"I had an absolutely fantastic stay here. The location is excellent, and for the price I paid, it was an incredible bargain. The hostel is very well maintained, with comfortable and spacious rooms, already-made beds, complimentary towels, and convenient charging points at each bed. We also had lockers in the cabins. One thing that really stood out was the complimentary breakfast, including free croissants. I have stayed in many hostels and rarely come across such thoughtful extras. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. Ms. Valeria was particularly helpful during the check-in process, and another gentleman wearing glasses was also very kind and attentive. They were always willing to assist and made me feel genuinely welcome. The facilities are excellent as well. The bathrooms are clean and equipped with hairdryers, and there are washing and drying facilities available for a very reasonable fee. Guests can also store their luggage for just €2 per day, which is by far the cheapest luggage storage option I have found in Milan. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again. The combination of great service, fantastic location, excellent facilities, and outstanding value for money makes this place an easy recommendation. I look forward to coming back in the future."

"I was completely surprised with this place, cleanliness was great, I stayed in the female dorm, the bathroom was impeccable! the staff was super lovely, breakfast is great for the price, the hostel itself is beautiful and has so many places to go, garden, places to work, etc. It is actually nice to stay there and I like that they have activities like ktv, live music and many more to make a great environment. Location is super convenient right next to Milano Centrale! nothing negative to say, I enjoyed my 3 night stay!"

"The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the train station, which is its biggest advantage. There's also a supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient. The downsides are that the bathroom light is motion-activated, so it would suddenly turn off while showering. The 2-in-1 shower gel and shampoo came in a tiny bottle. The food and drinks in the mini-fridge cost extra, and the air conditioning wasn't very responsive. For both days I stayed, it wouldn't turn on automatically, and I had to go to the front desk to get it working. On the first day, it was too cold, and on the second, the airflow was very weak. The soundproofing was decent, but I could still hear noise from the hallway. Overall, though, I was satisfied. The room was quite spacious, and the bed was a double."

"We had a wonderful stay at Glam Hotel Milano. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and they went above and beyond by allowing us to check in early since we were traveling with our baby. After a long journey, that small gesture meant so much to our family. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, which made it perfect for resting after a busy day exploring the city. The location is also amazing — it’s literally steps away from Milano Centrale station, making it extremely convenient for trains, transportation, and getting around Milan. We truly appreciated the hospitality and professionalism of the staff. They made our stay smooth and enjoyable, and we would definitely stay here again when visiting Milan. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service!"

"The room was spacious and comfortable, and we were happily upgraded to two 1.8-meter large beds! The shower set in the bathroom worked well. This was the best value-for-money hotel I stayed at during my trip to Italy. It's a 5-minute walk to the metro station and about a 17-minute walk to the train station, which felt pretty good."

"The room size is decent and it's kept very clean. The Italian breakfast is simple but delicious. It's very close to my company, making it my go-to choice for business trips. The staff are friendly and the service is excellent. Plus, the price is cheaper compared to the Starhotel next door."

"The hotel room looked very new and clean, and the front desk staff were friendly. Although the breakfast area was small, the food was good. The location is convenient, right across from the train station. The only downside was the lack of complimentary bottled water, and the tap water quality was concerning; I wouldn't even dare to drink it after boiling. Luckily, I had some mineral water left from the plane, otherwise I would have had to buy the hotel's overpriced water."

"The accommodation is well-situated, close to the central station and with tram lines nearby. It's quite peaceful, being located in a quiet neighborhood. However, cleanliness could improve; our room wasn't made up any day of our stay."

"Room: We got the old room which I find a bit dark and window closed and cannot be opened to let the lights in with a heavy metal key so we had to leave it in the reception everytime we go out. Room is clean and they provide complimentary water, disposable cups and tea but only for 1st night . It would be nice if they can replenish those. I noticed there are some floors that are newly renovated, which I assumed where the ”executive” rooms at. Recommended to book those rooms instead. Location: A lot of food places in the area and less than 10 min. walk from Milano Centrale. There is a tram stop 3 mins away and metro subway ~5mins walk which can take you to the city center."

"The hotel is located in a residential area, slightly north of central Milan, which appears to be one of the city's less affluent neighborhoods. Right next to it, there's a large roundabout surprisingly overgrown with tall weeds! The buildings' bases are covered in graffiti, making the area look quite run-down. There was a Black housekeeping staff member who seemed to lack proper housekeeping training. While cleaning our room, he took our personal glass, which was very different from the hotel's provided glassware, as well as a stainless steel cup and chopsticks that had no connection to the hotel whatsoever. When we returned to the room and noticed these items missing, we saw him still cleaning and immediately asked if he had thrown them away. He didn't evade the question at all; instead, he led me to the storage room and retrieved everything! We ran into him at the subway station the next day. He was instantly recognizable – over 190cm tall and very thin. He greeted us in a very friendly manner."
