"The room was spacious and fantastic, clean and comfortable. You could see the ocean from the balcony, which was beautiful. All the appliances were there, including a fridge and washing machine, making it perfect for a holiday. The front desk service was also very warm and welcoming. I highly recommend booking here. There are plenty of takeaway options nearby, which is very convenient."

"I rarely leave bad reviews, but this one I absolutely have to write. Initially, I wanted to book Li Yu, but all their 270-degree sea view rooms were taken. I had also arranged for a photographer to shoot by the sea here, so I figured I'd save myself the trouble of moving around and booked a cliff-side room at this place. I booked a bathtub room type. A butler added me to a WeChat group. Upon check-in, I had to pay a 200 RMB deposit, which would be refunded after check-out. My room was on the third floor, accessible only by stairs. The soundproofing was terrible, and the people next door kept knocking loudly. The stay included three professionally edited photos. I had already shot by the sea, so I wanted to use these three for the cliffside cafe area. The booking process was smooth enough; someone called to arrange a time and so on. My appointment was for 5:30 that day. This photographer was, without a doubt, the most unsatisfactory I've ever encountered. Not only was he incredibly critical, but even after I clearly communicated my preferences at the start, he just did his own thing. After a few shots, I said it was fine, I just wanted a general idea. The whole shoot lasted less than 5 minutes, with only about five or six photos taken. Then he had the audacity to say, 'Then why did you even book?' Excuse me, this hotel that I'm paying to stay at offers this as a complimentary service, so why *wouldn't* I book it? Is it because I didn't pay extra? Shouldn't you be reflecting on your own photography process and how you failed to provide any emotional value? It was incredibly unpleasant. (I don't even want to repeat the nasty things he said.) Do you think just because I can afford this hotel, I can't afford your photos? If you don't want to provide this service, then don't collaborate with the hotel, and you're free to refuse this line of work, okay? Out of all the hotels I've stayed at that offer complimentary travel photography, this is the only one that was disgusting. Of course, I admit this was the cheapest (I paid over 900 RMB). In Qingdao city, I can find a photographer at any tourist spot for 15 RMB per photo, and they're a thousand times better than this!"

"The kids absolutely loved it! One of the rooms had an incredible view directly overlooking Golden Beach. The butler service was also very good. My only minor complaints are that the building itself looks quite old and there's no front desk. The cleanliness, as with many guesthouses, wasn't quite up to par, and the bathroom had a recurring odor. Other than that, everything was great; the kids really enjoyed the slide and said they want to go back again."

"Very pleasant stay! The staff was very friendly and helpful! I loved everything — location, breakfast, service, view, and room vibe. It was a next-level service resort. The small coffee shop and ice-cream were very nice! It’s within walking distance to the popular bathing beach, and the pool was suitable for kids. There’s walking space with local food vendors and stores. Overall, we loved our stay here! Definitely recommend it for families."

"This place was lovely to stay at. Very clean rooms and high styled very well and modern, always cleaning the room everyday and giving fresh water. The pool and outside area is very nice with the private beach, very good for photos. And many places to visit nearby which is easy to take buses, unfortunately foreigners can’t rent electric scooters here without Chinese ID card which would be cool to do. Breakfast is good if you’re okay with Chinese style breakfast, but I think need to have free coffee included in breakfast, kind sucks having to pay Starbucks prices for a morning coffee. 10/10 recommend to stay here"

"Our room was upgraded to a sea-view suite by the front desk, and it was indeed very spacious with a nice view. The staff were also quite attentive. The downside is that the facilities are a bit old and not very well-maintained; some doors are already damaged. The breakfast selection was decent, and the indoor and outdoor facilities for kids were good. Overall, it's an okay stay."

"The B&B is close to the sea, only about 5 meters away. You can walk right out the door to the beach. The room has an internet celebrity-style design, large floor-to-ceiling windows, perfect for taking photos and checking in. There's also a large projection screen for watching movies. Free parking is also available, and the navigation system provides direct access. It's a great experience."
