"The hotel was easy enough to find for a hotel the has a reception on the 4th floor and no signage out front. The location is prime for access to the pedestrian road. Lots of sightseeing and shopping in this area. Short drive to all the key tourist hotspots. Beds were comfortable, staff were great to foreigners like us, breakfast was fine. The only thing of notes was we had no luck using the dryers and resorted to hanging out our clothes in our room. But this is a minor issue and may be operator error. We would stay at the Yitel premium again."

The toilet in the room was very smart, and the hotel is close to both the Bund and a pedestrian street. The subway station is also very convenient. I highly recommend it!"

"When I checked in, I asked for a higher floor, and the front desk upgraded my room to the top floor without hesitation, which was great! 👍 I was pleasantly surprised to find that the room had a view of the Huangpu River after I checked in. The room also had a huge bathtub and was very spacious. I have two suggestions: the air conditioning wasn't very effective, and the duvet was a bit thin. Also, the outlet near the sink was broken, so I couldn't use the hairdryer there and had to plug it in by the TV instead."

"Very good and fast check-in, the staff was extremely friendly (using translator vocal to help communicate for example). The location is excellent, a simple 10 minutes walk to Nanjing Road and not much traffic. Had a little noise in the early morning of the first night, but all good on the second."

"Great hotel location near North Bund, just a 3-minute walk from Tilanqiao subway station. The room was very clean, and I loved the voice-controlled lights and air conditioning. The bathroom, toilet, and sink being separate was super convenient. The hotel's design is also very distinctive. Plus, free parking! I'd definitely come back if I have the chance."

The girls and boys at the front desk are not only friendly, but also highly professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. We would like to give special thanks to Nini (妮妮). From the very beginning, she helped us with a serious personal issue during our stay. We faced a big problem, and thanks to her patience, responsibility, and sincere desire to help, she supported us step by step and even helped us get our money back. This level of care is far beyond standard hotel service. She proved that the reception team here is not just present for formalities — they truly help guests solve real and important problems. We are deeply grateful to her. The entire reception team always tried to accommodate our requests in every possible way, making sure our stay was comfortable and stress-free. Their attitude made us feel truly cared for. Another lovely detail was the availability of bath salt, which made our evenings especially relaxing after a long day. Small thoughtful touches like this make a big difference. We traveled as a couple and spent our time here almost like a honeymoon. It was a romantic, peaceful, and joyful experience. We rested deeply, felt refreshed, and were completely satisfied with the hotel, the service, and the whole team. "After a long search online and comparing various options, I finally settled on this designer hotel, and it turned out to be an excellent choice! The hotel's location is superb; right outside is the Old City Park, which connects to the Bund, Yu Garden, and City God Temple, all within easy reach. The subway is only about 200 meters away, making it convenient to get anywhere. You can enjoy the Bund night view from the hotel's rooftop, and some of the view is also visible from the room window. The room was well-stocked with beverages, and they even provided a humidifier as per our request. Both the hardware and software are top-notch! The breakfast spread was incredibly rich. The front desk staff was very welcoming, and all the front desk, security, and doormen were young, enthusiastic, proactive, and quite good-looking! They always greeted us first and helped with our luggage! We even received a small gift upon check-out, which was a lovely touch! What kind of manager can lead such an outstanding hotel service team? Five-star rating! Highly recommended!"

"Choosing the Yunhe Yebo Hotel (Pudong Airport Branch) was the best decision we made for our Shanghai Disneyland trip. From the thoughtful communication before check-in to the reluctance to leave, every detail made us feel the warmth of a 'home away from home.' On the day of arrival, staff called in advance to ask if we needed a shuttle from the subway station (Line 16), which we pre-booked. The driver contacted us promptly to guide us to the pick-up location. The shuttle service to and from Disneyland was even more considerate: three morning departures offered flexible choices, and two evening return shuttles adjusted dynamically based on the fireworks show times. I remember there were two fireworks shows that day, one at 8:00 PM and another at 9:15 PM, and the shuttle was thoughtfully arranged for 9:00 PM and 10:20 PM. The shuttle even provided brown sugar ginger tea and snacks, and holding a warm cup of ginger tea on a cold night instantly melted away the fatigue of playing. Even more surprising, the front desk proactively upgraded our reserved twin room to a family room. The spacious room easily accommodated three suitcases, and the separate table was convenient for both takeout and getting ready. The hotel's attentiveness was evident in every corner: staff were always ready to help with luggage, carefully asked about our needs, and even offered foot baths to relieve fatigue. The shuttle group communicated pick-up and drop-off information in real-time and disbanded promptly afterward to protect privacy. While the breakfast was standard, it offered a rich variety, and the late-night snack (wontons/noodles/porridge) from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM was a savior for those returning late. What touched me most was at breakfast, when a staff member proactively offered a plastic bag, asking, 'Do you need to take some food to Disneyland?' This empathetic consideration made us feel incredibly warm. There were also plenty of takeout options nearby, with HeyTea, Ruixing Coffee, and KFC within easy reach, and the restaurants at Tianhe Plaza further enriched our culinary experience. From the shuttle service to the room upgrade, from the heartwarming late-night snacks to the meticulous care, Yunhe Yebo demonstrated 'attentive service' through their actions. This will definitely be our first choice for our next Disneyland visit!"
