assigned room was at level 7 which was not served by the lift and was a maze to walk through.
Room space was ok and there was a massage chair which was a pleasant surprise. however the interior of the room was slightly dated (black furniture and yellow lighting). room cleanliness was average at best. floor felt dusty and the sheets gave me a bit of a rash.
counter staff were friendly and accomodating and facilitated collection of my online purchases.
having said, this hotel seems to be very popular among tourists from Russia, S Korea and Southeast Asia. overall i would say i enjoyed my stay here."

It doesn't end there, Ella went the extra mile when my Taobao orders I bought were sent to the wrong hotel due to me keying in the wrong address. Ella kindly assisted me to contact the hotel that my parcel was mailed to for confirmation, followed by guiding me to that hotel to pick up my parcel! It would have been a mess without her help.

"Wonderful Pet-Friendly Stay Near the Airport
I stayed at this hotel near the airport and had an amazing experience. The property is genuinely pet-friendly, which made traveling with my cat so much easier. The front desk staff Xiaohu were incredibly kind and helpful—I had just arrived and didn’t have a Chinese phone number yet, and she went out of her way to help me order cat litter. That small gesture made a huge difference.
The room itself was quiet, clean, and beautifully decorated. I loved that it had a small private yard connected to it—it made the space feel peaceful and relaxing. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept really well.
The location is also perfect for travelers, especially those needing quick access to the airport. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!"

AAnonymous UserMy bestie and I specifically chose the Yunhe Yebo Hotel because of its super close proximity to Shanghai Disneyland, initially just for the convenience. But to our surprise, we ended up with a whole night filled with warmth and touching moments! The hotel staff's service attitude was amazing. Whether we were heading out early for breakfast or returning to the hotel late at night, no matter where we encountered them, they always greeted us with a smiling 'Is there anything I can help you with?' That gentle phrase instantly melted away our travel fatigue. Sometimes, when we were looking at our phones to figure out directions, passing staff members would even proactively come over to recommend Disney touring strategies, advising us which rides had shorter queues and which restaurants offered great value for money. They were truly more thoughtful than even close friends or family.
The room decor was also exceptionally exquisite. Cleanliness and tidiness are a given, but the bedding was so soft that you'd want to fall asleep the moment your head hit the pillow. All the toiletries were from well-known brands, showing incredible attention to detail. Plus, the hotel offers a free Disney shuttle service, so we didn't have to worry about getting there early or leaving late. For tired travelers like us, it was an absolute lifesaver! The breakfast selection was rich, with Chinese dim sum and freshly ground soy milk warming both our stomachs and hearts, along with thoughtful health-focused congees. Upon check-out, we even received a small souvenir charm. Both the meticulous service and the quality of our stay were impeccable! I genuinely recommend Yunhe Yebo to all friends traveling with their besties or with kids – it's definitely worth repeat visits!

They provided complimentary bottled water and tea, as well as breakfast and a late-night snack, which was a really nice touch and excellent value for money. The room itself was very cozy and spotlessly clean. We were able to leave our luggage at the front desk for free storage and pick it up later in the evening, which was a huge convenience. The food was delicious and very fresh, with dishes being replaced regularly. The service was exceptional; the staff proactively helped with our luggage, and they even offered a dedicated shuttle service to Disneyland, with very thoughtful and well-scheduled timings. We had a fantastic stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. It's truly excellent, and parking is also very convenient.

开开水ksbooked a room at the Banyan tree for my parents who were visiting to celebrate their wedding anniversary and upon check in we were greeted by the most lovely staff who quickly helped my parents check in and upgraded us for free to a nicer room. It also had prepared Rose petals within the room and some desserts to celebrate their wedding anniversary which was very appreciated. The room was unbelievable and the view alone made the whole experience worth it. My parents absolutely loved their stay and couldn’t stop raving about the service of all the workers as well. we had some items that my family were unsure if we could bring onto flight, and the hotel staff even went out of their way to call the airline to confirm for us. hotel amenities also great, huge gym and pool with multiple spas, and gym having a reformer pilates machine too. we’ve been to many hotels within shanghai now and this is by far the best , with strong service, a modern room and incredible view. all the photos of the view in the review were taken from within the room, better than going out to the bund!

DDaxiaoyanhuanzheThis is our second stay at the Kerry Hotel Pudong, and it's consistently excellent. The hotel's location is, of course, fantastic, right near Huamu Road on Line 7. It's connected directly to Kerry Parkside, and there's an underground passage straight to Line 7 from the B1 level. The New International Expo Center is right next door; last year I attended the toy fair, and this year it was the food expo – it's really convenient for casual buyers looking for a good deal.
The hotel breakfast is very rich and varied, and the Executive Lounge is one of the best I've experienced over the years. The happy hour dinner is incredibly generous and got high praise from my family, which is rare for him when it comes to lounges.
What truly draws us back to the Kerry Hotel is their thoughtful attention to children. Bellia contacted us before our arrival to understand our needs, and she arranged our child's activities and accommodation perfectly – very responsible and very nice. We also had the good fortune to participate in Kerry's Christmas tree lighting ceremony. Next time we're in Shanghai, our little one says they want to stay here again!

Early park access (up to 1 hour before opening): An hour can make a big difference, definitely worth it.
Round-trip shuttle bus from the hotel to Disney Town: Convenient and fast, with frequent departures. The bus stop is much closer than the pedestrian bridge to the parking lot.

When I was checking out in the morning, I couldn't quite remember my license plate number. Jiao Jiao at the front desk proactively told me I could go to the garage first, WeChat her my license plate number, and she would scan the code for me to exit. The service was excellent. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next business trip.

Upon arrival, the front desk staff proactively helped with our luggage, warmly guiding us to the reception. We didn't have to lift a finger, which immediately eased our travel fatigue. The front desk service was particularly impressive; the staff were not only friendly but also incredibly efficient. The check-in process—verifying information, entering it into the system, and explaining hotel policies—took less than 5 minutes. When they learned it was our first time in the city, they even pulled out a printed guide to local attractions, detailing must-see spots and local specialty restaurants. They even thoughtfully marked peak travel times to avoid and recommended transportation methods. Their thoughtfulness instantly made us even more excited for our upcoming itinerary.
Stepping into the room, my first impression was ”clean and comfortable.” The room was more spacious than I expected, with a well-planned layout that didn't feel cramped at all. The bedding was neatly made, soft, and skin-friendly, without any odd smells. Even the pillow height was just right. I fell into a deep sleep shortly after lying down, which was incredibly important after our long journey. The room facilities were also comprehensive: the air conditioning cooled and heated quickly with very little noise, the TV had clear picture quality and many channels, and there were thoughtful touches like bottled water and charging outlets, meeting all our daily needs. The bathroom was spotless—the floor and counter were immaculate, and the mirror was sparkling clean without any water stains. The toiletries were custom-branded by the hotel, with a fresh, elegant scent and rich lather, leaving my skin feeling moisturized after showering. The hot water supply was stable, with good water pressure, and the temperature could be precisely adjusted. A comfortable hot shower after a day of sightseeing washed away all the fatigue. Plus, the bathroom also provided disposable toiletries, showing great attention to detail.
The hotel's breakfast was another delightful surprise. The breakfast restaurant was clean and bright, and all utensils were strictly disinfected, making us feel at ease. The breakfast spread was incredibly rich, offering a full range of Chinese and Western dishes. Chinese options included congee, buns, fried dough sticks, eggs, and various small dishes—the congee was soft and sweet, and the buns had fresh, juicy fillings. Western options like bread, milk, and coffee were also plentiful, and the coffee had a rich flavor. The staff promptly refilled food items to ensure every guest enjoyed fresh meals, and they actively inquired about our needs during dining, providing exceptional service.
Furthermore, the hotel's location is excellent, just 3.1 kilometers from the subway, making it convenient to reach various attractions and shopping areas. There are also supermarkets, convenience stores, and restaurants nearby, so daily shopping and dining are hassle-free. The surrounding environment is quiet, completely free from external noise, offering a truly pleasant stay.
