"This hotel exceeded our expectations! It's right on Erhai Lake with amazing views, especially from the executive lounge – it blows all the coffee shops outside out of the water. The happy hour in the evening, while a set menu, was delicious – light, tasty, and substantial enough to be a full dinner. The spa in the executive room was also noteworthy; the massage was very thorough. Our butler, King, provided excellent service, always accommodating our requests. We stayed for two nights, and the service was fantastic from airport pickup to drop-off. When we couldn't make it to the executive lounge for dinner one night, they even packed it up and brought it to our room for us. I haven't encountered such a dedicated butler in a long time – he deserves a huge compliment! The drivers for the hotel's airport shuttle service were also very responsible. The 1799 executive package was definitely worth it. I highly recommend it to everyone!"

"1. The hotel's overall design style is quite unique, featuring a large garden 🪴🌳🪻🌷 with excellent lighting and beautiful plants. There are also many cats 🐈⬛🐕🦺🐈, and the owner is very friendly, happy for guests to interact with the kittens.
2. The rooms are generally clean, and the furniture is distinctive, mostly antique wooden pieces. The toiletries have a normal, pleasant scent and are of decent quality 🧴.
3. For service, I have to give 🔟 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐😊.
The lobby service is available until 12:30 AM, and they'll even bring your takeout deliveries to your room.
A hidden service is that the butler can mix cocktails for you 🥃 (P.S. He said he hadn't made one in a long time and took a while to find the alcohol, but it wasn't expensive. 😁 The butler is also very engaging to chat with and enthusiastically recommended local attractions).
The complimentary evening sweet soup is also delicious 🍵, and the local service aunties warmly deliver it to your room. The auntie was truly wonderful, enthusiastically helping to wash and dry my clothes before placing them in the room 👖👔. Everyone in the WeChat butler group is very friendly and polite 🧑🤝🧑, and they also provide useful tips about the weather and travel routes 🦯️🌤.
Breakfast is very generous 🍞🍳🍜🏻🥛🥣; you can choose from a menu, and they'll deliver it to your room on time (actually, eating in the downstairs restaurant would probably be a lovely experience too, but I'm a bit lazy, so I opted for in-room breakfast 😆). They also enthusiastically help with luggage 🧳.
The Dali milk at breakfast is exceptionally good!
Overall, it's a fantastic B&B hotel, and I'll definitely be back~

"This hotel is close to Shuanglang Ancient Town. The room looks exactly like the pictures and videos online – clean, tidy, and comfortable. It comes with a smart toilet, a large projector screen, and a Bluetooth speaker. As soon as you open the door, you're greeted by the magnificent views of Cangshan Mountain and Erhai Lake, and the sunsets are absolutely stunning. The front desk staff, both the young lady and the gentleman, were very warm and friendly, helping us with our luggage upstairs. The complimentary afternoon tea was exquisite and delicious. After checking in, they gave us recommendations for sightseeing routes and good spots nearby. It's also not far from Xiaoputuo, where you can feed the seagulls. The breakfast was good too. Highly recommend staying here!"

"What a pleasant surprise! From the moment we stepped in, every detail in the room showed how much thought was put into it. The owner definitely has great taste, lol! We chose a room with a view of Erhai Lake, and it was absolutely the right choice! So comfortable. You can even see Cangshan Mountain from the rooftop. Erhai Lake is just a few steps away, so the location is fantastic. You can explore both up and down the road. The restaurant downstairs that the owner recommended was indeed delicious. I'll definitely stay here again next time!!"

Our butler Mike is amazing, attending to our every need from moving our luggages, briefing us on F&B outlets, booking taxi transport, reminders for breakfast and arranging complimentary photography. Big kudos to Mike. He deserves our 5-star rating. We have such a lovely stay even though just for a brief 2D1N. Beds, baths and all amenities were great. Absolutely nothing to complaint except for not staying here longer 😂 Would love to come back again.

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful two-night stay at Dali Twelve Clouds Villa Seaview Hotel (Erhai Branch).😊 The view of the lake from our room was stunning, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the breakfast was very, very good — plenty of variety and really fresh. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and great value for money.
A special mention goes to Zhang Feng, who truly made our stay outstanding. Even though we arrived late at night, he checked us in smoothly and went above and beyond to help us. We didn’t have access to the local food apps, but he kindly used his own to order food for us when we were hungry, making sure everything was taken care of. Throughout our stay, he was attentive, kind, and always ready to help with anything we needed. His hospitality really stood out.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful scenery, comfortable rooms, and genuine hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and if you meet Zhang Feng, you’ll be in very good hands!😊

GGuest UserThough situated in the heart of the bustling Dali Old Town, it's remarkably peaceful. Upon arrival, the owner and the friendly gentleman at the front desk warmly assisted us with our luggage. The room decor is exquisite and understated, with every detail meticulously thought out. The owner's wife is charming and gracious; she invited us to relax and chat at their sister property, 'Su Huaying,' located just across the street. Both establishments were personally designed by the owner, a graduate of Tsinghua University's Academy of Arts & Design. The front desk staff's service was exceptionally attentive; he brought us a drying rack for clothes and a luggage stand, helped us find a reliable driver for a private tour, recommended authentic local restaurants, and even printed our child's homework. Breakfast here was clean, nutritious, fresh, and delicious, featuring rice noodles, eggs, corn, and soy milk. Both the elderly and children thoroughly enjoyed it. In short, this is a wonderfully warm and comfortable place that we'd love to revisit.

MM322900****The rooms are quite spacious, possibly because the hotel is relatively new, and the decor is very fresh. The owner has great taste, giving it a charming B&B-like feel. There's also a large, very clean viewing deck upstairs. Most importantly, the breakfast is delicious! It's not just the rooms that are clean; the lobby is spotless too. That breakfast noodle dish was so good, if I wasn't trying to look good for photos, I definitely would've had two bowls!
The location is excellent, very close to Longkan Pier, less than a 10-minute walk away. There are also many restaurants and snack shops nearby, and even a Mixue Ice Cream & Tea (which is super important to me!). Plus, if you turn right out of the hotel and walk straight for about 200 meters, there's a restaurant (diagonally opposite the pharmacy) that serves fantastic food. The Chicken Pot I ordered was delicious, highly recommend it – 5 stars!
Seriously, just go for it, you won't regret it!

GGuest UserThe hotel, with its modern homestay-style design, is conveniently located near Dali’s North Gate, just a short walk from the main road. The location offers easy access to restaurants, local food options, and nearby tourist attractions. Do note that you’ll need to carry your own luggage to the hotel, as vehicles can’t reach the entrance. You can easily call a Didi from the nearby main road, and be sure to wait at the roadside for pickup.
The hotel owner is very friendly, and guests are free to use the hotel’s facilities. We were even able to cook cup noodles and use the microwave to reheat food in the lobby, enjoying our meals and drinks at the dining table there. Overall, a pleasant and welcoming stay.

BBaqichengjieFacilities: The room was spacious with traditional Chinese decor. It had a balcony overlooking lush greenery in the front and a small courtyard in the back, making it convenient for washing and drying clothes. I stayed for 3 nights straight. The bathtub was large and came with a cover, great for soaking, and the water pressure was good. The only issue was the shower water fluctuating between hot and cold. There's a gym but no laundry room.
Cleanliness: As other reviews mentioned, it was acceptable, but I did find some hair on the pillow.
Environment: The sea view room offered a great view. There's an unfinished building in front, but it doesn't obstruct the sunrise or the distant view of Erhai Lake. The location is on the mountain behind the Three Pagodas. It's not too remote. During peak holiday seasons, the road below can be one-way, making it easy to leave but requiring a detour to return. It's a quieter place than the ancient city, with less traffic. If you're driving, parking right in front of the room is very convenient. Taxis can be hard to come by.
Service: Breakfast wasn't as bad as some reviews claimed; the Ersi noodles were delicious, and they also had 'Xi Dou Fen' (a local snack). The staff were very friendly when I checked the room and when I accidentally broke something. Overall, I was satisfied.

It's the perfect choice for family travel, and the kids had a blast!

I called the front desk, and a staff member named Luna quickly ran out to my car with it, even putting it in a small bag for me. Her figure, weaving through traffic, was the most vivid interpretation of 'service first.'

The location is superb, close to the high-speed rail station, making transportation convenient. The hotel's hot springs are a major highlight; the water temperature is just right, and after a soak, a workout in the gym leaves you feeling refreshed and energized. The rooms are spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, with impeccable attention to detail.
The staff are incredibly attentive, proactively helping with luggage and even giving us a parting gift. Highly recommended for business travelers!
