The hotel offers a wide range of high-quality facilities for its guests. Although we have worked diligently to refine everything, there may still be areas where we have fallen short. We kindly ask all guests to be patient, accommodating, and provide guidance whenever possible.
"I booked a twin room. The hotel's location is excellent, right on Jiuzhou Avenue, making it very convenient to get to Lovers' Road Beach, City Balcony, and City Living Room. The hotel lobby is grand, with a convenience store, a coffee shop, and a children's play area. My flight arrived late on the first day, so it was handy to grab something to eat from the convenience store.
The front desk staff were very polite, and their service attitude was excellent. The room was quite spacious and new, with all the necessary amenities, including a sofa and a round table. It was also very clean, and the large projector, automatic curtains, and lighting system all worked perfectly. The only downside was that the bathroom felt a bit small; it might be a bit cramped for larger individuals.
The breakfast was decent. On one day, I went early and had plenty to eat, but when I went later, there wasn't much left. Also, there was no coffee, only milk tea and milk. I suggest adding more variety.
I stayed for a week. On the first day, no one came to clean the room. When I asked the front desk, I was told that I needed to inform them if I wanted the room cleaned, and that pressing the 'Please Clean' button outside the door didn't work. For the following days, I requested cleaning, and it was done. On the last day, I returned to find that the floor mat and toilet paper hadn't been replenished. I called the front desk, and they said they would send housekeeping. After waiting for over an hour, nothing arrived. I called again, and after another hour, it still hadn't arrived. I had no choice but to go down to the front desk myself to remind them, and only then were the items delivered.
Overall, the experience was good, with just this small flaw that needs improvement."
