Kimi provided thoughtful and attentive service, and both the dining and amenities were top-notch. My entire stay was smooth and pleasant. Elly was incredibly responsive and efficient, proactively checking in on my needs throughout my stay and patiently answering all my questions about the hotel and the surrounding area. Her service was both warm and professional. The room itself was spacious and bright, with all the facilities in perfect condition. The smart control system, comfortable bathtub, and other thoughtful details truly enhanced the stay, making it exceptionally comfortable. The infinity pool was absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking city and sea views through its floor-to-ceiling windows. The water temperature was perfectly maintained, and there were lounge chairs available for relaxing after a swim. The gym was incredibly high-end, featuring a wide variety of imported equipment and operating 24 hours a day, allowing for a quality workout anytime.

GGuest UserThis hotel is located right inside the Olympic Sailing Center, just 200 meters from the sea. Turn right when you step out, and in a 2-minute walk, you'll see the sailboat marina and the Olympic 'Lucky Cloud' torch. From our room's balcony, we could enjoy the light show at May Fourth Square and the sunset over the ocean. In the evenings, it was lovely to go downstairs for a stroll and enjoy the sea breeze. It's also very close to Hisense Plaza and Belle Plaza, both just a 5-minute walk away, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient.

CcrystalagrawalThe hotel facilities and location are quite good; it's very close to the airport, with a connecting corridor to walk over. The cleanliness is excellent, and they offer an airport pick-up service, with a driver who was friendly and polite. My only real dissatisfaction was with the front desk. On the first night during check-in, with two adults and two young children (3 years old & 6 months), the staff member looked unhappy, didn't greet us, and immediately asked if we had booked two rooms. I even said hello and explained I had booked a family suite. After check-out, they kept sending messages daily, for several days, asking for a good review, even pre-writing it for me and asking for a screenshot as proof. This forced request for a good review was really off-putting. Originally, I was very satisfied with the hotel's hardware, cleanliness, and the driver, and intended to give a five-star review, but this, combined with the sour-faced check-in, really diminished my good impression by half.
Also, regarding the pick-up service, more attention to detail would be appreciated. After discussing my flight number via WeChat, and knowing I was arriving internationally, they directed me to the domestic arrivals. This meant walking from one end of the airport to the other. The whole point of getting a pick-up was because we had a lot of luggage and two kids; if I had to walk that far, I might as well have walked to the hotel myself.

GGuest UserThe hotel has a quiet and elegant environment, and it's very clean. Our room faced the sea, and we fell asleep peacefully listening to the sound of the waves. The front desk staff was incredibly warm and attentive; they even added an extra mattress on the floor for our child and gave us an extra breakfast. They also promptly contacted us when we left something behind at checkout. The hotel's quality is definitely worth the price.

NNuolanuola123Because I had an early flight, Doubao recommended the Ramada Hotel, and it exceeded my expectations! 👍 First off, the service was exceptional. They called me in advance to confirm my arrival time, and there was parking available on the ground floor. They even helped us book the airport shuttle, which departs every 30 minutes – super convenient. When they learned we'd be leaving too early for breakfast the next day, they thoughtfully refunded the breakfast fee and followed up on the refund process. There was even a WeChat contact person to assist with any needs, which truly made our trip warmer.
The hotel's ground floor restaurant served delicious food at reasonable prices. The hotel was incredibly clean, the building was beautiful, and the environment was quite picturesque. Although we could occasionally hear planes taking off at night, they thoughtfully provided earplugs. Plus, they offered a return pick-up service, which just shows how attentive their service is. I'll definitely choose the Ramada again next time!

SSanshuizouliangbuTraveling during the May Day holiday, I had significantly lowered my expectations for hotels, just hoping my child would have a good time. To my surprise, even though this hotel has been open for so long, it's still incredibly well-maintained. The front desk staff, Yawen, was super efficient in handling our check-in and addressing various issues throughout our stay. The hotel also has hot springs, which is very convenient, and offers a one-stop experience for activities like clam digging, horse riding, and general fun. Any time we needed something delivered to the room or had luggage-related questions, it was resolved instantly. I'm truly amazed by the management here; for a hotel with 700 rooms, to operate so efficiently during the May Day holiday is incredible. The room is beautiful. In the morning, opening the window in our sea view room felt like stepping into a Miyazaki anime, and at night, with the lights on, it was like being in Hogwarts Castle.

GGuest UserAn absolutely perfect vacation experience. Choosing the InterContinental Qingdao was definitely the right decision this time. Even before I arrived, Jennifer Han from the InterContinental contacted me to ask about my preferences and needs, and she even warned me that it would rain on the day of my arrival. We got to the hotel quite late, but to my surprise, the room had already been prepared according to my requests and upgraded to a sea-view room, facing the stunning Olympic Sailing Center. The experience during our stay was fantastic. On the second morning, I asked about Zhizha, a local Qingdao specialty. On the third morning, as soon as I sat down for breakfast, a kind gentleman brought me specially prepared Zhizha and dessert. It really warmed my heart. My short vacation was made even more perfect thanks to the InterContinental Qingdao. Superb!

GGuest UserCheck in and check out was easy. Staff were helpful and found ways around the language barrier. I was in town for the half marathon so only had a light breakfast but there was plenty to eat. There was a slight smell of stale cigarette but it was not so much that it impacted on the stay. The room met my needs and was very comfortable. There is a great park to walk or run around very close. A taxi is necessary to get to town or find a wider range of food options. I ate at the mirage which was a hot pot restaurant and this was a pleasant experience.

GGuest UserHygiene: The condition is worrying. There are hairs on the sink. One towel is hard and the other is soft (those who have stayed in hotels know what's going on). The water on the floor of the shower room is not dry. Are they really not afraid of customers slipping?
Service: The service quality of the front desk is really good. Whether it's towels or water, they can be solved in time. But the next day, when I didn't check out, the cleaning lady came to knock on the door? What does it mean? Are you chasing people away? I won't come again

YYanmaimochanatieThis is my first time staying in Huangdao, even though I've visited many times. The location is excellent, and the surroundings are beautiful. At night, when the lights come on, it feels like Alice's Garden.
Service: All the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to answer any questions. Whether it was bringing up something I'd forgotten or coming to my room with a first-aid kit after I had a bump outside, they were always so patient and attentive.
I rarely leave reviews on Ctrip, but this experience was truly a pleasant surprise.
