The hotel is directly connected to a large shopping mall, and a train station, a large supermarket, and a shrine are all within walking distance. We had no trouble with dining or shopping. Every hotel staff member, from the doorman to the cleaning staff, greeted us with a smile, which made our stay very pleasant. Especially, the welcome drink could be enjoyed at any time during our stay, and it was served at a rooftop bar with a great view.

I booked a deluxe king room, which wasn't very big. The breakfast was mediocre, mostly 'white people food'. For over 700 baht, I felt it wasn't great value for money. The swimming pool was quite small, and when I went in the morning, there were leaves floating on top, making it unusable. Before booking, I saw other reviews saying the rooms were quiet, but perhaps my room was close to the elevated highway because I could still hear motorbikes, even on the 23rd floor. The hotel is just a block away from ***. There are 7-Elevens at the entrance's gas station and further inside ***. The inner 7-Eleven had more selection. As a solo female traveler, I walked through *** to the inner 7-Eleven to shop two nights in a row and felt reasonably safe. The hotel's location is decent, situated between the Siam and Sukhumvit shopping districts. If you're not in a hurry, you can walk to either district in about twenty minutes.

The neighborhood is awful, smells like fish. I think even the taxi driver was scared when he arrived. This was my first time in a hostel. The bedding was clean, the air inside was fresh, and the staff were polite. I asked for an early check-in, and they accommodated me without extra charge because I really needed to sleep. It was comfortable to sleep, and there were no drunkards or unruly people, just young and decent guests. A bed for one night cost 500 rubles, which is perfect just for sleeping.

The room was spacious and well-equipped, though the decor was a bit dated. The location was super convenient, right by the subway entrance. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Overall, I felt it was great value for money.

The staff were friendly and pleasant, with no issues at all. The room was comfortable. It was very convenient as the event venue I was attending was at this hotel. With EmSphere right next door, there were plenty of dining options, and I could comfortably walk to Phrom Phong Station via the skywalk. The bath towels seemed quite worn, and there were some stains on the bedding, but as long as they were properly cleaned, it wasn't a problem.

The service staff were excellent, from the bellboy to the check-in attendant. The room was clean and quite spacious. All toiletries were provided, and there were even 4 bottles of water! The bathroom had a bathtub, and the water pressure was good. The air conditioning in the room was refreshingly cool, making for a very comfortable sleep. The hotel is located on Petchaburi Road, near an alley that connects to Sukhumvit 39. After checking out, it was easy to find some great restaurants around Sukhumvit. Overall, I really loved it and will definitely stay here again!

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. Cons The rooms are very outdated. Furniture, walls, corners, and the bathroom show visible wear and damage. The rooms clearly need renovation. The photos on the listing do not reflect the current condition of the rooms. They look much newer than they actually are. A stove was listed as an amenity, but in reality it was not usable — it was covered with a fixed wooden panel and could not be opened. There is no tea or coffee in the room, despite a coffee machine being shown in the photos. Tea is available at the reception during daytime only. The air conditioner is very noisy. It is controlled via a wall panel (no remote control) with limited settings, and even on the lowest mode the noise is noticeable. There is no ventilation fan in the bathroom, so steam stays in the room after showering unless the door is opened. The TV offers only Thai channels. There is no Smart TV and no option to connect a phone. The kitchen area has a sink, cabinets, and basic dishes, but it is not functional due to the lack of a stove. Despite cleaning, the room looks visually worn because of the overall condition of the walls and ceiling. Pros The bed is comfortable, with two pillows per person. Clean bed linen. The bathroom was clean, with good water pressure. The room includes a new hairdryer, a refrigerator, dishes, and cutlery. There is a balcony facing the courtyard, where smoking is allowed. The staff were polite and helpful. The receptionist spoke good English and explained everything clearly, and the housekeeping staff were also very friendly. The hotel provides a golf cart shuttle to nearby shopping malls. The location is convenient, close to M-Sphere, Emporium, and the M District, which was the main reason we chose this hotel. Overall Suitable for a short stay of one night. The main drawback is the outdated rooms and mismatch with the photos. Мебель, стены, углы и ванная с потёртостями и сколами, требуется обновление и ремонт. Фотографии на сайте не соответствуют текущему состоянию номеров: выглядят новыми, тогда как по факту номера давно не обновлялись. В номере была заявлена плита, но фактически она отсутствовала — была закрыта и зафиксирована деревянной панелью, воспользоваться ею невозможно. В номере нет чая и кофе, несмотря на то, что на фотографиях присутствует кофемашина. Чай можно взять на ресепшене в дневное время. Кондиционер шумный, работает без переносного пульта, управление осуществляется с настенного блока с ограниченным количеством режимов. Даже на минимальном режиме шум заметный. В туалете нет вытяжки, после душа пар остаётся в комнате, уходит только при открытой двери. Телевизор показывает только тайские каналы, Smart TV отсутствует, подключение телефона невозможно. Кухонная зона оборудована раковиной, шкафчиками и посудой, но нефункциональна из-за отсутствия плиты. Из-за общего износа поверхностей номер визуально выглядит неаккуратно, несмотря на уборку. Плюсы Удобная кровать, по две подушки на человека. Чистое постельное бельё. Ванная комната была чистой, хороший напор воды. В номере есть новый фен, холодильник, посуда и столовые приборы. Есть балкон, выходящий во двор, на котором можно курить. Вежливый и отзывчивый персонал: девушка на ресепшене хорошо говорит по-английски и подробно всё объясняет, горничные также оставили приятное впечатление. Предоставляется гольф-кар трансфер до ближайших торговых центров. Удобное расположение рядом с M-Sphere, Emporium и M-кварталом, что было основной причиной выбора отеля. Итог Подходит для краткой остановки на одну ночь. Основной минус — сильно устаревшие номера и несоответствие фотографиям. Расположение и персонал — сильные стороны отеля.

I really liked the hotel’s convenient location, near the main road of Sukhumvit and within walking distance of Terminal 21 Mall. There is also a 7-Eleven nearby, which makes it very convenient for getting snacks and other essentials. The breakfast is served buffet-style, with a changing menu each day, so there is a good variety throughout the stay. I also highly appreciated that the hotel upgraded my room from a Superior Room to a Deluxe Room. The hotel is generally squeaky clean, and the room was very spacious and comfortable. I especially liked having a proper table where I could use my laptop and work comfortably. Toiletries and bottled water were also well provided. The only minor issue was the carpet, which had some dirt that remained despite the otherwise good cleanliness of the room. Overall, I had a pleasant and comfortable stay. The convenient location, spacious room, cleanliness, good breakfast, and complimentary room upgrade made the experience worthwhile. I would definitely consider staying here again.

This is a very relaxing place with a swimming pool and Chinese-speaking staff. It has two beds, and the staff were very patient; someone stayed up until 3:30 AM to help us check in. The only downside is that it's quite far from the city center, and the convenience store is a 7-8 minute walk away. I even got chased by stray dogs when I went to buy some essentials late at night – quite an experience! Highly recommended if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle!
