"I had a really pleasant stay with my friend! This was my second time staying here, and once again, the hotel didn’t disappoint.
The front desk staff and housekeeping were amazing as always. They were all so warm, welcoming, and always had a smile on their faces. I originally booked a Standard Twin room with no view, but they kindly gave us a complimentary upgrade to a Superior Twin with a partial city view. They also upgraded my room during my first stay, which made me feel like a valued guest and is something I truly appreciate.
The room was clean, comfortable, and everything worked perfectly throughout our stay. I especially enjoyed relaxing in the in-room hot tub.
The only downside was our experience with one of the pool attendants. We went for a sunset swim around 5:30 p.m., and unfortunately, he seemed irritated when answering our questions. His attitude made us feel like we were being policed rather than welcomed as guests. It was disappointing, especially since every other staff member we encountered was so friendly and accommodating. I hope the hotel can provide additional customer service training to ensure all staff deliver the same level of hospitality.
Overall, I had another wonderful stay and would definitely come back. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable!"

The location is excellent, and the rooftop bar with its amazing view is simply amazing. The room was very clean, as were the hotel’s common areas. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and polite. The breakfast was absolutely delicious.
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and will definitely choose it again on our next trip to Makati. Thank you!

Kharasho 39I really liked the hotel. Everything was just like in the photos. The lobby is beautiful, and the food at the downstairs cafe is delicious with generous portions. The reception staff were friendly. It's in a very convenient location, right next to the police station. The only downsides were that there was no window in the room and water would stay on the bathroom floor after showering. Despite that, my husband and I really enjoyed our stay here; it's one of our favorite hotels ❤️

Guest UserThe room was clean and tidy, and the service was excellent. The rooftop pool offered a nice view. Breakfast was a bit mediocre; it was à la carte instead of a buffet, and the taste was just so-so. The gym had a strong plastic smell.

Guest UserThe location is quite good; it's convenient to simply stroll around the business center or get to places of interest. Manila experiences terrible traffic from the afternoon until late at night, so keep that in mind when planning your trips. The staff is very polite and helpful. The pool turned out to be a bit smaller in reality than it appeared in the photos, but overall, everything is solid and good. I've attached photos of the view from our room and at the pool. I recommend the massage offered at the hotel; they have good therapists.

BizzLamichhaneMy second time visit in Manila and second time stay with Lub D, it offers great location to visitors who wants to stay around Makati. Just beside the famous Burgos Street, lot of bars, pubs, 7 eleven, outdoor dining areas.
It has large reception on second floor with some fun activities, high speed internet, lounge for hostel guests. Really loved their friendly environment. Gonna stay here again if i’m coming to Philippines for 3rd times.

Krizzia AngeliIt was our second time staying at this property, and the check-in process went smoothly. The front desk staff were also very helpful and accommodating.
The room we were assigned had issues with the air conditioning. The AC seemed to need a deep cleaning because it no longer cooled the room properly (it was hot inside)
The curtains also had rusty stains caused by a leak coming from the AC.
Overall, we still enjoyed our stay. This hotel is honestly our number one go-to hotel in Makati because of its great location, affordable rooms, and pet-friendly policy.
We’ll definitely rebook again! Chewie-approved of course.

Akhil GargI had a fantastic stay at Berjaya Makati. The location is unbeatable right in the heart of the business district, with Greenbelt and Glorietta malls just a short walk away for shopping and dining. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. What really stood out was the staff; they were friendly, professional, and went out of their way to accommodate my early check-in request. The pool area is a nice oasis after a long day of meetings. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!”
