"This is a landmark hotel. The front desk staff were very welcoming and arranged for an upgrade to a high-floor corner room. We had a great view of the New Territories of Hong Kong on one side and the Shenzhen cityscape on the other. Even the separate work area had a view, so the entire room offered a 270-degree panoramic view. The service butler was attentive, proactively bringing our luggage to the room and providing complimentary coffee, tea, and other drinks. They also offered robot delivery for takeout, which was convenient and quite fast. If you're driving, you park in the underground garage, then need to take an elevator to the first floor, switch to another elevator to the front desk, and then take yet another elevator to your room."

"Very close to the subway station, with a mall right downstairs. The taxi stand is at the back, so no traffic jams. The room was quiet and clean, with relatively new facilities, and I even received welcome fruit upon check-in. It was a very comfortable stay. Overall, it was excellent and exceeded my expectations. I booked it because I wanted to attend an event at Zhongzhou Bay Mall. It is very convenient as I can get there right downstairs."

"The room was excellent, the facilities were great, the pool was fantastic, the service was superb, and the view was amazing. A few things really stood out: first, they thoughtfully gave us a complimentary breakfast since we were traveling with two kids; second, they arranged a room with a view of Window of the World for us; and third, even though our original room on the sixth floor already had a great view, when we expressed concerns about potential noise near the elevator (which turned out to be unfounded), the hotel staff went above and beyond by checking the Window of the World light show schedule to help us choose an alternative room. Overall, the service was exceptional, and I'll definitely choose The Westin Shenzhen Nanshan again next time!"

"I came to Nanshan for a business trip and absolutely fell in love with this hotel – I didn't want to leave! It's so convenient that Shenzhen University Metro Station (Line 1, Exit A3) connects directly to the hotel's B2 level. I didn't have to get wet at all with my luggage, which is a huge plus for anyone on a tight schedule. The 46th-floor lobby is stunning the moment you step out, with its incredibly stylish design and a full-length window offering direct views of Nanshan CBD. I chose a high-floor panoramic room; at 38 sqm and up, it was incredibly spacious. The full panoramic window provided breathtaking night views of Shenzhen, making for a super comfortable stay. You absolutely have to check out the indoor infinity pool on the 48th floor! During the day, you can gaze out at Shenzhen Bay, and at night, the reflections in the pool create an amazing atmosphere. It's a truly excellent hotel."

"Choosing to stay at Tianan Cloud Apartment for this business trip completely exceeded my expectations. The location is convenient, only 300 meters from Gangtou Metro Station on Line 10. Taxi and bus stops are right outside, and shopping malls and restaurants are nearby, making dining and shopping hassle-free. It's incredibly convenient for both business and leisure travel. The room design was a pleasant surprise. The loft-style layout is incredibly spacious, with a 50-square-meter layout that maximizes space. The minimalist style combined with Morandi color schemes is very Instagrammable, and you can even enjoy the city skyline view at night – a truly comfortable stay. Cleanliness was impeccable; the room was spotless and odor-free, the bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin, and attention to detail was evident, reaching a high standard. The service was the icing on the cake. There was 24-hour online support, and the front desk staff were warm and professional, proactively offering drinks before I even asked. Any needs were addressed immediately, and WeChat communication was also very prompt – their thoughtfulness was impeccable. Breakfast was delivered to my door every day on time, with a variety of delicious options, adding a touch of warmth to my busy schedule. The facilities are also great, new and comprehensive, with AC, hot water, and internet all working well. The only minor issue was the hairdryer in the room, which had weak airflow. "The Hyde Hotel is located in the heart of Shenzhen, offering extremely convenient transportation with high-rise buildings all around, providing an abundance of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. The hotel lobby is on a high floor, requiring a transfer. The staff are very welcoming, and I'm not sure if it's because I'm a high-tier Ctrip member, but I was able to get a late check-out. Of course, you can always try asking yourself! The rooms feature modern and luxurious decor, a Dyson hairdryer, and a large bathtub. The room space is generous with a huge floor-to-ceiling window, offering panoramic views of Shenzhen Bay from the upper floors. The hotel also boasts a high-altitude infinity pool with stunning city skyline and night views. Breakfast was good. It's an excellent choice for both business trips and leisure vacations!"
