"Overall, our stay was mostly good, although there were a few issues, especially at the beginning and with service. On the first day, we were assigned a room with no natural daylight at all, only frosted glass windows. This clearly did not match the online listing, which advertised natural light and a partial city view. After raising the issue at the front desk, we were given a different room the following day, which was fine. Service was inconsistent. On one occasion, housekeeping was completely forgotten. Only after a strong complaint at the front desk was the room eventually cleaned. Prior to that, we were told cleaning was no longer possible because all housekeeping staff had already left for the day, which was not acceptable. The room itself was well laid out and functional, though not particularly modern. The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from Grand Central Station, making it very convenient for getting around the city. Considering we stayed over New Year’s, the price was reasonable, which is a definite plus. Overall, despite the initial issues, solutions were ultimately found for all problems. For that reason, we would rate the hotel 4 out of 5 stars."

"Could not reccomend this hotel anymore! Close to everything, stunning view of the empire state from our room. The staff couldn’t be any more helpful, always happy with anything we asked them, and told us to have a good day, every morning we went on our travels. Very clean, maid service daily! And even a little bonus when we told them it was out friends 40th birthday we were traveling for gave us 4 free drinks at the bar. When i visit again, this will be the hotel i stop in! Thanks to everyone for making it such a pleasant stay."

"The location is fantastic, right on 7th Avenue and 37th Street. It's within walking distance to Times Square, Fifth Avenue, the Empire State Building, and Bryant Park. On the ground floor, they offer 24-hour complimentary coffee, hot water, and tea bags, which was a real lifesaver on cold days, warming both body and soul. They even provide breakfast to-go boxes, and there's a small kitchenette. This was definitely the best value-for-money hotel during my 14-day, four-city East Coast trip."

"This hotel is super close to LaGuardia Airport, and they have a free shuttle that gets you there in about 15 minutes. The facilities inside the hotel are really nice and new, and the free breakfast is delicious!"

"There are not many people who comment on it. The hotel is on 49th Street between 7th and 8th Avenues. The roads in Manhattan are easy to recognize, just right and street. Start on Fifth Avenue and then sixth, seventh, Broadway and eighth. In the middle is the street. The Port Authority's main station (that is, the coach station) is on 42nd Street, Times Square is on 47th Street, and the subway can be a 50th Street station, very close. A lot of food nearby (Ichiran Ramen, Shake Burger, Michelin Steak House). The hotel is not a well-known brand in the chain, it is relatively small and not luxurious, but the price is not cheaper than the surrounding Marriott or the like. Dental appliances are not. I booked an agent's twin room at Ctrip at first, which was 500 yuan cheaper than the official website. There are two types of twin beds on the official website. One is ordinary and the other is a barrier-free room with a handrail. The difference between these two types is 500. The double bed marked on Ctrip did not say that it was an accessible room. I booked Ctrip for a small farmer. The fact that I got the room was a barrier-free room, and that 500 was not bad. And it was very low on the third floor. It was super dark in high-rise New York. I went to the front desk to upgrade the suite. The front desk gave me a good discount and added me 50 dollars a day. Hall, bedroom with double bed, double sofa bed in the hall, both bath and shower, and 3 cloakrooms with bathrobe hangers. Ctrip's hotel booking is really very metaphysical, the price and official website are not bad, the room type is difficult to determine, I have learned lessons before. Anyway, the hotel location is convenient and the facilities can be serviced or not. The price is not bad. People do not look at their choices.
