The room was incredibly spacious, a villa-style type, and from our specific room, we had a fantastic view of Dianchi Lake. The scenery was absolutely beautiful. The staff at the front desk, both the gentlemen and ladies, were incredibly warm and welcoming, with excellent attitudes, which made our check-in experience very pleasant. West Hill Park is also very, very close by. We will definitely be back next time!

I stayed for three nights, and overall, my experience was very satisfying. This hotel left the deepest impression on me during my trip to Yunnan. The private courtyard and hot spring gave it a real resort feel, and the quiet environment was perfect for relaxation. The breakfast quality was excellent; in addition to the usual offerings, there were freshly cooked items like pan-fried steak and fresh shrimp, which I looked forward to every morning. The service was an even bigger bonus. Our butler drove us to the mountaintop restaurant for breakfast, and any requests we had during our stay were promptly met. The whole process felt very comfortable—not overly intrusive, but help was always available immediately when needed. When we checked out, they even thoughtfully gave us some tea as a souvenir, which was a lovely touch. If you're looking for a hotel genuinely suited for a vacation and unwinding, I think it's definitely worth experiencing. I'll certainly come back if I have the chance.

My family loved the hotel. It was spacious with a courtyard, a lake, and fish. The gym was large and well-equipped with a wide variety of equipment. There were two heated swimming pools, which were cleaned every night. The hot spring water next to the pools was also drained and replaced with fresh water the next day. There were both indoor and outdoor pools, and the hot spring water was drawn from underground. The whole hotel was a recreational attraction. We originally only booked one night, but we were so relaxed and comfortable at the hotel that we extended our stay for another day. When my child got wet, the staff even kindly took them to dry.

The hotel is right inside the Normal University, connected to the school swimming pool, very convenient in the university town, the room facilities are pretty good, very quiet with a good view, the front desk lady and the luggage storage guy are also very nice! 👍

We loved our private outdoor hot spring pit surrounded by wild plants, perfect to unwind after a rainy day. The private patio with rattan chairs and sun umbrella is ideal for slow leisure time. The interior adopts subtle Chinese aesthetics, warm wooden furnishings and elegant calligraphy decorations create a comforting vibe. It’s great that the room is equipped with a mahjong table for group entertainment. The architecture with grey tiles and climbing ivy is incredibly photogenic. If you crave quiet nature, private hot spring and authentic oriental charm, this place is a fantastic choice. An unforgettable experience!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The hotel room was clean, the service was excellent, and it offered great value for money – we were very comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding; everything was freshly made, not pre-prepared. The pastries and buns were handmade and absolutely delicious – it's rare to find such homemade quality at a hotel. Right next to the hotel is a large, beautiful golf course. A big plus is the shuttle service to the cable car and subway station, and they even offer transfers to the Nationalities Park for sightseeing! I also have to commend the hotel's partnered photography service; photographer Xiao Xiao was professional and patient, with a great eye for composition and aesthetics. The photo shoot was efficient, and the final pictures exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!

The hot springs were fantastic, especially the private pool in the room – clear, warm, and incredibly relaxing. We arrived in the evening, and some of the public pools were a bit dirty, but there were hardly any people, so we basically had a pool to ourselves, which was very comfortable.

The room was super spacious.
