The room was meticulously clean, which was very pleasant. The security measures are excellent, with strict elevator control, making you feel safe and secure during your stay. "The hotel is in Shenzhen CBD core business district, adjacent to the Convention and Exhibition Center, surrounded by complete malls and restaurants, convenient for travel and business. Rooms are spacious and tidy, with broad views from floor-to-ceiling windows. Besides, Jossce from Guest Relations provided excellent service: she proactively arranged room upgrade and late check-out, solved all problems promptly. This thoughtful service feels extraordinarily warm. Overall experience is great, highly recommended."

"We had a very good stay at Sheraton Shenzhen Futian Hotel and would definitely come back again. The service throughout the stay was excellent, and the staff really did their best to make us comfortable. A special thanks to the reception team for helping us with a late check-out since our flight was very late at night. That made a huge difference for us and was greatly appreciated. The concierge team was also very helpful with directions, recommendations, transportation, and even helping us with our orders. Communication was easy, and everyone was very professional and welcoming. The location of the hotel is amazing. It is directly connected to a mall, which made everything very convenient. We had easy access to shopping, restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and everything we needed during our stay. One of the highlights for us was the lounge access on the 24th floor. The happy hour was really enjoyable, and we spent a lot of time there relaxing, admiring the beautiful city view, and enjoying the atmosphere. It became one of our favorite parts of the hotel experience. The breakfast was also very cozy and pleasant because it was not overcrowded. We could actually relax, take our time eating, and enjoy the view peacefully, which made the mornings feel very comfortable. The hotel itself is very large and spacious. While the rooms are a little older in style, they are very comfortable and generously sized, which is actually something we appreciated. Sometimes older hotels offer much more space and comfort compared to newer properties. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay. The combination of the excellent service, spacious rooms, lounge access, and perfect location made this a very enjoyable experience, and we would happily stay here again on our next trip to Shenzhen."

"This service apartment is great for a small family. I upgraded to a family room which has the washer/dryer and extra bed. Room is spacious and clean.  The location is incredible. IThe popular Dongman street/area is 5 mins walk.  The area has just about everything you need. Shopping and all sorts of food. This area is great for first time visitors of Shenzhen because it offers everything right then and there.  Service is great. They clean the room daily and provide ample amount of stuff to refresh the room. I will definitely stay here again."

"I specifically booked this hotel for my trip to Hong Kong, and the complimentary shuttle service to and from Luohu Port was a huge plus, saving me a lot of time and effort getting around. The room was very spacious, and the high-floor view was absolutely fantastic with plenty of natural light. The cleanliness was meticulous and thorough; both the bedding and bathroom were spotless and tidy. The air conditioning was powerful, making it incredibly comfortable to stay indoors during the hot and humid weather. The front desk staff were attentive and patient. "Grand Hyatt Shenzhen — Birthday Weekend Splurge We splurged on a Grand Suite for my husband’s birthday and it did not disappoint. The suite was spacious and elegant, with access to a quiet club lounge that felt like a hidden retreat. Breakfast was a feast — from authentic Chinese dishes to hearty Western classics, the spread was impressive. The swimming pool is on the smaller side, but spotless; we went in the morning and had it almost to ourselves, just our family and one other guest. Special thanks to White at the front desk, who was friendly and thorough in explaining our package and the hotel’s amenities, making check-in smooth and welcoming. With its prime location next to MixC Mall, this stay was both indulgent and convenient — a memorable weekend getaway."

"The overall experience is particularly good, the location is very good, it is easy to find with the navigation, and you don't have to bother to find it. The indoor environment is very comfortable, the hygiene is meticulous, every corner is clean and tidy, the air is fresh and there is no smell, and it is particularly relaxed. The staff is sincere and friendly, the service is warm and thoughtful, and any questions can be answered patiently. The various living facilities in the room are very complete, daily use is completely enough, and all aspects are considered very comprehensive. "My favourite hotel in Shenzhen is definitely Four Seasons Hotel Shenzhen. The location in the Futian District is hard to beat, especially for business or leisure travel. It’s conveniently located near Futian high-speed rail station, metro connections, major shopping centers, bars, cafés and countless restaurant options, making it incredibly easy to move around the city. The Convention & Exhibition Center is also just a short walk away. The hotel itself offers the high standard of comfort and service you would expect from Four Seasons. Rooms are elegant, very comfortable and well maintained, while the staff are consistently professional and attentive. Whether staying for business meetings or simply enjoying Shenzhen for a few days, this property always feels like the perfect base in the city. One of the things I appreciate most is how lively and convenient the surrounding area is. You can easily walk to shopping malls, nightlife spots and restaurants, while still enjoying the calm and luxury atmosphere once back inside the hotel. For me, this remains the best location to stay in Shenzhen."
