Hotel near May Fourth Square/Olympic Sailing Center,Qingdao
Located in the Qingdao Olympic Sailing Center, the Zhonghang Xiangtong Youtinghui Hotel (Zhonghang Xiangtong Youtinghui Jiudian) is around a 40-minute drive to Qingdao Liuting International Airport. A 20-minute drive sends guest to the Badaguan Scenic Area.In this Qingdao hotel, guests can savor Chinese and Western fare at the on-site restaurant or choose room service.Meeting rooms are available for those traveling on business. Rooms for mahjong, chess and poker are also on offer for those with free time at hand. In addition, Wi-Fi access in public areas and free parking are accessible.

"Location: Close to the Olympic Sailing Center, Lover's Dam, and May Fourth Square, it's convenient for watching shows at the Sea Theater, all within walking distance. The dazzling night view is visible right from downstairs. It's also relatively quiet, and about a 25-30 minute drive to Qingdao Station if there's no traffic. Facilities: The room is spacious enough for a family of 3-4, and the view outside the window is great – what you see is what you get. Cleanliness: Pretty good. I stayed for 4 days, and the room was cleaned and tidied daily according to my requests, which was comfortable. Service: Before check-in, a concierge contacted me on WeChat, providing proactive and enthusiastic service. They even offered fresh fruit upon arrival. Breakfast: Available from 7:00-10:00. The taste was decent, mostly Chinese food, but the selection was limited and there was no coffee. The restaurant environment was average, a bit dim and dated. You don't need a key card to enter the elevator, and delivery drivers can come upstairs, which has its pros and cons. The hotel's overall decor feels a bit old-fashioned and dim, showing its age. Overall, it's still a good option, especially suitable for family travel."

Hotel near Qingdaobei Railway Station/Licun Night Market,Qingdao
"The hotel is in a prime downtown location, right next to a bus stop, making getting around super convenient. The service was excellent; the staff were patient and helpful throughout my stay. My room had great natural light, and the windows were sparkling clean. The bathroom was well-designed with a separate wet and dry area, which was really practical. The cleaning staff were punctual each day and paid attention to all the small details, making me feel very comfortable and at ease."

Hotel near May Fourth Square/Olympic Sailing Center,Qingdao
Located next to May 4th Square in the center of town, The Westin Qingdao (Qingdao Weisiting Jiudian) is 9 km (5.5 mi) away from the Qingdao Railway Station. The hotel offers free parking and Wi-Fi access in public areas. The on-site restaurant serves both Chinese and Western cuisine. A coffee shop and lobby bar provide additional spaces to relax with a drink or meet up with friends. Business travelers can make use several meeting rooms and a banquet hall ideal for hosting conferences or events.Guests with free time can enjoy a massage, relax in the spa or sauna, work out in the gym or take a dip in the pool.

"Room: The floor I was on was average. The soundproofing was decent, but the facilities are quite old. The TV was slow to turn on, and the bathtub faucet leaked. Both of the children's playpens provided had holes. Service: The service was very mediocre, I'd even say poor. I've stayed in many hotels, and this Westin really underperformed. Especially the front desk staff during check-in – they didn't provide any basic information about the hotel, like breakfast times or the pool's location. We had two kids, two strollers, luggage, and a bunch of bags, and all the staff completely ignored us. Not one person offered to help. The only positive point was the housekeeping gentleman, who was very diligent and responsible despite all the issues. Breakfast: We booked for three consecutive days and specifically included breakfast. The food selection wasn't very rich, and the service was still bad. On the first morning, a Saturday, we went down around 9 AM and had to queue. With the crowd, the service simply couldn't keep up. We were moved twice, and the young lady at the noodle station was flustered. On the second day, they couldn't even replenish cups and bowls in time, and many dishes weren't refilled after 9:30 AM. We just gave up on breakfast on the third day. All food deliveries were sent to a central locker, and we had to call concierge to have them brought up, which added extra work. For this price, this location, and this service, I'm extremely disappointed. Staying here for three days then moving to the Haitian hotel truly showed me that there's no comparison. The Haitian hotel wins hands down. This is a genuine review; it was so bad that I had to comment. The only benefit for traveling with kids was the heated 'vibrancy pool,' which the children enjoyed. That's it."

66161-SevenTraveling with kids, our last stop in the city led us to this hotel, chosen based on reviews. We stayed for two nights, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The service, in particular, was very thoughtful; we had transfers arranged throughout our stay, and someone proactively offered water and guidance with a smile in the lobby. 1. **Transportation**: The hotel is about 1 kilometer from the subway, which isn't ideal, but they offer shuttle services if you book in advance. On the flip side, it's very close to many popular attractions. A taxi ride usually takes about ten minutes and costs around ten yuan. I found using Didi (ride-hailing app) to be very convenient. 2. **Ambiance**: The hotel environment is also quite nice, with its own small garden and a pool. There's also a children's play area on the ground floor, most of which is free. However, we didn't get to use any of it as we were too pressed for time and had too much sightseeing to do. Our room was generally neat and clean. Although the decor is a bit older, it still felt quite tasteful. We received complimentary fruit and drinks, which were a nice touch. My package included several other amenities like photography and sauna access, but we didn't use them either. 3. **Dining**: The hotel has its own restaurant, so you can dine there or order takeout. Do note that there's a service charge at the restaurant. Breakfast was pretty standard; I was hoping for some seafood options, given it's a coastal city, but there weren't any. 4. **Service**: The soundproofing in the rooms might not be the best, possibly due to the age of the building. Under normal circumstances, it would probably be fine. However, we had the misfortune of having a crying child next door who would wail for 30 minutes to an hour at 5:30 AM and 10:30 PM. We eventually complained to the front desk, and after the manager intervened, it quieted down. So, sometimes, travel experiences also depend on luck. 5. **Feedback**: On our way back, we received a follow-up call from the hotel. Overall, we were quite satisfied. The service, cleanliness, and responsiveness were all good. I hope to visit again during the off-season, when I anticipate better room availability, as it seemed almost fully booked this time. Also, the sea-view rooms are lovely, but unfortunately, it was foggy during our stay, so we didn't get to enjoy much of the view – quite a shame!

XxInyISss77Came to Qingdao with my parents and booked the St. Regis last minute. The room was much bigger and nicer than the pictures on Trip.com, with amazing city and sea views. Our butler, Jenny, was incredibly professional and provided excellent service. She was very responsive on WeChat, even helping me pick up my takeout and upgrading our first mini-bar to be complimentary. A big shoutout to Jenny, our wonderful butler! The weather in Qingdao has been mostly cloudy these past few days, but I'm sure the view from the window would be even more stunning on a sunny day. I would definitely recommend the St. Regis Qingdao to my friends.

GGuest UserThe Mandarin Hotel is located on Starlight Island in the West Coast New Area, surrounded by the sea and boasting stunning island scenery. As soon as you arrive, you can feel a sense of tranquility, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. The sea breeze creates a wonderful vacation vibe. However, there was an entertainment event on the island that day, so it was incredibly crowded. Stepping into the hotel lobby, the elegant and grand design perfectly blends with marine elements. The glass dome and crystal chandeliers complement each other beautifully. What impressed me most was the self-playing piano in the lobby; its melodious tunes flowed under the dome, adding an artistic touch to the entire space and instantly washing away any travel fatigue. My business twin room was spacious, clean, and tidy. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking panoramic sea views. Drawing back the curtains in the morning, I was greeted by the magnificent sight of the sunrise over the ocean. The room was well-equipped, the bedding was comfortable, and every detail showcased quality. The hotel's amenities are excellent. The complimentary indoor pool has clear, well-maintained water and is a good size. It's very well-regulated; you need a swimming cap to use it, and there's also a sauna and hot spring. The gym is fully equipped, and in addition to exercise machines, there's a table tennis room and an aerobics room. The hotel garden is charming, with European-style stone carvings adding a unique flair. Just outside, there's a seaside boardwalk, perfect for enjoying the sea breeze. Parking and EV charging were very convenient, and the staff provided attentive and thoughtful service, making my entire stay, from check-in to check-out, feel incredibly welcoming.

YYilaiLocation & Transportation: Right next to the terminal, with a direct elevator access. I timed it, and it's a 9-minute walk, which is very convenient. It would be perfect if they had a shuttle bus, as carrying heavy bags for 9 minutes can be a bit tiring. Room View: The view is, well, the airplane runway, haha. Room Amenities: Everything you need is there, and they even provided complimentary Qingdao specialty drinks, which was a nice touch. The only minor complaint is that the shower gel provided was a bit stingy, just enough for one shower. Definitely not enough for a bath (and I don't like using bath salts). Service: The Shandong ladies are all so tall! Great genes! 👍 They're good-looking, speak softly, and have a very friendly demeanor. Service gets full marks! 💯 Value for Money: If they had a shuttle bus, the value for money would be perfect. Breakfast: Looks abundant, mostly carbs, and the taste was average. WiFi: The signal in the bathroom was a bit weak, but it was fine elsewhere. Cleanliness: Decent.

JJasonnnnnn_The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to get anywhere. You can access the beach and lawn directly from the basement level, which is perfect for families with young children. The facilities are a bit dated, but the service is great – they're very responsive to requests. Breakfast offers a good variety, though you might have to queue if you go late. The executive lounge has a smaller selection, but the food is tasty, especially the desserts. Overall, it's a pretty good place and worth recommending.

GGuest UserThe airport pick-up and drop-off service was incredibly thoughtful! The hotel's硬件 and soft furnishings are all high-end, giving it an elegant, luxurious, and upscale atmosphere overall. Every staff member was genuinely warm and enthusiastic, providing meticulous service. The interior was clean and well-organized, with expansive views, and all amenities were fully stocked. My travel and accommodation experience was superb.

GGuest UserThis hotel's biggest draws are its unbeatable location and incredible sea views. It's right next to the Olympic Sailing Center, and you can walk straight out to May Fourth Square, making it a prime spot for watching the light show. The rooms are spacious and bright, especially the high-floor sea-view rooms – you can lie on the sofa and take in the stunning night views of Fushan Bay. The breakfast is varied and includes local specialties. Service is top-notch; the front desk staff are professional and friendly, accommodating room requests. While it's an older five-star hotel that's been open for years and shows a bit of age, it's generally well-maintained and doesn't detract from a comfortable stay. With Hisense Plaza nearby, shopping and dining are incredibly convenient. It’s perfect for travelers who prioritize great views and convenience.

BBailegebaiThis hotel must be given a five-star rating! The location is excellent, and it is super convenient to eat. There is a restaurant inside the hotel. Facilities: The hotel facilities are very complete, the room is fully equipped with smart devices, the sofas in the public area are soft, and the warm lighting makes it very comfortable to rest and chat. Hygiene: The hygiene is impeccable, the room is spotlessly clean, the sheets and quilts are white and odorless, and there are no water stains and stains in the bathroom. The corridors, elevators and other public areas are kept clean at all times, and the trash cans are cleaned in time, so there is no need to worry about hygiene issues. Environment: The environment is quite pleasant, the overall decoration style is simple and warm, the lobby is spacious and bright, and the green plants are just right. The sound insulation of the room is excellent, and it is especially quiet when resting. There is a restaurant inside the hotel, which is very convenient. Service: The service is first-class, from the warm reception at the front desk to every link. The room service responds quickly and can be solved quickly if there is a need. The restaurant waiter is friendly and will patiently recommend dishes. The whole check-in process is very good.

GGuest UserCheck in and check out was easy. Staff were helpful and found ways around the language barrier. I was in town for the half marathon so only had a light breakfast but there was plenty to eat. There was a slight smell of stale cigarette but it was not so much that it impacted on the stay. The room met my needs and was very comfortable. There is a great park to walk or run around very close. A taxi is necessary to get to town or find a wider range of food options. I ate at the mirage which was a hot pot restaurant and this was a pleasant experience.

GGuest UserHygiene: The condition is worrying. There are hairs on the sink. One towel is hard and the other is soft (those who have stayed in hotels know what's going on). The water on the floor of the shower room is not dry. Are they really not afraid of customers slipping? Service: The service quality of the front desk is really good. Whether it's towels or water, they can be solved in time. But the next day, when I didn't check out, the cleaning lady came to knock on the door? What does it mean? Are you chasing people away? I won't come again
