Hampton by Hilton Haikou Arcade Old Street is a mid-to-upscale limited-service hotel brand under the Hilton Group, located in the culturally and historically rich Arcade Old Street area of Haikou City. As a key strategic layout of the Hampton by Hilton brand in Hainan, the hotel adheres to the core service philosophy of "Friendly, Reliable, Caring, Thorough", delivering cost-effective accommodation experiences for both business and leisure travelers.
The hotel features 133 modern guest rooms, equipped with the brand’s signature Hampton Bed with premium bedding, ergonomic workstations, and international-standard bathroom facilities. As a limited-service hotel, we have streamlined non-essential amenities found in full-service counterparts while retaining core functional areas such as a business center, 24-hour fitness room, and self-service laundry.
Boasting a highly competitive location, the hotel is just a 35-minute drive from Haikou Meilan International Airport, a 5-minute walk to the Arcade Old Street Food Street, and within a 3-kilometer radius of major city landmarks including Wanlv Garden and the Haikou Bell Tower. The hotel’s architecture masterfully blends arcade-style architectural elements with modern design language—its facade preserves the colonial Southeast Asian-style colonnades, while the interior adopts the brand’s iconic bright color palette and pragmatic design principles.
As a participating property in Hilton Honors, we offer exclusive benefits to members, including points accumulation and complimentary Wi-Fi. Setting itself apart from traditional mid-range hotels, the property has integrated a digital service system encompassing self-check-in kiosks and a mobile in-room service platform, enhancing operational efficiency while maintaining the limited-service model. In 2023, the hotel was nominated for the Hilton Asia Pacific Customer Satisfaction Award
"We chose this hotel for our first night in Haikou because it's conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to enjoy dining, drinking, and entertainment. Since it's a new hotel, the hygiene is excellent – the towels and bath towels were clean and comfortable. The rain shower had great water pressure, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a big plus! The bathroom has a dry/wet separation, and even the toilet area is separated from the dry area by a glass door, which is really nice. The breakfast buffet in the morning was quite plentiful and generally met the expectations for a hotel of this caliber, pretty good overall. The hotel's location is fantastic, very convenient for driving, and the parking lot is right downstairs. A special shout-out to the friendly young man with glasses at the front desk – he truly showed us the warm hospitality of Hainan people."
