"The hotel left a positive impression. There's a fruit market nearby, and a large supermarket is just a stone's throw away, which is convenient for grabbing water, snacks, and other essentials. Several decent cafes are also in the vicinity. Both the Old Town and the beach are about 2 km away. The room was quite clean, though the toilet hadn't been cleaned or even flushed upon check-in. The renovation is recent, and the furniture is in good condition. The shower works, but needs a minor repair. The bed is comfortable, and the linens are clean. However, the pool was a bit dirty: cloudy with debris floating in it – not very pleasant for swimming."

"We enjoyed our stay the hotel is grab distance from the center Con Market and Han Market. If you go walking there is not many places to eat . It will be nice to have the restaurant open . Breakfast is ok but they need to change after some days and have more variety. Reception are great people , Rachel was amazing and very helpful and professional as well as Thinh and the rest of the crew . We were overall very pleased ."

"A nice room with all the amenities, it's fine for a few days. There were some downsides, of course: the hotel isn't fully ready! The pool won't be open for a while; it's under renovation. At 8 a.m., they started doing major renovations right above us, and it was too much. We were on the sixth floor, and renovations were underway on the seventh."

"Friendly service, convenient and comfortable stay. The hotel staff were incredibly nice, and I was lucky enough to get a room upgrade this time, which made me very happy! 🥰 They highlight 24-hour check-in, which is very flexible for travelers. Pros: Great amenities: There's a supermarket downstairs, and it's very easy to hail a taxi and park right outside the main entrance. In-room facilities: The room comes with a simple mini-bar, perfect for dining in. Pleasant surprise: I unexpectedly caught a beautiful sunrise view when I woke up early. Cons/Suggestions: The only slight drawbacks were that the water pressure in the sink was a bit low, and my room was right next to the staff room, so I was woken up by work noises around 6 AM. However, considering the room upgrade, I still found it very forgivable! Overall, still highly recommended 👍👍👍"

"Overall, the hotel isn't bad, but I think it's a bit overpriced for the service. The water pressure in the shower is really weak and you can't increase it. Also, the staff doesn't inform guests that there's a pool on the roof. It's a small inflatable one, but you can still take a dip. The female staff members are polite, always helpful, and answer questions, staying in touch via WhatsApp. The location is great; you can walk to the sea. There's a 24/7 shop nearby. We liked having a balcony, but it's probably just for show because the doors barely open."

"For its price, the hotel is decent. Housekeeping is daily, and the towels are fresh. The biggest drawback is the ants. For the first few days, we coexisted peacefully, barely encountering them, but on the last day, as others have mentioned, they were sleeping in bed with me. There was also an issue with the door lock; it didn't always engage properly when closing. I had to yank the door hard to find that specific position where it would finally lock. On the 9th floor, there's a pool and three exercise machines. The pool is in need of renovation—dirty glass and rusty parts. I never got around to using the exercise machines (even though I specifically chose this hotel for the treadmill 😓), so I can't really review them. The beach is about a 10-minute walk, not very crowded, and there are no sunbeds. You can rinse your feet at the hotels across the street, as there are no faucets on the beach itself."

"The hotel is located on the eastern side of the ancient town, along the river. It's about a 10-minute walk to the old town itself. During the day, this walk takes you through a lively street where you can experience the daily life of local residents. In the evening, you can take the riverside path and enjoy the vibrant lantern boats on the Thu Bon River, from the old town area all the way to the hotel's vicinity. Because the hotel is situated in a local residential area, there's a local supermarket nearby where you can find authentic, affordable goods, including fresh fruit. Overall, the hotel's location is just right for exploring the ancient town. I was particularly impressed with their breakfast – it offered a wide variety of dishes, all with a distinct local flavor. Additionally, the hotel provides complimentary bicycles and motorcycles, allowing you to venture further into the countryside and experience different sceneries and local customs. Highly recommended!"

"It was very beautiful in a hotel that had just opened. The hotel is not resident, but there is a sense of security because you can contact me immediately if there is something and the response is quick. He solved it quickly when he had trouble. The key room is beautiful and sophisticated interior and cozy. There is a kitchen and a large refrigerator. The plates and cutlery were substantial and used when delivering or buying fruits. Amenity is also available. It's a short walk to the beach, and there's K-Market diagonally in front, which is convenient for shopping. Fashionable cafes, Lighthouse, pho and spring rolls are delicious Phở House are also within walking distance. The 10-minute walk will take you to Rocket Fruits, where fresh cut fruits and smoothies are delicious, and Silk Spa, which is reasonably priced and well-served. It's a nice hotel that makes you want to live, so I really recommend it!"

"Pros: So many! Location: Close to shops and cafes. It’s a pleasant 5-7 minute walk to the beach. Beach: You can get to the equipped beach directly by crossing the road. A sun lounger under an umbrella costs 40k VND. It’s best to bring your own towels as they aren't provided (though they are available at reception in the apartments upon request). You can also just lay your towel on the sand. There were waves, but they were gentle and safe for swimming. There were few people in the morning and during the day, but it got packed by evening. Designated areas are roped off for swimming, with surfers on the sides to prevent mixing. Service: Unobtrusive but high quality. All the staff smiled and were eager to help. It was especially nice when they helped with our luggage upon checkout without us even asking. Thanks to the team, Helen and Rio! Housekeeping: Daily cleaning with fresh towels every time. The bed linen was changed every 3 days (I think). They washed dishes and wiped everything down. Breakfast: A complimentary welcome breakfast was served at the building across the street. It was a small buffet, but had plenty of everything: eggs, soup, pastries, vegetables, and fruits. After the welcome breakfast, it costs 100k VND per person. Apartment Amenities: One bedroom and a living room, plus a huge balcony. There’s a washing machine and a dryer that didn't work. We brought our own rope and clothes pegs, and our clothes dried very quickly. There’s a BBQ on the balcony, but we didn't use it. It has a shower and a toilet. The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, plates for first and second courses, and cutlery. The Wi-Fi is good (suitable for video calls). Air conditioning in every room, and it gets really cold. Slippers were provided, but no bathrobes. Pool: Beyond excellent! After an exhausting day, diving into your own private pool is incredibly refreshing. It's 1.6m deep, and the water warmed up nicely throughout the day. It was cleaned every 3 days by arrangement (we coordinated the time). There's also a pool in the building across the street (which you can use), along with a tiny gym (exercise bike, multi-functional rack, and dumbbells). Cons: Honestly, none unless you actively look for them. You could mention the non-working dryer, but that’s a minor detail. We came to the coast for the excellent sea and fruits, and there was an abundance of both."

"This hotel is incredibly clean and the staff are so friendly. I've stayed at other places, but you really can't beat this hotel for the price. It's truly amazing value for money! Especially when it comes to cleanliness, it's absolutely outstanding."
