upon request. I made a mistake with my booking date, but the hotel staff helped me sort it out. Despite the inconvenience, the view was lovely and the room was clean and well-maintained.

The overall hotel experience was great. The location is excellent, making travel very convenient. The rooms are clean and tidy, with complete and well-maintained facilities. The bedding was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, making the check-in process efficient and quick. The housekeeping staff were responsive and paid attention to detail. The breakfast offered a rich variety of delicious options, providing great value for money. The overall environment was quiet and elegant. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay; it's highly recommended.

Location & Transportation: The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient access to dining and shopping. It's just a few minutes' walk from the subway station and various attractions. Ambiance & Hygiene: The lobby design is simple yet grand. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and fresh. There was even a subtle fragrance in the air, allowing me to completely relax the moment I stepped in. Service: The front desk lady was very friendly and processed my check-in quickly. She even upgraded my room for free! Room service was very responsive; the extra toiletries I requested were delivered within minutes. A special shout-out to the cleaning staff; every day I returned to a perfectly tidied room, and they even left thoughtful handwritten greeting cards. Facilities & Comfort: The mattress was just right, neither too soft nor too firm, and there were pillows of various heights to choose from. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep until morning. There was plenty of hot water, and the shower pressure was perfect, washing away all the day's fatigue.

The best hotel in Cappadocia! The staff service was top-notch, and their responsiveness was excellent. The location itself was superb, and the breakfast was fantastic. The gym is okay if you're looking for bodyweight exercises or dumbbells (though there's a Chris Bumstead video playing on the wall... it's just not possible with the facilities provided). But it's fine for temporary use. The pool: PERFECT!!! Even in the cold January weather, the indoor pool was enjoyable enough (why there's a foot volleyball court or ping-pong table in the middle of the pool is a mystery...). The game room: Just skip this one... it has old games, and some are broken. The kids' room: Don't expect the kids to play there for a long time. However, the location and view are a solid 6/5, which makes it totally deserving of a 5-star rating overall.

The hotel was very nice. Great location and view (sunset from the rooftop bar is fantastic). If it wasn't for the construction in front of the hotel, this hotel would be the bees knees. It is close to our tour operator and mini markets. The staff so helpful and informative. Jong, one of the managers, organised a taxi for us to take us from our tour in the harbour to our speedboat to take us to Ha Long City. The speedboat driver organised the taxi driver to take us to our hotel in Ha Long City. It was well organised for us at half the price that we paid to get to Cat Ba Island. We were taken advantage of in the beginning of the Cat Ba Island adventure as unknowledgeable tourists, but we were treated so well on our departure trip from Cat Ba Island thanks to Jong.

The guy at the front desk was very nice. Motorbike rental was 100k. There were many places to eat nearby, but breakfast was no longer available recently.

-Quick check-in, friendly and enthusiastic receptionist. -Clean room, fully equipped and comfortable, near Aeonmall. Every time I return to Hai Phong, I stay here, reasonable price ☺️
