AAnonymous UserI’ve stayed at New World several times, and what impresses me the most is their consistency in service. Even with changes in management, the quality of care and hospitality has remained the same—always excellent.
From check-in to check-out, everything feels seamless and professional. The staff are attentive, warm, and make sure every stay is comfortable. And I have to mention their bathrobes they’re unbelievably cozy!
New World continues to deliver the same superb service I’ve come to expect, and that’s exactly what keeps me coming back. Truly one of the best experiences every time!

NNomunessU Hotels Makati has an excellent location, very close to the center of Makati, making it easy to get around with many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The room was clean and tidy; though not huge, it was very comfortable and offered great value for money. The staff were warm and friendly, providing attentive service, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. Overall, it was a great experience, perfect for business trips and short stays. I would definitely choose this place again next time. Their breakfast at the restaurant downstairs was delicious – I'll really miss it!

GGuest UserI had a great stay at Ascott Makati. The room was spacious, clean, and well equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Makati, with easy access to shopping, dining, and business areas.
The service was another highlight. Staff were consistently warm, professional, and helpful—especially the doormen, who went out of their way to assist guests.
The only downside during my stay was the ongoing construction near the entrance, which made access a bit more challenging and required a short extra walk. However, the staff managed the situation well and were always available to guide and assist.
Overall, Ascott Makati delivers on comfort, service, and location. I’d definitely stay again once the construction is complete.

DDaniel123This has been my go-to hotel in Makati. You get 5 star facilities and more for the price of a four star hotel. Plus, the location is also great as well since this is located in between two major thoroughfares, Kalayaan avenue and Makati Avenue. The only thing I say that needs improvement is the breakfast selection.

GGuest UserWell I have stayed at this hotel several times over the years before Covid. I haven’t been here since 2020. The staff is great. The location is good. The hotel it self is becoming run down. I mean the rooms. My sink in the bathroom did not drain well. Bathroom outdated and kinda dirty looking. They need to start renovating their rooms. The restaurant downstairs was good but after breakfast, dead. No good meals for dinner. They need to put some authentic Filipino food. Chicken/pork adobo pancit.

AAngel MilevThis was undoubtedly the best service we’ve experienced from staff in the Philippines during our six years here, and we travel frequently. The reception team was the kindest and most knowledgeable we’ve encountered, and the restaurant staff during breakfast was equally impressive. Kudos to the manager for clearly prioritizing excellent staff training at the hotel!
Hotel's amenieties are also exceptional - excellent, spacious rooms (studio type) even with a kitchenette; the swimming pool - really good for swimming, not the typical decorative stuff type; roof top bar with an excellent view; breakfast was nice with plenty of choices.
However, we weren’t particularly fond of the surrounding area, which is dominated by pubs, bars, and related establishments. While this is beyond the hotel’s control, it makes the location less suitable for family travelers—a matter that falls under city management’s responsibility. Restaurants in the hotel need to work on the meals choices they offer.
That said, the location is quite convenient, being just a 20-25 minute walk from Greenbelt, Manila’s most modern district.

DDaisy Yong NCThe hotel is old, but room was good, and the front desk service was also very good, although the system was too slow. I decided to stay one more night because I did not want to move around, and I had already paid for the extension. However, when I returned to the hotel at 7 PM after a busy day, I was shocked to find that my reservation had been unreasonably canceled by Trip.com without any explanation.
Trip.com informed me that the booking was canceled and that the refund would take 7 to 14 working days to be received. I personally find this extremely unfair, as the payment was deducted instantly but the refund requires a long waiting period. This situation has caused me significant inconvenience and dissatisfaction. I request an immediate explanation, faster refund processing, and proper compensation for the trouble caused.
