It works fine for two people, though the kitchen setup is very limited—there’s only a single-burner stove and no cookware at all, not even basic utensils like forks. Housekeeping was a positive aspect, as cleaners came daily to tidy up and provide bottled water. The location is excellent, with Metro Line 11/25 right next to the community gate, making it very convenient for getting around. However, the apartment may not be suitable for older travelers or anyone with heavy luggage. You need to carry your bags upstairs yourself, and no assistance is provided. Another important point is connectivity. While the apartment has Wi-Fi, it did not work properly with international phones. Even with VPN attempts, we couldn’t get reliable access. If you’re traveling from outside China, it’s best to plan ahead by getting an eSIM or local SIM card. Keep in mind that many international apps may still not function due to regional restrictions, so you may need to rely on local apps instead. Overall, the stay was decent. Just be prepared for these limitations and plan accordingly when visiting China."

The breakfast was extensive and offered a wide variety of options, all while enjoying a beautiful panoramic view, which made the mornings even more special. Upon arrival, the front desk check-in was efficient, and the entire service from getting out of the car to settling in was seamless. The hotel restaurant was also excellent, with fresh, abundant, and delicious food. The staff were warm and polite, making for a very pleasant dining experience."

The rooms are surprisingly spacious, clean, and well-maintained, featuring comfortable ”zero-pressure” mattresses that ensure a great night's sleep. While inner-window rooms lack outdoor views, they completely block out aircraft noise. With stable hot water, great air conditioning, and helpful front desk staff, it offers unbeatable value for money. **Pros:** Free airport shuttle, quiet soundproofed rooms, excellent pricing. **Cons:** Wi-Fi can occasionally be spotty."

At first, some of the staff greeted us in Mandarin, but once they realized we were speaking English, Connor immediately approached us with such professionalism, friendliness, and great initiative. He made us feel comfortable right away and handled everything smoothly with genuine hospitality. His attentiveness and positive attitude really stood out throughout our stay. We were also very happy to receive a high-floor room, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The room itself was spacious, clean, modern, and very comfortable. Everything was well-maintained, and you could really feel the quality and attention to detail in both the room design and housekeeping. The bed was comfortable, the atmosphere was relaxing, and overall it was a perfect place to rest after exploring the city. Another lovely surprise was the complimentary treats arranged by Connor, which we truly appreciated. Small gestures like this really make guests feel valued and cared for, and it shows how much effort the hotel puts into customer experience. The breakfast was also one of the highlights of our stay. There were many delicious options, and we especially loved the live station for cicongfan — it was honestly so good and something quite unique compared to typical hotel breakfasts. Everything tasted fresh, and the variety was excellent every morning. Because we enjoyed our stay so much, we eventually decided to extend for a few more nights instead of moving elsewhere. That alone says a lot about how satisfied we were with the hotel, the service, and the overall atmosphere. The location is another big plus. It’s very convenient, and right beside the hotel there are several great local food spots to explore. We especially loved the wonton noodles nearby — definitely one of our favorite meals during the trip. Having good local food within walking distance made the stay even better. The only small suggestion we would give is that some parts of the room could benefit from a more modern renovation and perhaps a fresher fragrance to elevate the luxury feeling even further. The room was still comfortable overall, but with a more updated design and a fresher ambiance, the experience would become even more perfect. Overall, this hotel gave us such a memorable experience thanks to the excellent service, comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, and strategic location. Special thanks again to Connor for going above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable. We would absolutely come back again."

"The room was very new and clean. The breakfast spread was good. The hotel provides coffee and tea 24/7, free afternoon tea and night supper, and beers for sales too which provides great convenience for drinkers. The environment was very good for families and group travellers. The environment is really smoking free. I have travelled to many cities in China and stayed in many hotels, I did not find any smoke smell in this hotel and i like it. The hotel provides free washing machines and dryers usage for guests, free flow of drinking water too. Of course a thumb up to all the friendly staff as they provide excellent services! Thank you ! They deserved a full marks !"

"Travelers with carry-on luggage can use the escalator from Exit C2 of Renhe Station to the exit, then take a Didi straight to the hotel. The reception staff were attentive, friendly, enthusiastic, and highly professional. The lobby and rooms were spacious, clean, and bright. Inside the room, there was a small sofa and coffee table, a mini-fridge, and a desk. To the right outside the hotel, there are various dining establishments, making it convenient for guests to find food. Upon check-out, the hotel even gave a small gift. The hotel offers a free airport shuttle service, making it an excellent choice for travelers catching early morning flights."
