Shenzhen Hotels with Balcony

A very beautiful seaside resort that very suitable for couple especially the room is facing the sea. You can just sit on the bed to vet a very awesome seaview. The staff is very friendly and I got a free upgrade to the big room with both sewview and mountain view room Awesome! The room is very big, clean and comfortable. The breakfast canchoose Chinese style or Western style, its not a buffet but good enough. The taste is good too for Chinese style breakfast. 这家民宿真的是太漂亮了，非常适合打卡旅拍，非常的出片。这里的员工也很友善和有礼貌。我得到免费升级去海景套房，可以有海景和背面的山景，房间非常大，干净，舒适，非常适合情侣，也适合亲子住宿。我们的房间做在床上就有无敌海景了，露台也有个大水池，只可惜私密度比较低，如果可以加个窗帘，那么要私密有私密，要公开也可公开。有机会一定会在住这里。对了早餐也很好吃。

The service was warm and attentive, the room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the facilities were comprehensive. Guests staying at the hotel should remember to go to the front desk to enter their license plate number for free parking when checking out. Service: The service is warm and thoughtful, and they respond quickly via WeChat. All the staff we encountered were polite. The travel photography is genuinely free and not charged, and photos are provided to guests quickly. Environment: Among the many guesthouses in the area, this one is quite good, though the price is also a bit higher. It's a 5-minute walk to the beach through an exclusive small gate, and the hotel also has a private pool. The overall scenery is lovely. Hygiene: Relatively clean. Drawbacks: The soundproofing in the room isn't great. Around 7 AM, we could hear singing and the noise of things being moved around.

The room was clean and tidy, spacious, and the bedding was soft, ensuring a very peaceful sleep. The staff were attentive and polite, responding promptly. Overall, it's the usual Ritz-Carlton standard. The CBD night view is fantastic, and the stay felt like a perfect leisure getaway. I will definitely choose this place again next time I visit Shenzhen. First off, the check-in time was indeed quite long, but it's understandable given it was peak summer season. They even offered drinks while we waited, which was a nice touch! As an InterContinental member, I also received two complimentary drinks at the bar. The hotel's facilities are excellent. I went for a spa treatment while my child and husband went swimming – a perfect arrangement. As soon as I finished my spa, the butler notified me that our room key was ready! There was also a welcome fruit platter in the room. The room's view was absolutely unbeatable! We truly felt at home and enjoyed every moment. However, I actually found the breakfast to be even better than the dinner buffet. The oil-splashed noodles at breakfast were delicious 😋, and the chef who made them had such character, clearly demonstrating his passion for food. I really admire him! Thumbs up to him! 👍 For dinner, the seafood wasn't very fresh; the oysters and crab meat were quite loose. Plus, on the second night, we wanted to try the Southeast Asian restaurant, but upon arrival, many dishes were unavailable, which was a bit disappointing, so we left to eat elsewhere. Also, the restaurant closes at 9:30 PM. Overall, having stayed at this hotel over 10 years ago, returning now with my child, I still highly recommend it! The pool and beach are amazing, offering great privacy for guests! We will definitely be back 😊

The bedding was so soft and fluffy, like sleeping on a cloud ☁️. I fell into a deep sleep in 3 seconds 💤, and woke up the next day with no backaches or sore muscles – a dream come true for a working professional! 🙌 As someone who pays attention to details, I absolutely loved it! 👏 The bathroom had a super clean wet and dry separation, and the toiletries had a citrus scent 🍊. After washing my hair, it was so smooth I could film a commercial! Plus, there were smart curtains and Xiaodu voice control – just say ”turn on the lights” and the whole room brightens up. Full of tech! 💡 What touched me the most was the service!! The front desk lady was as gentle as a best friend 👭, proactively asking if I needed a specific pillow type and even sending welcome fruits 🍇! I left my charger when checking out, and they immediately helped me retrieve it after I called. Overall, it was decent. The room environment was fine, but the location isn't ideal for families with strollers, a bit of a hassle. The service was very good. I accidentally left my earphones, and the staff found them and mailed them back to me. Their service attitude deserves a big thumbs up! We didn't get to take the scheduled photos, which was a bit disappointing as we missed out on a family portrait. While the sea here didn't have the rumored 'glassy' effect, it was at least clean and suitable for kids to play in, which I really liked.

I've stayed here before and I'm back again! Highly recommend it, this duplex apartment near Shenzhen North Station is perfect for short trips! The front desk staff are friendly and responsible, patiently answering questions, providing a great service experience. The room is clean, tidy, and clutter-free, with warm decor that feels cozy and relaxing. The duplex layout is open and spacious. It's fully equipped with essential appliances like a fridge, washing machine, and dryer, and the internet is stable. The floor-to-ceiling window offers an excellent view, and the city lights at night are truly mesmerizing. Downstairs, there are all sorts of food options nearby, and it's a quick walk to North Station, making transfers to high-speed rail and subway effortless and time-saving. It meets all your travel accommodation needs, ensuring a comfortable and worry-free stay.

Very dirty place. The common area for the ladies was full of trash, tables dirty and the bathroom dirty. The beds were hard, matresses very thin and for a tall person above 1.72m it is not advisable. They also have shelves at the head of the beds so if you are talles you will slam your head in those. The balcony was full of dirt and people's clothes. It was very hard to find and the front gate was locked and had to spend good amount of time with the security guards until they understood that I have a reservation. Basically these are big apartment buildings so some rooms will be in complex B, others complex C. The receptionist were kind but very disorganized. People in the common area were super unfriendly and actually rude. All in all, I don't recommend this place.
