Makati Hotels with Balcony

The apartment was fully equipped, and the beds were clean and odor-free, making it baby-friendly with no sharp edges on furniture. The location was excellent, with a mall and many restaurants nearby. Although the weather wasn't ideal, with a typhoon and heavy rain warnings, we spent most of our time indoors and found it very comfortable and relaxing. The customer service team was also prompt and polite. When a pipe in the bathroom toilet started leaking during our stay, they sent someone to fix it the next day after we reported it at night. They also took care of a minor air conditioning drip, showing great responsibility. The only drawback was the poorly designed bathtub area in the suite. There's a wide recess along the edge of the tub that accumulates water, which then flows onto the floor, wetting about a third of the bathroom. While two anti-slip mats were provided, those who prefer a dry bathroom might want to consider this.

Good clean hotel, lobby, room and bathroom. That's all that I need on a work travel. Staff are helpful. Breakfast is simple and sufficient. Good not to have wastage. I do wish there was fruit jam (there's butter and peanut butter) for the toast bread. Just my habit in morning breakfast.

This hotel is great. The pool is excellent. The staff are very attentive. They are all superb. The only minor downside is the sound insulation in the rooms, and some clubs can be noisy if your room is in the back right corner of the hotel. Ask not to stay there; our second room was very quiet!

When I got to the propery, I realised KL has 3 different property types managed by 3 different groups. They all share the same building amenities but the units and services are miles apart. KL Executive is a bit more pricey than the other two, but their units are fitted with much nicer interiors and equipment. The service is efficient, there is always someone to assist on the other side of phone, 24-hours. The only issue I had is that in the photo of the room I booked, it was facing the park. I also requested for a room facing the park. But when got to the serviced apartments, I was given a unit facing the back of buildings with a Skyway view. However KL's location is superb! It has an ATM, a cafe-restaurant and a 7-11 mini-mart and really close to Greenbelt. It is still great value for money!

The accommodation was great value for money with spacious beds, perfect for a family of four. However, we had the worst experience. We booked a 2-night stay in a 6th-floor room, but from 10 PM to 5 AM, about 10 people in the room across from us were screaming as if they were all riding a rollercoaster together. We couldn't sleep at all, so we contacted the manager, who simply replied that they were having a birthday party, as if it was completely normal. It seems like every accommodation in the Philippines has party rooms. So, even after we complained, nothing was done. That night was so maddening that I contacted Trip.com customer service and even sent them a recording of the noise. Unable to bear it any longer, we checked out for the remaining night and moved to another accommodation. While the facilities of the accommodation were satisfying, the noise completely ruined everything.

Great location in the heart of Poblacion, with lots of restaurants, cafés, and nightlife nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly. It can get noisy at night due to the nearby bars and traffic, but the hotel provides complimentary earplugs, which is a thoughtful touch. Overall, a great stay and good value for money.

It was our second time staying at this property, and the check-in process went smoothly. The front desk staff were also very helpful and accommodating. The room we were assigned had issues with the air conditioning. The AC seemed to need a deep cleaning because it no longer cooled the room properly (it was hot inside) The curtains also had rusty stains caused by a leak coming from the AC. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay. This hotel is honestly our number one go-to hotel in Makati because of its great location, affordable rooms, and pet-friendly policy. We’ll definitely rebook again! Chewie-approved of course.

I had to follow up multiple times for toiletries and towels. The place is a bit old. We also had an incident where a FP rider verbally abused my sister right infront of the guard but he didn't do anything. He was on the phone the entire team. When I asked him to confirm what happened, he was sarcastic, smug even. ”BAKIT, ANO BANG SINABI SAYO NG KAPATID MO?” I approached him professionally but his gestures are kinda bastos. I won't be back.

I stayed at Jupiter Suites primarily because of its affordability and convenient location, which turned out to be very practical for my needs. The hotel is well-located, and the availability of free parking was a big plus. I would also like to commend the staff for being friendly, approachable, and welcoming during my stay. The room itself was adequately spacious and generally comfortable. However, there are a few areas where improvements would make a noticeable difference. In particular, the bathroom amenities could be better maintained. The toilet was missing a seat, and a bathmat was not readily available. Additionally, the bath towels seemed quite worn and could benefit from replacement. While I understand that the room was offered at a discounted rate, maintaining basic amenities would help enhance the overall guest experience. Overall, I had a comfortable stay thanks to the location and the helpful staff. With some improvements in maintenance and amenities, the hotel could offer a much better experience.

Room is very same as photo, complete kitchen utensils and everything was brandnew, I dont like high floor so this 7th floor room is perfect to me. Amenities was good, The free sauna is what i like here since i dont swim. But the highlight was the location, I was very close to rockwell and filling station in poblacion. There was a very good biryani restau downstairs just a few walking distance only. Thank you, will definitely be back again and would stay longer.
