"A wonderful place to stay. Walking distance to night markets, Hoi A river & lantern boats, Old Town. Grabs are cheap if you want to go further away and easily accessible.  The place was very clean, bottled water was provided, good water pressure, very comfortable beds, and friendly/helpful reception staff. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Hoi An in the future."

"The location is actually quite far up from My Khe, so it's not really convenient for getting around, but it felt much closer after staying at a resort nearby. The filter color barely changed. People said there were a lot of Chinese guests, and it seemed about 50% were Chinese package tourists, 30% other foreigners, and 20% Japanese and Koreans. Since it was a package tour, it was less noisy in the room than I expected, which was great, and all the staff were friendly. The room cleanliness was satisfactory, but the mattress was completely saggy, which was a bit uncomfortable ㅜㅜ haha."

"This was the first hotel where I felt I'd want to stay again purely because of how wonderful the staff were. The person I interacted with was incredibly kind and lovely, I was truly surprised. The only issue I had was that there were many small ants in the room. They were only in the kitchen and a small part of the room, thankfully not in the bed, so it was manageable. But if I were staying long-term, it might have been more problematic for me. The room itself felt more like a studio apartment for an extended stay rather than a typical hotel room. It had a kitchen and a large refrigerator, like a one-room apartment. There were also dishes and cooking utensils, which would be great for anyone comfortable using them. The rooftop facilities were fantastic, with a pool and hammocks – perfect for just relaxing and unwinding. There's also a small cafe at the entrance where you can buy water and sodas, which was very convenient. My flight was on the evening of my checkout day, and not only did they let me store my suitcase all day, but they also allowed me to use the rooftop even after checking out, and said I could use the showers up there. Since I had spent the day enjoying myself and working up a sweat, being able to shower before my flight was incredibly helpful. Coincidentally, the day I visited was a public holiday, and they even had fireworks on the rooftop and offered snacks like fruit, which showed such wonderful thoughtfulness."

"Good location, friendly staff, clean room. My second visit. Will definitely be staying there in our next visit. I would like to thank the front desk for their help in looking for room without bath tub. The hotel was fully booked yet they managed to fulfilled our request. Thank you so much!"

"Our room with a river view was really nice. The only improvement would be to change the bed setting to view the river from bed, instead of looking at the side of the building next door. Mostly, the service was good, but I think there is a lot of room for improvement in terms of the finer details. A lot of the time I felt staff were working for the Corporation (Hilton) rather than the customer. Some things where improvement could be made. 1. Paying a VND17m deposit on arrival was a bit of shock to me. I've stayed in 50+ hotels over the last 3 years, and I have never had to pay such a large deposit. 2. I tried to order some eggs Benedict for room service around midday. The staff refused to offer it even though it was being offered from 11.00-14.00 on the brunch offer - surely this could have been achieved. Small but annoying and reflective, I think, of the staff mentality to customer service that could be improved through better training. 3. Another small one, we got our laundry done externally, and the provider delivered our laundry back to the hotel 3 times. Instead of sending the laundry up to the room, the staff just kept it at the service desk. It wouldn't take much to deliver it to the room, or call the room. 4. We booked a room with a river view, but we couldn't see the fireworks from the room. So, we thought maybe we could go to higher floors to watch. Instead we were told we'd need to book a seat at the restaurant and pay VND2.4m to watch. Disappointing to say the least. 5. Toilet cistern was broken. We stayed at the hotel for 17 days, and was never fixed. Surely the cleaning staff were aware of this. 6. The vegetable lasagne was very poor. Basically just layers of pasta with potato and a carrot in soup bowl. 7. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty. The staff don't check when it's near empty? I know by themselves these things seem small, but together they just add up and leave a sense of disappointment. The staff need to be trained to change their mentality to focus on customer service. The week before, I stayed at Silverland May Ho Chi Minh. I suggest someone from the Hilton Da Nang go and stay there to see how customer service should be done. The good things in terms of service. 1. The room service and parking staff were very friendly. 2. The cleaning staff were very flexible in terms of their timing. 3. The room service prices were quite reasonable. The location is not the greatest. About 10 minutes walk from all the action. The gym was good."

"The room eventhough is small is very clean and no musty smell. Fridge works well too. Free detox water available at check in level 5 at all times. Strategically located near a halal restaurant yalla and opposite the river. Not far from airport. Son tra night market is also walkable. So is the Dragon bridge to see fire show. There are 2 highland coffee situated nearby left and right of hotel. We enjoyed our stay here. Lift was fast. Toilet has bidet. View from 25th floor is amazing"

"The room all old furniture… Small room… can’t imagine those who bring big luggage, hardly got space to walk… Such small room should remove the small table and chairs… The TV remote was not working, request to change battery … they say will come to my room immediately … but in the end… waited 10minutes nobody comes.. I have to bring the remote to reception to get the battery replaced …. They got a cold fridge… The breakfast serve nice buttery pancakes… Other food… not so good… They never top up food when finished… The restaurant that only one who always give a smiling face is the one who cook the pancake and egg station… More room for improvement… Surprisingly this hotel have many Indian nationals customers … so you can see few when breakfast, use hand to take food although tongs are provided …I just comment what I saw in the 3 days…no hard feelings … Hotel Near 2 nice bakeries…and Macdonal… Also near an overpriced massage place for men… no women… better skip this place…"

"A nice room with all the amenities, it's fine for a few days. There were some downsides, of course: the hotel isn't fully ready! The pool won't be open for a while; it's under renovation. At 8 a.m., they started doing major renovations right above us, and it was too much. We were on the sixth floor, and renovations were underway on the seventh."

"The hotel is huge and conveniently located! The staff were really nice and helped us with our luggage. They also promptly assisted us when we had issues at night. The king-size double bed in the room was massive, easily fitting three people. There was plenty of space for luggage too. Plus, there's a huge balcony, but it was too hot to go out there~"

"We spent about 2 weeks at this hotel and were very satisfied. I booked this stay through a recommendation from know.travel, and everything was exactly as described on the site: Room Amenities: A major highlight was the kitchenette with all the necessary dishes—it was perfect for making our own breakfasts. The room also featured a balcony and a washing machine, which made doing laundry and drying clothes incredibly convenient. Facilities: There is a beautiful small pool on the ground floor, a great spot to relax. Service: Housekeeping and towel changes were provided daily, which we really appreciated."
