"I arrived at the hotel at 2 PM, only to be told my room wasn't ready. It took about 20 minutes for them to clean it. Because of the delay, the duty manager that day offered me a complimentary breakfast. I saw a sign for the gym when I entered the elevator, but when I got to the floor, there was only one treadmill and one exercise bike. They shouldn't call that a 'gym'; it's just 'fitness facilities' or 'fitness equipment.' The projector in the room was a bit laggy when trying to cast from my phone, so I didn't bother using it much. If you want to use the built-in software, you need an Aurora TV membership. The breakfast selection was quite good, and the fried rice made in the steamer was delicious."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional Stay at LeJoy Hotel Beijing! We had a truly marvelous stay at LeJoy Hotel Beijing and couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. The location is unbeatable — it’s literally a stone’s throw away from Xidan Joy City, with Level 1 of the hotel conveniently connected to the mall by just a door. This made shopping, dining, and getting around incredibly easy, especially when travelling with family. The check-in process was smooth and seamless, but what really stood out was the personalized service from 萱萱 (Candice). She contacted us via WeChat and made everything so convenient. Any hotel information or requests could simply be communicated to her through WeChat, and she was always extremely prompt, helpful, and attentive in responding. One service that really amazed us was the Taobao parcel handling. With all the online shopping we did, we ended up having quite a number of parcels delivered to the hotel. The hotel has a dedicated storage area and a staff member who carefully keeps track of the parcels. Once we provided our name and mobile number, he was able to consolidate our parcels and have them delivered directly to our room. This was incredibly convenient and something we really appreciated during our stay. What impressed us even more was what happened after we checked out. I accidentally left a pair of pants inside the cabinet in our room. 萱萱 immediately contacted me, and without hesitation, she helped arrange a courier service to have my pants sent back to me. That level of attentiveness and professionalism really went above and beyond what we expected. Overall, LeJoy Hotel Beijing gave us a wonderful combination of an excellent location, convenience, thoughtful service, and genuine hospitality. It’s rare to come across a hotel where the little details are handled with such care. A very special thank you to 萱萱 (Candice) and the hotel staff, butler uncle always at the drop off to help us carry our bulky stroller for taking such good care of us throughout our stay. Your prompt responses, professionalism, and warm hospitality truly made our experience even better. We will definitely be coming back to LeJoy Hotel the next time we’re in Beijing! "Room: Very new and comfortable, excellent! Environment: Great, very clean, and surrounded by a ton of affordable and convenient supermarkets and snack shops. Shuttle Service: Excellent, wake-up calls, and timely pick-up/drop-off, no need to worry! Service: Fantastic, both the front desk staff and the cleaning ladies were very enthusiastic! Overall, I think it surpasses a four-star hotel. I highly recommend it in every aspect! 👍👍 They even gave a small gift upon checkout, the animals in the courtyard are adorable, and you can see planes flying overhead. If I had to find a fault, it would be that the entrance is a bit narrow, but it's nothing major!"

"Apart from the renovation which we were told beforehand, the room we had was dark (probably because it was a windowless room), humid, aircon wasn’t strong but they provided a fan. Could smell urine even with the toilet seat covered, toilet door was closed, to a point that i was awaken by the foul smell. Had to spray perfume to have it barely covered. Ventilation was super bad. Cons aside, service was good, fridge in room had free drinks. Would recommend to book a window room if you had to even though friend that stayed in the window room said it was bad too. There’s a mall few minutes walk away which was a plus. Good view on the reception floor too."

"On a scorching 36-degree day, as soon as we arrived at the hotel entrance, someone proactively opened the door for us. While checking in, the front desk staff brought me a glass of water, and even though I declined help with my luggage, they still offered twice. The room might be a bit small, but it's perfectly functional – a compact space with everything you need. There's a laundry room and a restaurant. We chose this hotel because we were leaving by train that night and it's very close to Beijing Station, and it turned out to be a wonderful surprise! From the front desk to the restaurant and the laundry room, every staff member we encountered provided service with a smile and handed things over with both hands. My child loved it here too. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we're in Beijing. Friends visiting Beijing should come and experience it for themselves!"

"Our stay was absolutely fantastic, and I have to give a huge shout-out to Xiaoxue at the front desk! She was incredibly warm and patient during check-in, providing meticulous and thoughtful service. Whenever we had an issue, she was there to help coordinate and resolve it immediately, making communication very comfortable. Whether it was inquiring about room details or handling various small problems during our stay, Xiaoxue was always responsive, diligent, responsible, and very kind and approachable. The overall service experience was excellent, with thoughtful attention to detail that made us feel secure and relaxed. The hotel environment is also very good, with complete amenities. Many thanks to Xiaoxue for her considerate and attentive service, which significantly enhanced our trip. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we're in town, and I highly recommend it to everyone!"

Also walking distance to metro line 8. · Transport: Didi pickups are easy right at the lobby entrance. · Bathroom: Great water pressure for the shower, plus a bathtub in the toilet for relaxing soaks. · Cleanliness: Room was spotless and comfortable. · Noise: Slight soundproofing issues (could hear hallway noise), but not a dealbreaker. · Perks: Loved having Miniso and gift shops in the lobby - so convenient."

"The hotel has a cozy little courtyard, which is quite pleasant. The room was very clean, and the smart home system was a nice touch. The blackout curtains worked really well. The front desk service was prompt, and the cleaning staff did a thorough job. It's close to Panjiayuan Antique Market, and both restaurants downstairs are delicious."
