"This hotel is a little gem in a super area of downtown Montreal. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable, with high-quality sheets and a good selection of comfortable pillows. A kitchenette made it very easy to pick up salads or snacks to refrigerate or reheat leftovers from a restaurant the night before. Breakfast is included and there’s a good selection of fruit, boiled eggs, smoked salmon, deli meats and yogurt. Cereals as well. While there were scrambled eggs, I tried them twice but not cooked to my taste. Having said that, there were fresh pastries and bagels, so a bagel with cream cheese and smoked salmon with some fruit served very well.
This hotel is very walkable to Notre Dame, Place des Arts and several theatres and museums. Lots of great restaurants to suit anyone’s tastes. The subway is literally a 3-minute walk and in 10 minutes, you can be at the Jean Talon Market, which has a plethora of foods and drinks to suit anyone’s taste palate.
I’d highly recommend Hotel and Spa Carre St. Denis and will definitely be back next time I visit Montreal."

The customer service was great and the folks at reception deserve a special mention. The rooms are spacious and modern. The food was delicious and thumbs 👍

Our stay started off on the wrong foot due to a few issues with our initial room. However, I was very impressed with how management handled the situation. They were quick to respond and offered us an upgraded room for our second night, which completely turned our experience around.
The hotel is in a fantastic location—walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. Thanks to the excellent service recovery, we left with a positive impression and would consider staying here again.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is very good. It is very convenient to go everywhere. There are many restaurants downstairs nearby where you can eat. There is also a large swimming pool upstairs in the hotel. There is a pool restaurant next to it where you can order food and drinks!

VVADES FEHCentrally located but a bit expensive. Everything is to be paid by yourself. Paid parking, paid breakfast. The parking lot is 10 stories down. If all are full then you must drive to number 10 floor down the ground. Overall it’s not with the money. Over $350CAD for one night. Not worth at all.

GGuest UserStaying at this hotel for the third time. It is especially recommended for those who need to take the train, because the central station is connected to the back door of the hotel. The hotel's location is within walking distance to the old town and shopping streets. The hotel bed was very comfortable.

MMontag19Our stay was perfect! Checkin was seamless. The staff was extremely kind and helpful! The room was clean and exactly as pictured. The electronic features of the room were an added bonus (motion sensor lighting and electronic blinds/curtains, sensor and heated toilet). The location was amazing and so close to everything. The concierge helped us find a fun speakeasy within walking distance and checked in with us afterwards. Best weekend trip in a long time!

GGuest UserI booked this room for my sister for a last minute work trip and she provided this information. The staff was nice and the room was clean. However, the heater was unplugged so the room was cold, the curtain was broken so could not be closed completely so other guests may have been able to see in. Finally she had to crawl on the floor to find a working outlet to plug in her CPAP machine
