Milan Hotels with Wifi

"Facilities: Pretty good hotel. Cleanliness: Very good, no issues. Environment: Great, it's an old hotel but the ambiance is nice. Service: We originally booked a twin room, but there was a mistake when we arrived. The front desk immediately waived our parking fee and switched us back."

"We had an excellent one-night stay at this hotel. It was close to the Duomo and other attractions. The Front Desk staff were lovely and helped us to check in early. The room was clean and well-appointed. The breakfast had plenty to choose from, and there was a dedicated staff member to just make coffees for everyone. The only point to mention was that as we were arriving, the door with a ramp did not automatically open and the bellmen did not assist us with luggage (just one step up), but it was a minor issue as we can handle our bags on our own."

"The owner is incredibly nice 🥹 and replies to messages super fast! Very reliable, basically always responsive to requests. We were stuck in the subway station due to the rain, and the owner even drove to pick us up around 10 PM 😭 The next day, he even let us store our luggage until after the Winter Olympics opening ceremony, and was still thinking of opening the door for us at 2 AM. He's truly an amazing owner 🥹🥹 The location is very convenient, with direct subway access to the city center and San Siro stadium. The room is just a few hundred meters straight from the subway exit. It's in a very quiet residential area, and there are two bathrooms, more than enough for everyone."

"I stayed for 4 nights. The hotel seems to be newly built, very modern not like those traditional hotels in Europe. It provides 2 bottles of water, 2 small shower gel and shampoos, and disposable slippers which seem not very common in europe given the environment consideration. Heating is good. There is a radiator in the toilet, making it warm and nice in the cold Feb. The shower holder is loosen, so the water splashed and a bit hard to control. Location is not bad, 15 minutes by walk from Milano Centrale, 10 minutes by walk from the subway Sondrio. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel, making it convenient to transfer. The room is relatively good space for big suitcase. There is a safe in the room. The dining area is nice, though I didn’t take meals there. The receptionists are very friendly and welcoming, apart from one guy on a night shift who was rude and ruined my good impression of the hotel. Overall, a nice place to stay for me who came to Milan for the first time and was not very familiar with the local as someone from China."

"The room was clean. We didn't spend much time in it, but we were pleasantly surprised that there was a radiator that actually heated the room, which is quite rare nowadays 😁. It was very warm. The bathroom and toilet were clean; the women's bathroom was very spacious 😁😁😁. The manager was very friendly, and we were surprised that he spoke Ukrainian, although we mainly communicated in Spanish. The tourist tax for two people was €19 per day. Great location: 2 minutes from the subway and 10 minutes from the train station and bus stop. Recommended."

"I stayed at this hotel during the ENTIRE Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic Games.  Across the street from the hotel was a great cafe.  On the street where the hotel is located are two late night restaurants until 12 and 1 am respectively.   At the same time the hotel was VERY CONCERNED when I would walk out to maybe get some food late at night as they warned about pickpockets and general petty crime.  They would lock the door about 2 am and then would re-open it when they saw you come back.  I get that only one person was on duty.   The hotel had good wi-fi and the TV channels had a LOT of channels, none in English, but the rest were in all of the different languages all around Western Europe which is what is to be expected.  The rooms had a refrigerator in them which was nice to put things in and the desk was nice to use that was my primary work area.    The property is literally a 5 minute walk to Milano Centrale which was very convenient.  IF YOU go to the area by the McDonalds at any time, you REALLY HAVE TO PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR SURROUNDINGS at any time as you had folks around there that might be up to no good.  The police did patrol that area well.  Right next to the McDonald's was a TERRIFIC TURKISH restaurant I went to that I must have had the Kabob Pizza 3-4 times called Centrale Turkish Kebap Dorbubir. I would stay here again should I come into the area.  After 18 nights at a hotel, you do figure out if you are compatible with a place."

"The location of the hotel is great, and the service was great. We had an issue with a safe in the room, which was fixed immediately. The front desk team was wonderful! In general, it's a very clean and nice hotel from the lobby to the rooms. We stayed from Sept 26, 2025, to Oct 1, 2025. I rated facilities as 4 and not 5 stars due to a few reasons: - It was extremely cold in the room, especially in the mornings. Shivering in the morning was extremely uncomfortable when you get out of the shower and wish there was a heat source close by because you are shivering. - One night, we returned from a theatre and ordered two grilled sandwiches in the bar, 14 euros per one. The sandwich was two semi-cold pieces of white bread, one piece of cold cut meat (no idea what kind) and one piece of semi-cold cheese. - The hotel has no food in the rooms policy. Since the use of the late-night ”bar” is definitely not recommended, keep in mind that you will have to eat something outside before returning late. We didn't try their restaurant, but considering the experience with the late-night ”bar”, I would be cautious. If you are prepared to overlook the minor things stated above, we recommend staying in this hotel."

"This hotel is situated just outside the zone of traffic control of the old part of Milan, so good for those who drive and who also want to walk into the touristy parts of Milan.. Underground carpark is chargeable per 24 hours at eur 25. Driving to it can be tricky especially on weekends as one of the roads leading to the hotel is closed for the day market. Have to turn into a narrow lane (closed to public except for hotel guests). Best to contact the hotel to ask about driving directions if arriving on weekends. Room is reasonably sized and clean. Quiet too despite rowdy crowd in restaurants and bars nearby. Lots of restaurants, bars in the neighbourhood, and a Carrefour opposite."

"The room was clean and the bathroom was clean. The location is in a community, it is easier to find, not far from the city, take 2 subways to arrive. This kind of room bathroom is shared, but it is very convenient Sound insulation is not good, people outside will be loud when they go up the stairs."

"Service from the front desk was excellent. Always helpful, with excellent recommendations for restaurants. Very responsive to our requests. Right next door to the Duomo. Our room was modern and clean with the necessary amenities. Nothing pretentious. Excellent front desk service was the standout. Highly recommned."
