"The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's right above Beijing Road Pedestrian Street, and Big Buddha Temple, which is great for photos, is just next door. The soundproofing is excellent, the room was clean and tidy, and the internet was super fast. All the facilities are practically brand new. The front desk lady even gave me a complimentary breakfast, and it was really good, with Cantonese chicken feet and shrimp dumplings – a great spread! I highly recommend staying here."

"We stay here for a night before our flight back to home. The service was really excellent. From the checkin till checkout everything went smooth. The room clean and the bed really comfy. A lady and a man help us carried alot of our taobao package, so grateful for them. They even let us check out late because we have night flight. There is free laundry service as well that help us to wash our clothes. The location is really good in the centre of shopping area and restaurants. Walking distance to Beijing pedestrian road. Highly recommend."

"The location is great; the hotel is right next to the subway station, with many options for food, drinks, and entertainment nearby. It's also easy to get a Didi (ride-sharing service). Plus, the front desk helps with package collection. The only downside is that the room was not clean! I booked a business twin room for three nights, and on the very first night, my mother and I were bitten by bed bugs. Although I reported it to the front desk, and they immediately moved me to another room, we still encountered bed bug bites on the second and third nights. Now that I'm back home, I have to see a doctor to deal with this issue. In terms of hygiene, I'm quite disappointed with All Seasons Hotel."

Every aspect of the hotel is stunning and pleasing to the eye, which is precisely why I adore it so much 😎. The hotel's location is outstanding, right at the head of Beijing Road Pedestrian Street. It's within walking distance to the pedestrian street, Guangxiao Temple, and the Temple of the City God. If you want to go to Haizhu Square, a taxi ride is short. You really don't need to worry about the location; it's a prime spot in the absolute city center 📍. Regarding service, individuals like Tyra and Ryan are exceptional managers. They personally go above and beyond to resolve any issues guests might have, earning a super big heart from me 😍. Before leaving, I entrusted the front desk with an important task, and a Ms. Lian provided incredibly proactive service, even actively updating me on my package's shipping progress after I checked out. It truly showed what putting the customer first means 🥇. However, I must say that one gentleman in the concierge department was incredibly frustrating 😡. I suggest the hotel management review his performance thoroughly after seeing this comment. I genuinely don't believe a concierge should be so cold, even *******, interrogating guests with an impatient attitude. During my stay, I also observed the same staff member being particularly impatient with a food delivery driver 🙄. He even annoyed me when I first arrived and tried to leave my luggage."

Parking is also excellent, and guests enjoy free parking during their stay. **Environment:** The hotel is clean and comfortable, with some great photo-op spots! **Service:** The service attitude is excellent. However, food deliveries are brought up by a robot. It would be even better if the staff were more attentive and could promptly place our orders into the robot, so I wouldn't have to wait. **Facilities:** The rooms have balconies, wet/dry separation in the bathroom, and free mini-bar drinks, plus water is available everywhere – these are all great touches. There's a gym and a laundry room, and the photo spots are fantastic. They even have free ice cream in the lobby, which shows great attention to detail."
