"This hotel is perfect for families with kids. Being able to walk to the park is a huge plus, and the overall experience was fantastic. It's an ideal choice for family trips, and we'll definitely bring the kids back again! We're very satisfied, thumbs up! The hotel facilities are comprehensive, the park area has lots of greenery and fresh air, and the bright colors really appeal to children. The hotel's spaceship theme creates a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. The service is outstanding; the staff are enthusiastic and attentive, with excellent service attitudes. The hotel environment is elegant, and the decor is lovely – the kids absolutely loved it. The lobby is spacious and bright, with good lighting and ventilation, and the overall decor feels cozy. The hotel staff are warm and thoughtful, and we were all very pleased! Great! The room facilities are complete. The staff processed check-in quickly and were very friendly, which made a great first impression. Luggage storage was also super convenient, we're satisfied. The hotel has a large parking lot, which is excellent; we didn't have to worry about driving at all. The rooms even offer scan-to-order dining. Breakfast is very generous with a wide variety of dishes, and the taste is excellent. It offers great value for money. The food court on the first floor has various dining options, meeting basic meal needs. It's very kid-friendly, and the spaceship park is right downstairs. Overall, we had a very satisfying stay and will choose this place again next time! It's convenient, and the bathroom is spacious and grand, with a great wet/dry separation design, which made us feel very comfortable. Any questions or issues were addressed promptly and helpfully. The hotel's sailor-themed buffet breakfast had a good variety, and the food tasted great with a delicate texture. Room service for deliveries was prompt, enthusiastic, and professional, providing very thoughtful service. The front desk staff were professional and proactive during check-in, making the process quick. Check-out was also fast with no waiting. The whole process was convenient and efficient, we're satisfied and will definitely stay here again. It was a very pleasant experience. Thumbs up! The hotel has plenty of free parking. It's close to the high-speed train station and Jinwan Airport. Overall, it's great. In short, everything was outstanding, highly recommended! We'll definitely return if we get the chance!"

"The room was clean and tidy, parking was convenient, and the surrounding transportation was excellent. If it's your first time in Zhuhai, you can even rent a car-sharing vehicle to get around, and the parking spot is not far from the hotel. Very good."

"I had a wonderful stay and the hotel service far exceeded my expectations. They proactively contacted me before arrival to confirm my check-in time, which was incredibly thoughtful. Upon reaching the hotel, the staff member handling our check-in was very professional, efficient, and genuinely friendly. They even proactively upgraded our room, which was a delightful surprise. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, with excellent overall hygiene. My favorite part was definitely the room's sea view – I could watch the beautiful sunrise in the morning and also enjoy the view of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge. It was a truly unforgettable experience. Special thanks to Doris and Froya, the managers at the Executive Lounge on the 35th floor. They were incredibly polite, attentive, proactive, and thoughtful. Throughout my entire stay, I felt their professional yet warm service, which made this trip even more perfect. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"The hotel environment is excellent, and the location is superb, right next to attractions like Sun & Moon Bay, Lovers' Road, and the Fisher Girl statue, plus there are beautiful parks to stroll through. With kids, you can rent bicycles with child seats, and cycling around is very pleasant! The hotel features an infinity pool. It used to be heated, but I heard that from May onwards, it will be unheated, so if kids want to swim, it depends on the weather as it can still be quite cold sometimes. The hotel's breakfast buffet also offers a good variety, ranking well among high-end hotels. The staff were very friendly. My child lost their Kakahu fridge magnet, and the staff enthusiastically helped us look for it. Although they didn't find it, they gave us two new fridge magnets and a fruit platter to cheer up the child. I have to commend them! Their follow-up service was also excellent! Next time we visit Zhuhai, we will definitely choose Wanghailou again!"

"March 14, 2026. This was my first stay at the Hyatt Centric Zhuhai Jinshi, a new brand (to me) under the Hyatt umbrella. Every single staff member, from the security guard at the lobby entrance to the front desk and housekeeping, was incredibly welcoming. I particularly loved that there's one of my favorite Chinese restaurants right next to the Centric. The hotel is located by the Qianshan River, and the view from my bedroom window was absolutely delightful. In the evening, about 700 meters away, there's Baishi Bridge, which lights up beautifully, creating a dreamlike river scene. I stayed in room 1125; it wasn't huge, but it was spacious enough and very comfortable. My only slight disappointment was the severely unstable TV signal transmission. I believe this is due to poor cable routing, an insufficient number of signal boosters, or low-quality equipment. I hope management pays special attention to this. Apart from that, I would still gladly recommend this hotel to everyone, because compared to the nearby 'Renaissance' hotel, the 'Centric' offers incredibly good value for money."

"This was my first time staying at a resort hotel, and it definitely had that classic five-star hotel feel. There's a huge park inside, and the environment is top-notch, perfect for guests who appreciate peace and quiet. The room was beautifully decorated and very spacious, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a great view of the Macau Peninsula. The service was attentive, though I hope it could be a bit more enthusiastic next time. Overall, its strengths outweigh its minor flaws, and I hope to have the chance to stay here again."

"The hotel's overall layout is typical Hilton – decent and standard, as is the room decor. They have a swimming pool and a kids' play area. The front desk staff and service personnel were all very kind. During this trip, I had family members with mobility issues, and the hotel staff and restaurant staff were all very helpful. The hotel is located in a new area; Macau is just a short boat ride across the water, and it's relatively close to Hengqin. The only downside is that dining options nearby are a bit far. We booked a room that included afternoon tea and a complimentary shuttle service to Hengqin or Chimelong (you get to choose one of three options), so overall, we were quite satisfied. My only minor disappointment is that I noted during booking that I was celebrating my child's birthday and asked if they could do a small room decoration or provide a little surprise for the child. Unfortunately, nothing was done. In other places I've traveled, I've made similar requests and they've always folded towels into cartoon shapes or provided a small cake. This makes me feel the hotel's overall service awareness and management could be improved, but everything else was very satisfactory."
