"Stayed at this hotel with friends and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The hygiene was impeccable; every corner of the room was spotless, with no hidden dirt or strange smells, which made us feel incredibly comfortable and safe. The hotel environment is superb and wonderfully quiet. The grounds are lush with trees, and you can't hear any outside noise from the room, creating an excellent atmosphere for relaxation. The front desk staff were highly efficient, checking us in super fast. They were professional and thoughtful, even escorting us to our room. All our requests were promptly attended to. The room facilities were also comprehensive."

"Excellent service at this hotel! Most of the front desk spoke English. The check-in was amazing. We were 2 hrs early and just wanted to ask if we could store our luggage somewhere. They did offer that service free of charge, but instead, they checked to see if our room was ready. It was not, but they found us another room anyway (at a higher floor no less, which is a mini-upgrade)! They told us about free snack offered from 9pm to 11pm, which was delivered by their robot on wheels (super cute). The room was nice and clean. It was on the older side but all I care about is cleanliness. They had a roomy smoking balcony on the 31st floor (the rooms start on the 27th floor if I'm not mistaken), which made it convenient for smokers. We were offered late checkout without asking or extra charge, which really helped us. We also got to store our luggage for free after check-out (they allow it for guests for up to 2 days!!) The hotel is located right next to metro station (literally right next to it) and right in the center of digital paradise (plazas and stores selling all and any digital item/gadgets at ridiculous prices) . There is also a shopping centre with 9 floors that is on top of the metro (I believe every metro in Shenzhen has a shopping centre was of sort). I will for sure go back to get more gadgets and I will for sure book this hotel."

"The biggest surprise during this stay was the room's private projector screen – it's nothing like those simple white-wall projections! The custom professional anti-light screen has amazing texture, perfectly flat with no wrinkles, and its massive size offers a truly immersive view. The projector delivers high-definition, crystal-clear picture quality with incredibly true-to-life color reproduction and incredible detail. You can watch movies during the day without even closing the curtains, and the image won't look washed out or blurry. At night, with the lights off, it's like having your own private immersive cinema. Combined with the room's surround sound system, watching dramas, movies, or variety shows was an absolute blast. After a long day of travel, snuggling into the soft bed at night to watch a favorite movie created such a fantastic atmosphere, completely curing all my fatigue. The facilities were brand new and spotless, easy to set up, and one-click screen mirroring from my phone was super convenient. The value for money is absolutely unparalleled – I'll definitely choose this place again for my next stay!"

"You can't beat this location. It's just a few steps from Exit C of Gangxia Station. The surrounding commercial area is well-developed, offering everything from dining to shopping. The room was meticulously clean, which was very pleasant. The security measures are excellent, with strict elevator control, making you feel safe and secure during your stay. The front desk staff were also very welcoming and promptly responded to any requests. 👌🏼"

"Traveling to Shenzhen's Huaqiangbei on a business trip, I stayed here alone. The reception was gentle and thoughtful, and the check-in and check-out process was super fast and hassle-free. Any work-related requests were met with incredibly quick responses. The hotel is right next to the subway, which makes getting around for business very convenient. Downstairs, there are plenty of fast-food options and convenience stores, and I could directly visit Huaqiangbei for sourcing materials. My high-floor room was spacious and quiet, and I enjoyed relaxing with the giant projector screen during my downtime. The balcony had excellent natural light, and the room was fully equipped with a washing machine, refrigerator, and other appliances. The bathroom was clean with a dry/wet separation. The entire room was tidy, and the attentive service made my solo business trip much less complicated."

"The hotel's hygiene was excellent, and the room was spotlessly clean. Everything from the bed linens to the bathroom amenities was pristine. The location is also very convenient, just a three or four-minute walk from the subway station. I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely come back if I need to."

The bathroom design felt dated, and some room types didn't have a separate shower and bath, meaning I had to shower in the tub, which wasn't the most efficient use of space. The soundproofing was decent; I occasionally heard minor noises from the hallway, but it didn't disrupt my rest overall."

We’ve already prepared an extra breakfast for you, hoping both you and your companion can enjoy a delicious morning meal.' At that moment, holding my phone, a wave of warmth washed over me. Upon entering the room, the curtains were already drawn open, revealing Shenzhen's skyline spread out before me. On the table, there was a handwritten welcome card, neatly penned with my name and a simple blessing. The bed was as soft as a cloud, and the pillow height was just right for my preference. Every detail showed thoughtfulness, as if they had understood my unspoken needs. During breakfast, the restaurant staff remembered my coffee preference and brought me a perfect latte without me even having to ask. The fried egg yolk was slightly runny, exactly how I like it. Looking out at the city, I suddenly felt that this was no longer a business trip, but a journey meticulously cared for. Renaissance Shenzhen Luohu is more than just a hotel; it’s like a confidant who knows how to listen, making ordinary days blossom with its meticulous service."

"Very close to exhibition, but i will never suggest to stay here. First-not clean. Second on the same floor beauty salon and very noisily, not looks like apartment hotel. Reception staff very good, thank’s to them for understanding and return money back, i didn’t stay here even one night. If for you the main important stay close to exhibition, this right location. Also you can cut you here and make manicure on the same floor :)"
