"Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The hotel is conveniently located, just an 8-minute walk from the train station. The room was nice, with a large and comfortable bed, and very little noise, which made for a good night's sleep. I appreciated the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom. My only minor complaint is that the bathroom trash can was a bit too small, but otherwise, everything was great."

"I recently stayed at the Kindness Hotel Tainan Minsheng Branch, and the overall experience was really comfortable! The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was very relaxing to sleep on. The staff were incredibly friendly, always smiling from check-in to check-out. What made me happiest was the breakfast: they offered a wide variety of Chinese and Western buffet options, all delicious. After a satisfying meal, I had plenty of energy to start my day of exploring Tainan. The hotel also has a 24-hour coffee, tea, and ice cream bar, which is super convenient if you want a snack in the evening. The value for money is truly excellent, making it a very satisfying stay. The location is also very convenient; stepping out, you're right in the heart of Tainan's delicious food and shopping streets, perfect for solo travelers and relaxing getaways. Highly recommend overall!"

"During my stay, I was extremely satisfied with the hotel's location, surroundings, and in-house services. Overall, I had a pleasant time. First and foremost, the hotel's excellent location is noteworthy. A river flows right next to the building, and the pleasant breeze blowing across the water in the mornings and evenings allowed me to feel the presence of nature even while in the city. Simply strolling along the river gave me the sense of freedom that only a travel destination can offer, and it was a refreshing way to start my day. The hotel's bicycle rental service was another particularly memorable feature of my stay. It allowed me to easily visit places a little further from the city center, significantly expanding my range of activities. During my stay, I cycled to nearby tourist attractions, cafes, and quiet residential areas, experiencing the everyday atmosphere of the area. Being able to easily visit places that were a little farther away on foot and explore the city at my own pace was extremely pleasant and enhanced the enjoyment of my trip. The breakfast also far exceeded my expectations. The buffet offered a wide variety of Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes, and each one was carefully prepared. There was a wide variety of fresh vegetables, hot dishes, bread, and desserts, so there was enough variety to keep you from getting bored even if you stayed for several nights. The dishes made with local ingredients were particularly delicious, allowing you to experience the unique flavors of the region and feel a little luxurious from the morning. As mentioned above, the hotel's location, the convenience of bicycle rentals, and the high-quality breakfast all combined to make this stay extremely satisfying. I feel that this is an inn that I can confidently recommend not only to tourists, but also to those who want to spend some relaxing time. I would definitely like to visit again if I have the opportunity."

"Super efficient accommodation, great service staff both speak Mandarin and English, nice interior/ decoration/ public area well maintained and really support solo traveller/ bath room clean: provide both soap and shampoo including hair dryer, hair oil, cotton bud, pad, necessary stuff. Also provided an area for cook, eat, sit, work, talk; free coffee, tea and water dispenser. I highly recommend this hotel! I stay in the hostel option the bed area is so nice! Large space, clean bed sheet, storage area beside bed, also has outlet and light. One concern is that in the hostel option there will be other people in the same room, pray for luck to not get a bad roommate 😆 ใครมาพักที่ไถหนานแนะนำเลยคับ! ดีมาก สมราคา!"

"When I booked this on the reservation website, I had no idea it was a motel. I placed a non-refundable order and only received the check-in instructions later, which stated that check-in was only allowed after 8 PM – that's a huge minus. The outdoor pool floor was not clean, and it should be easy to sweep the gravel and dirt from the walkway into the nearby plant area. It's a shame these small details were overlooked! The breakfast was too simple and didn't really match the beautiful accommodation environment. Plus, it came in a takeaway lunch box, which felt a bit odd, even though the sandwich wasn't bad! We did choose a very nice room type, so overall, we were satisfied with the physical facilities."

"The hotel is new, the rooms are spacious, and the beds, mattresses, pillows, and bathroom amenities are all excellent. I especially liked the selection of food at the breakfast buffet. The staff are all young and have a friendly and enthusiastic work attitude. Unfortunately, we stayed during the Mid-Autumn Festival, and although we were excited to go to the rooftop to admire the moon, the Sky Bar closed at 9 pm, so we were disappointed. There's a park opposite the hotel where you can go for a morning run, and it's close to Yuguang Island for watching the sunset over the beach – definitely worth it!
