"I was very satisfied with my stay this time! The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around. The front desk even called me in advance to explain the directions, which was incredibly thoughtful. They sent me the exact location and a picture with route guidance, so I easily found the hotel by following the navigation and the picture – no detours needed at all. The front desk staff even came down to help me with my luggage, which I really appreciated; it truly warmed my heart. The room was also a pleasant surprise; it was exceptionally clean, with a comfortable and tidy layout. It was spotless, well-equipped, quiet, and peaceful. Overall, the service was attentive, the room was clean, and the overall value for money was excellent. It's truly a hidden gem of a hotel, hehe. I genuinely recommend it to everyone."

"The room rate was reasonable, and the room itself was spacious, modern, and equipped with smart controls for curtains, lighting, and air conditioning. It was clean, well-arranged, and the bedding was comfortable. I stayed for two consecutive nights. However, there were a few issues. The bathroom had no place to hang or put clothes, lacking hooks or shelves, which was quite inconvenient. The hairdryer was excessively loud and piercing; I didn't dare use it for fear of disturbing neighboring guests and it definitely needs to be replaced. Also, disposable toilet seat covers were not provided, though luckily, I had brought my own. Finally, I found items left by the previous guest in the room and had to call the front desk to have them removed. Overall, it's quite good, and with a few improvements, it would be excellent."
