Spa hotels in Qingdao

Whenever I visit Qingdao, I always choose the Seaview Garden Hotel, and I'm consistently satisfied. During peak season in Qingdao, especially summer, you might encounter delays with check-in. A few days ago, the front desk at the Mangrove Tree Resort simply brushed it off, saying 'that's just how it is during peak season.' Here, however, the front desk staff apologized repeatedly while continuously working to sort things out, and the final outcome was still satisfying. Although the hotel is a bit older and its facilities might not be as high-tech as newer hotels, the rooms are exceptionally clean and well-maintained. This stay, I noticed some of the room furniture had been updated. The basement floor has play facilities for children of all ages, along with a projection room, DIY workshops, and more. The outdoor swimming pool is a saltwater pool. The hotel is also right across the street from the beach; while you can't swim there, you can go clamming during low tide. Kids can have a great time just staying at the hotel. The staff's service attitude is outstanding. Besides daily fruit and mini-bar drinks, they also provide small dolls and calcium milk biscuits for children. Since we drove, the staff even cleaned our car spotless every day. Basically, everything other good hotels do, Seaview Garden also does, and they go even further by paying attention to small details that enhance the guest experience. I'll definitely choose Seaview Garden again on my next trip to Qingdao.

Absolutely loved the Junlan hotel in the ancient town! The decor is incredibly stylish and blends perfectly with the town's atmosphere. From the moment we came up from the underground parking, we could feel the hotel's unique vibe. I really enjoyed the overall design; every corner was picture-perfect. We booked a room with a courtyard, and it was so comfortable. Even though the courtyard walls were high, providing great privacy, it didn't block the sunlight at all, and the kids had a fantastic time playing there! This was definitely the highlight of our Jimo trip.

This was the hotel I was most looking forward to on this trip. I booked it because it was a 5-star resort, hoping to relax with my parents. However, when we drove up to the entrance, there was no one to help with luggage or direct us to parking. The entrance was completely empty. I thought everyone was busy, but once inside the lobby, I saw plenty of staff, yet no one came forward to assist us. This is unheard of in any 5-star hotel I've stayed at. After we went in, my dad asked where the charging stations in the parking lot were, and if they were fast or slow chargers. The staff member couldn't answer any of his questions, saying they'd have to go ask. In the end, we had no choice but to follow the signs and find the parking ourselves. On the bright side, the two rooms we booked could be connected by opening a door to form a single suite, which was a nice experience. Actually, when you approached the staff for something, their attitude was good, but it felt like there were some management issues. For example, after checking out, my mother realized she had left something in the room's refrigerator. I immediately called the front desk, explaining we were driving back to get it and asking if someone could collect the item and leave it at the concierge. The front desk confirmed it was no problem. After driving back to the hotel for about 20 minutes, my mother inquired at the concierge, but the concierge staff had no idea about it. They had to go ask the front desk, and only after getting a confirmation did they go up to the room to retrieve the item. We then waited at the hotel for almost 20 to 30 minutes, which was a very poor experience. Overall, the environment and cleanliness were excellent. The location is in Qingdao's new district, and the surrounding area, plus the sea view terrace, added a lot of points. However, the initial bad experience significantly lowered our overall impression. I hope they can make more improvements. Being able to see the sunrise and sunset over the sea from the room was something I really loved! The breakfast selection was comprehensive and delicious.

I absolutely loved the ambiance of this hotel! The greenery in the hotel courtyard is beautiful, with flowers and trees everywhere. It looks incredibly pleasant and clean, and the air is fresh too. Taking a stroll in the courtyard is just so relaxing – the environment is clearly meticulously maintained! Every staff member was polite, enthusiastic, and discreet, and the rooms were cleaned so well that my stay was incredibly comfortable!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, directly across from MixC mall. It's a mere 3-5 minute walk to May Fourth Square and the seaside boardwalk. Olympic Sailing Center, Hisense Plaza, and the Third Bathing Beach are all just a 10-minute taxi ride away. The subway station is right outside, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. I loved the Westin Heavenly Bed, the spacious room, the White Tea scented toiletries, and the well-designed bathroom with a separate wet and dry area. I was extremely satisfied with my stay during this Qingdao trip! 👍

Excellent service, and the room was spotlessly clean. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel's proximity to the airport is incredibly convenient, making it highly recommended, especially for late-night arrivals or early morning flights. This hotel offers fantastic value for money.

The female staff members I encountered at this hotel were all wonderful. When I booked a tent, I was told the beach would be shady in the afternoon, but I actually needed the tent more in the morning. They were very helpful and changed my reservation to the morning. When checking in, they noticed I had a small baby and proactively asked if I could wait a few hours to get a room upgrade to a sea-view room. Since I was going to Mount Laoshan that day, I checked in in the evening and was upgraded directly to a sea-view room. Many thanks to the front desk staff who checked me in and the staff who helped me book the tent. The room was also cleaned very well every day.

A big thank you to Jennifer Han, the Guest Relations Manager, for meticulously helping me resolve issues during my stay. Both the check-in and check-out services were excellent, and all the staff in the lobby were incredibly warm and friendly. They even offered a welcome drink (personally, I found the lemon tea to be more delicious!). Although the hotel facilities are a bit dated, the service is truly exceptional. The housekeeping staff were also very considerate. Thanks again to Jennifer Han for making me feel right at home. I look forward to returning once the AC building has been renovated.

This hotel must be given a five-star rating! The location is excellent, and it is super convenient to eat. There is a restaurant inside the hotel. Facilities: The hotel facilities are very complete, the room is fully equipped with smart devices, the sofas in the public area are soft, and the warm lighting makes it very comfortable to rest and chat. Hygiene: The hygiene is impeccable, the room is spotlessly clean, the sheets and quilts are white and odorless, and there are no water stains and stains in the bathroom. The corridors, elevators and other public areas are kept clean at all times, and the trash cans are cleaned in time, so there is no need to worry about hygiene issues. Environment: The environment is quite pleasant, the overall decoration style is simple and warm, the lobby is spacious and bright, and the green plants are just right. The sound insulation of the room is excellent, and it is especially quiet when resting. There is a restaurant inside the hotel, which is very convenient. Service: The service is first-class, from the warm reception at the front desk to every link. The room service responds quickly and can be solved quickly if there is a need. The restaurant waiter is friendly and will patiently recommend dishes. The whole check-in process is very good.

Hygiene: The condition is worrying. There are hairs on the sink. One towel is hard and the other is soft (those who have stayed in hotels know what's going on). The water on the floor of the shower room is not dry. Are they really not afraid of customers slipping? Service: The service quality of the front desk is really good. Whether it's towels or water, they can be solved in time. But the next day, when I didn't check out, the cleaning lady came to knock on the door? What does it mean? Are you chasing people away? I won't come again
