GGuest UserStayed at this service apartment for staycation from May 26 to 28, 2025. Quite surprised to know when I confirmed a day before I check-in, that there were no washing machine and dryer in the studio unit. When we checked-in, the unit has a space provision for washing machine and dryer complete with all the pipes and outlets. I'm also surprised to know that there were no buffet breakfast same as all the other Ascott brand service apartments. All in all it is a nice stay. From all the amenities, what we love most is the pool area.

AAnonymous UserMy stay at this hotel was delightful, thanks to the amazing staff. One staff member went out of her way to assist me with laundry in the middle of the night and provided all the amenities I needed. The room design was also impressive, with a simple kitchen that allowed me to wash and dry dishes—very convenient. The only slight downside was needing to take two lifts to reach my room from the lobby, but it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, the thoughtful service and well-designed room made the stay truly enjoyable.

AAnonymous UserWe love our stay here. We got the corner room which had a great city view. The room was clean and the towels are fresh and smells nice. There’s a complimentary coffee and tea while you can get the water outside where the water dispenser is. The breakfast buffet have varieties so you still options. It is very close to literally everywhere. The only downside is that the elevator is too slow.

Of course we didn’t expected to check in so already, but the hostess propose us the early check in for 3000 that the price of our room for a night was 2500 .
How can be the earlier check-In more expensive that the all night ???
Any way we choose to don’t paid and go for a walk .
We came back at 13h30 for the check in, we almost wait one more hour to finally go to the room .
The room is really was ok . But the AC is dripping, the safe has no more battery and some cabinet miss the handle .
And as a lot of comments are saying the breakfast is not pleasant .
We didn’t expect so much from this hotel but we are disappointed .

DDaisy Yong NCThe hotel is old, but room was good, and the front desk service was also very good, although the system was too slow. I decided to stay one more night because I did not want to move around, and I had already paid for the extension. However, when I returned to the hotel at 7 PM after a busy day, I was shocked to find that my reservation had been unreasonably canceled by Trip.com without any explanation.
Trip.com informed me that the booking was canceled and that the refund would take 7 to 14 working days to be received. I personally find this extremely unfair, as the payment was deducted instantly but the refund requires a long waiting period. This situation has caused me significant inconvenience and dissatisfaction. I request an immediate explanation, faster refund processing, and proper compensation for the trouble caused.
