"This was my first time staying here, and my room had a door directly facing another room that could be opened, so I requested a room change. I checked in in the afternoon, but there was a power outage from 1 PM to 4 PM, which was incredibly hot. The hotel's apology was simply offering a free glass of water on the first floor, which I found quite unbelievable. After dropping off my bags, I immediately headed out. The facilities are a bit old, and the air conditioning is very loud. Although there's a light rail near the entrance, it's not actually very convenient and takes about the same amount of time as a taxi."
