"As a transit hotel, Beijing Yuanhang International Hotel (Capital Airport New China International Exhibition Center branch) far exceeded our expectations in every way, and we had a fantastic stay. We were transiting from Yining through Beijing Capital International Airport and heading back to Taipei, China. We arrived at 2:30 AM and called the hotel; shortly after, the free shuttle arrived at Exit 5 of Terminal 3. The driver was steady behind the wheel and very polite. The check-in experience was wonderful. Noticing that we had mobility issues, the front desk staff proactively upgraded our room and arranged one close to the elevator. The actual room looked just like the photos on Trip.com—no filters or exaggeration. Although the room was near the elevator, we barely heard any noise from other guests or the elevator itself. It was very quiet, and we slept soundly. Several other thoughtful details left a deep impression on us: during check-in, the front desk proactively helped us schedule our airport drop-off time. If not for her reminder, we almost would have forgotten. Afterwards, a staff member proactively helped carry our carry-on luggage and escorted us to the room. Honestly, you rarely encounter such attentive service even at hotels three times the price. Forty minutes before our departure, the hotel even called to remind us, just in case we overslept—another major plus. At check-out, we received a small gift of steam eye masks. The shuttle ride back to the airport was smooth from start to finish, and the staff helped load our luggage. As we were leaving, two staff members stood like airport ground crew, waving goodbye as our shuttle drove away. For an expensive city like Beijing, getting this level of top-notch service at such a price point is incredible value for money. If we transit through Capital Airport again next time, we won't hesitate to choose Beijing Yuanhang International Hotel (Capital Airport New China International Exhibition Center branch) once more."

"Apart from the renovation which we were told beforehand, the room we had was dark (probably because it was a windowless room), humid, aircon wasn’t strong but they provided a fan. Could smell urine even with the toilet seat covered, toilet door was closed, to a point that i was awaken by the foul smell. Had to spray perfume to have it barely covered. Ventilation was super bad. Cons aside, service was good, fridge in room had free drinks. Would recommend to book a window room if you had to even though friend that stayed in the window room said it was bad too. There’s a mall few minutes walk away which was a plus. Good view on the reception floor too."

"The room was very spacious, which was great for traveling with kids – they could easily jump rope inside. The service was excellent. They gave my child a small national flag, which was a lifesaver. The room was quiet, and I slept really well at night. I booked a vintage double room, which had an antique charm and a great sense of history. It’s just over 1 km walk to Tiananmen Square and super convenient to various subway stations like lines 7 and 8. The only downside: the shower was in a bathtub, and I don't really like showering in bathtubs. Having to stand in the tub to shower wasn't ideal for me."

"The room was quite satisfactory, offering views of planes taking off and landing at T2 airport. The soundproofing was decent, and the beds were very clean. I'd say it offers good value for money. Plus, there's a laundry room on the first floor, which is very convenient. They also provide a shuttle service to T2, which was extremely helpful for us."

"Super amazing service! The location is very convenient, right near Qianmen Street and Dashilan, and Tiananmen Square is also within walking distance. Since it was our first time in Beijing and we weren't familiar with the area, the staff even came out to meet us and guided us to the hotel. Every time we headed out for sightseeing, the staff proactively offered us bottled water. The hotel also organized some National Day celebration activities inside the hotel, so kids won't feel bored as the staff actively engage and play with them—they even gave away cute handmade hair clips! The hotel is very clean with a wonderful environment; the room smells fresh and is extremely comfortable. They also offer complimentary laundry and drying services. For dining in the evening, there are plenty of options within walking distance, including traditional Beijing yogurt and roast duck restaurants like Siji Minfu nearby. Getting a taxi is also very convenient."

"Great location and excellent value for the comfort and function.  Good Restraunts on site w a bar, Japanese and Hunan/canton all on offer- and there are many food places within a block. Very walkable.  It was 15-20 min taxi to all the big attractions like temple of heaven, shopping etc.  front desk English speakers made things go smoothly.  The biggest surprise was in-room washer dryer- I left with all clean clothes-cycle took 3hrs but start, sightsee and clean clothes!!"

"I'm so glad I chose this hotel after a long and tiring journey. It's definitely the best value for money in the area. The room was clean and airy, with skin-friendly, soft bedding and great soundproofing, allowing me to wash away the fatigue and get a sound sleep. After a great first night, I decided to extend my stay for another day, but unfortunately, the king rooms were fully booked, so I had to settle for a twin room. A special shout-out to the front desk and housekeeping teams! The receptionist was absolute eye-candy—gentle, gorgeous, and incredibly attentive, delivering five-star service standards. The check-in process was efficient and crisp, without any awkward over-politeness, and any issues during my stay were resolved promptly. The hotel is in a prime location with easy access to dining and transportation. It's perfect for both business and leisure travelers. Overall, a fantastic experience, highly recommended!"

The blackout curtains are super effective, so there's no need to worry about bright morning sunlight. The shower maintains a constant temperature, making for a truly enjoyable experience. Room service is incredibly prompt and the staff are wonderfully accommodating. For anyone who prioritizes a good night's sleep, this place offers the perfect restful environment. I will definitely be back next time and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for quality."
