What Are Vietnam’s Newest Entry Declaration Documents?

Vietnam Arrival Card Airport Immigration

Vietnam now uses two separate mandatory entry declarations (not a replacement for your visa):

  1. Digital Pre-Arrival Card (New 2026): Mandatory online declaration for travelers landing at Tan Son Nhat (SGN, Ho Chi Minh City); generates a QR code to speed up immigration.
  2. NA1 Form: Traditional entry/exit declaration (replaced old M3 Form); only required for Visa on Arrival (VOA) users and land/sea arrivals.

Key Clarification for Canadians

  • e-Visa holders: Do NOT need the NA1 Form
  • Visa-exempt & e-Visa travelers (SGN only): Must complete the Digital Pre-Arrival Card
  • VOA travelers (all airports): Must complete both Digital Pre-Arrival Card (SGN only) + NA1 Form
  • All documents are 100% free and available in English.

🚨 Newest Vietnam Entry Official Update (Effective April 15, 2026)

Vietnam Updated Pre-arrival Form
  • Mandatory Digital Pre-Arrival Card: For ALL foreign nationals arriving at SGN Airport
  • Current applicable airports: SGN (mandatory); Hanoi (HAN) & Da Nang (DAD) coming soon
  • Official portal: prearrival.immigration.gov.vn
  • Submission window: Within 72 hours before arrival (no earlier, no later)
  • Output: QR code sent to your email

Who Needs Which Document?

Form Type

Must Complete

Exempt

Digital Pre-Arrival Card (SGN Only)

  • All Canadian travelers flying into Ho Chi Minh City (SGN), regardless of visa type (e-Visa, VOA, visa-exempt)
  • Parents/guardians may file for minors under 18
  • Vietnamese citizens (Vietnamese passport holders)
  • Same-day airside transit passengers (no immigration clearance)

NA1 Form (All Vietnam Ports)

  • Canadians using Visa on Arrival (VOA) at any airport
  • Travelers entering Vietnam by land or sea
  • Parents/guardians may file for minors under 18
  • Canadian e-Visa holders
  • Vietnamese citizens & valid Vietnam residence card holders
  • Same-day airside transit passengers

Vietnam Entry Basics for Canadians

For Canadian passport holders planning to visit Vietnam, you’ll need two core items to enter Vietnam:

  1. Valid visa (or visa exemption)
  2. Required entry declaration(s) (Digital Pre-Arrival Card / NA1 Form, based on your port & visa)

Visa Options for Canadians

All three visa pathways for Canadians require completing Vietnam Entry Declarations. Here’s a concise breakdown:

  • Visa Exempt (Rare): Vietnamese-Canadians + immediate family; direct Phu Quoc Island arrivals
  • e-Visa (Most Popular): Apply online 3+ business days in advance; no NA1 needed; SGN arrivals need Digital Pre-Arrival Card
  • Visa on Arrival (VOA): Get approval letter online first; pay stamping fee at airport; needs NA1 Form + SGN arrivals need Digital Pre-Arrival Card

Where to Access the Vietnam Arrival Card

Vietnam Entry and Exit Form (On Arrival Form M3) – Download and Get Ready for Your Adventure

Canadian travelers have three convenient ways to get the Vietnam Arrival Card, depending on preference and timing:

  1. Online (Most Recommended): Free via official portals (linked earlier), 1–7 days before trip (see Section 38 for timing). No official download—save confirmation as PDF/screenshot.
  2. On the Plane: Paper forms available on international flights (including from Canadian cities). Ask flight attendants for an English form; fill out during the flight as a backup.
  3. At the Airport: Tablets (Wi-Fi) or paper forms available at major airports (Hanoi, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City). Note: Adds 30+ minutes to wait time, so plan ahead.

When to Submit What Documents?

Digital Pre-Arrival Card (SGN Only)

  • Best: 24–72 hours before arrival
  • Hard rule: No earlier than 72 hours before arrival (system rejects early submissions)
  • Minimum: Complete before boarding (airport kiosks add 20–40 minutes wait)

NA1 Form (VOA & Land/Sea Only)

  • Submit 1–7 days before arrival
  • Best: 2–3 days before departure from Canada
  • Expires after 7 days (early submissions must be redone)

What Happens After You Submit Your Vietnam Arrival Card?

At the Airport: Your Guide to Navigating Vietnam with an Arrival Card

After submitting your Vietnam Arrival Card (digital confirmation or paper form) along with your Canadian passport and visa (if required), here’s what to expect during the immigration process.

Step 1: Immigration Inspection

The immigration officer will scan your passport and Vietnam Arrival Card details to verify your information. This process usually takes 5–10 minutes, but it can be longer during peak travel times (e.g., Vietnamese holidays or Canadian winter break). The officer may ask you a few simple questions—don’t worry, they’re usually straightforward:

  • “How long will you be staying in Vietnam?”
  • “Where are you staying in Vietnam?” (Have your hotel address ready if they ask.)
  • “What is the purpose of your trip?” (Tourism, business, visiting family—just be honest.)

Step 2: Passport Stamping

Once your information is verified, the officer will stamp your passport with your entry date and allowed stay duration. Double-check the stamp to make sure the dates are correct—if there’s a mistake, ask the officer to correct it immediately.

Step 3: Next Steps

  • If you have an e-visa: You’re all set! Head straight to baggage claim to pick up your luggage.
  • If you have a visa-on-arrival: After passport stamping, go to the “Visa on Arrival Counter” to pay the ~25 USD stamping fee (cash only, USD preferred) and get your visa sticker. Then proceed to baggage claim.

Pro Tip: Keep your Vietnam Arrival Card confirmation (digital or paper) with you during your trip—you may need it when exiting Vietnam (though immigration usually only asks for your passport on departure).

Common Mistakes to Avoid on the Vietnam Arrival Card

Canada to Vietnam Arrival Card Setup

To answer the question: What mistakes should you avoid when arriving in Vietnam?, let’s focus on the most common errors Canadian travelers make when filling out the Vietnam Arrival Card:

  1. Wrong document mix-up: e-Visa holders: Do NOT fill NA1 Form; SGN arrivals: Don’t skip Digital Pre-Arrival Card
  2. Submitting too early: Digital Pre-Arrival Card: Submissions over 72 hours early are rejected
  3. Cash declaration error: Declare cash over 10,000 USD (not 5,000 USD)
  4. Typos on passport info: Name, passport number, dates must match exactly
  5. Losing QR code/confirmation: Save offline + email backup + print a copy

This guide covers all current rules for Canadian travelers flying into Vietnam. Follow the timing and document rules for your arrival airport and visa type, and you’ll enjoy a fast, smooth entry. Safe travels!

A Flawless Stay at Eastin Grand Hotel Saigon From the moment my taxi pulled up to the sleek entrance of the Eastin Grand Hotel Saigon, I knew I was in for an exceptional stay. As a traveler who values both efficiency and comfort, this hotel completely blew me away by striking the perfect balance between upscale luxury and unmatched convenience. The Ultimate Location Location is everything in Ho Chi Minh City, and Eastin Grand nails it. Airport Proximity: Situated just a brief 10-minute drive from Tan Son Nhat International Airport, it completely eliminates the stress of missing a flight or battling heavy traffic after a long journey. City Access: It serves as a strategic launchpad. Whether I needed to zip into District 1 for sightseeing or head to the bustling commercial districts for meetings, the transit was effortless. Premium Comfort & World-Class Hospitality The indoor experience is just as seamless. My room was a haven of contemporary sophistication—spacious, impeccably clean, and fitted with plush bedding that offered a restful escape from the energetic city outside. Standout Feature: The executive lounge access is a must-try. Sipping a perfectly crafted cocktail while looking over the city skyline was a daily highlight. The staff deserves a special mention; their warm hospitality and intuitive service made me feel genuinely cared for, rather than just another room number. With its top-tier amenities, exquisite dining options, and frictionless logistics, Eastin Grand Hotel Saigon didn’t just host me—it elevated my entire Ho Chi Minh City experience. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Pros: Historic building, pleasant courtyard with an indoor pool. Ample toiletries provided in the bathroom, not just single items. Attentive staff for cleaning and delivering amenities. Cons: The staff don't seem to understand the concept of guest service. Breakfast waiters practically knock you over, trying to get past first. The person delivering luggage to the room told us, 'I'll go first, you take the next elevator.' 😂 Breakfast needs a special mention: Breakfast hours are until 9:30 AM, but in other hotels in Ho Chi Minh City where we stayed, breakfast was until at least 10:00 AM or 10:30 AM. However, the breakfast time isn't the only issue; waiters start clearing tables and milk pitchers at 9:00 AM, instead of serving guests. They focus on cleaning and clattering dishes, subtly hinting that breakfast is over. Furthermore, not once during our entire stay did anyone offer to bring/pour coffee. Cappuccinos and lattes are made by a separate barista; you can't make these drinks yourself from the coffee machine. There are no freshly squeezed juices. And what's unacceptable is the sour and overcooked vegetables – broccoli and cauliflower. It's surprising that the hotel management isn't monitoring the quality of their establishment; for comparison, look at the Pullman hotel. In the evening, the cleaning lady in the fitness center was making a lot of noise while cleaning the changing room, making it difficult to concentrate even with headphones on. Suggestions for the hotel: Train the staff on service and sort out the breakfast issues.

Honestly, this place is beautiful, clean space, fantastic amenities, everything you could need at a gym, including sauna and steam rooms. The pool is basically on the roof with the spa's, beautiful view of the city when the weather is right. The room was spacious and used well with a table to sit at, reading chair, bed, TV, room service. The bathroom was a nice size, my room had a bath/shower combined it was lovely but very high just in case that's something you need to worry about (: the service was wonderful. I don't really have anything to fault about this place, but I wish I could have stayed longer :) Book it, you won't regret it 🥰 Breakfast was amazing, so many options and fresh new items each day🖤

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our trip to Vietnam. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The staff provided exceptional service and made us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and transportation. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of both local and international dishes. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we would gladly return on our next visit.

The entrance was very grand, and for this price, staying in a five-star hotel felt like amazing value for money. It's a bit far from District 1, the city center, but using Grab solved any transportation issues and made sightseeing easy. I was most looking forward to breakfast, and it didn't disappoint! The buffet was so luxurious and offered such a wide variety that I had trouble deciding what to eat. Unfortunately, I didn't get to visit the pool and rooftop bar this time. I could see the pool from my room, and everyone looked so happy swimming and relaxing – I just watched them from afar, wishing I could join. Next time I stay here, I definitely want to check them out!

Pros: amazingly delicious buffet breakfast from western to asian cuisines. Delicious food and always fresh seasonal fruits. Menu changes daily. Their Triple Roomnis quiet spacious with bonggavillas on window sills. Room is cleaned and linens changed on a daily basis. Bar at the rooftop with jacuzzis and spa pool which added to the zen vibes. Lobby is dimly lighted but just enough to light the way which I think uphholds to its ZEN vibes. The location is superb. Next to it are spas for hair, nails, massage and 3 mins walk right through ben thanh market, saigon square, saigon center. 10 mins walk to Notre Dame Cathedral. Easy to catch Grab. Staff are all very friendly, helpful and communicates in English well. Cons: they don't have a swimming pool as what is advertised on its amenities. It's more like a spa pool where clients can sit, dip and maybe drink some coctails while watching the night lights and relaxing with the zen environment. However, the spa pool is perfect for my 8 yo nephew. He can play, swim on the pool without us worrying that the water might be deep for him. Bath tub is high so its not good for a short elderly client who got issues with mobility. My 78 yo mom got a hard time climbing in and out of the tub as its also slippery. We finally managed by letting her sit on th edge of the tub first before putting her foot in/out of the tub and putting towel on the floor of the tub while she's showering.

Pros: Nice one bedroom with cozy living room and a full kitchen plus washing machine. The bed is comfortable. The aircon was good and quiet. The location is perfect - i often stay around that area, everything is very walkable, taxi is cheap and quick. Some cons: 1) sometimes there is a cigarette smell coming from the ventilation - some guests are smoking inside 2) i think windows should be eventually replaced to modern with a better sound insulation as there are some places with loud music nearby 3) the window lock in my bathroom was broken

We took advantage of many of their amenities and were given royal treatment. We can highly recommend the spa and the workout room. Hello, I was the guest in room 206, checking in on June 30th. After resting for a bit, I went out around 3 PM. When I left, my suitcase was open, and inside were clothes and a GoPro camera, which was attached to a neck strap mount and not easy to remove. When I returned in the evening, I noticed the room had been tidied. The next morning, I checked out and left my luggage at the hotel. Around 6 PM that afternoon, I returned to pick up my luggage to go to the airport. During that time, I opened my suitcase once at the luggage storage area to put something in. I didn't use the GoPro at all during my two days and one night in Ho Chi Minh City, so I didn't pay close attention to it. Afterward, I flew directly to Hanoi, and at the hotel there, I discovered my GoPro was missing from my suitcase, with only the neck strap mount remaining. I contacted you to help me look for the camera, but you said it hadn't been seen. After returning home, I carefully replayed all the events in my mind, and it's only possible that it went missing at your hotel. I hope that after seeing this review, you can help me check the surveillance footage again and contact me.

The room size was moderate, and the bed had a medium firmness. Housekeeping was attentive, with turndown service provided twice daily. Guests staying on the executive floor have access to the 23rd floor, where they can enjoy views of Ho Chi Minh City, daily afternoon tea, and evening alcoholic beverages and snacks until 8 PM, along with a quiet breakfast environment (though they can also dine in the main restaurant). However, only two plastic bottled waters provided daily in the room felt insufficient. I know I could buy more, but for the room rate, I expected more services. The air conditioning in the 5th-floor gym was inadequate; it felt very hot during workouts, and the treadmills and dumbbells were outdated. The breakfast on the 2nd floor offered a wide variety, while the 23rd floor's selection was more limited, but the dining environment was very comfortable, and the coffee (Americano) was good. The bathroom was equipped with a full set of L'Occitane toiletries. The hotel staff performed their duties adequately.

This is my go-to hotel whenever I'm in Ho Chi Minh City. It truly feels like coming home. It's a chain of serviced apartments, offering one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom layouts. Each type of apartment has the same basic layout and decor. The cleanliness is so exceptional that even someone with OCD would approve. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, and the best part is you don't even have to do the dishes or clean the pots—housekeeping comes daily to clean the apartment and tidy up the kitchen.

The view from the room is superb. Feel like staying in e cloud. Receptionist are well trained and able to converse in fluent English. Room is huge and comfortable. Only down side in e room is the water pressure in the shower. As my event ended at 1pm, I requested for a late check out at 2pm. I was disappointed when I was told that the hotel is fully booked and they couldn't do it for me. That was really disappointing as it doesn't seem like full house when I went for breakfast. I was expecting a huge and nice mall downstairs but was disappointed. There are limited shops and the shopping experience wasn't pleasant (aircon was not cool). My colleague & I had to park ourselves near the ice skating ring to enjoy the cooling temperature at that area. It was challenging to kill 3-hr time before departure to the airport at the mall.

The hotel is located in the old town with various shops nearby, and it's close to Ben Thanh Market, Bui Vien Walking Street, and the Independence Palace. The breakfast spread is quite good, and those who enjoy Western food will be happy. When I had breakfast between 7:45 AM and 8:10 AM, everyone except me (an Asian) was a Westerner. This is a hotel of contradictions. The facade is impressive. It's centrally located in District 1 near restaurants, shops and the Western quarter. The buffet breakfast selection is pleasing. The room size is generous. Staff are friendly and helpful. There's a forward thinking eco-friendly policy which clearly implemented throughout the hotel. However, the hotel is let down by some of its facilities. For example, in the bathroom a spa has been placed under a shower head so that when you shower the water runs down the wall and floods across the bathroom floor from one side to the other and in front of the hand basin. The hot and cold water taps turn on in opposite directions and the cold tap is not fitted properly which causes it to move. My children were unable to turn the shower on or off without adult help. The shower head is also too low and my 6 foot husband had to crouch down to shower. Another problem area is the rooftop pool area. The clear rooptop pool perimeter fence is woefully too low. I watched a child climb out of the pool to the ledge between the pool and the perimeter fence and I was very worried for his safety. One wrong slip or stumble and there's nothing stopping the child from toppling over the edge and 11 floors down. This hotel has a lot going for it but also has further room for improvement.

This place is hard to find even to some locals, and its especially hard for foreigners to come by for the first time. It's a newly building with security at the lobby, and there are shops and restaurants near by which is convenient. However; there is hardly a management of this property, we booked for 4days 3 nights and there were only 4 bottles in total and we had no respond when we required for more water bottles.(good thing is shops are close by.) Secondly, we also had no respond when we requied of house cleaning, we found and killed Cockroaches everyday. Last but not least, the third night of stay hot water running out, I had to take a cold shower. I don't mind taking cold showers in Vietnam's current weather, its just i didnt have an option of hot water makes this stay less worthy. There are also some pros of this property, the views are good, you get to see the landmark 81 building right outside the window, and some parts of river view. Besides the views, they use good quality bedding appliances (mattresses are great) and electrical appliances(dryer in your closet, you get to hang your wet clothes, sanitize and dry them). Overall, I would come back and live here if the management can starting to catch up.

This hotel is perfect for just lying around, relaxing, and doing absolutely nothing. We stayed in the Aqua Villa. The room was excellent – clean, beautiful, and comfortable. The private in-room pool had rather warm, even hot, mineral water. The downside was that over the week, the pool was only cleaned once, on the first day. A lot of leaves and flowers fall into the pool. Breakfasts were excellent. On weekdays, the hotel was almost empty. It only got busier on weekends. The grounds are very large and beautiful. Mineral pools, mud baths, etc., all cost extra! The only free amenities are the general pools (several of them) and the forest for walks. There's only one restaurant. There are no shops or anything else. You can't rent a motorbike anywhere. Grab, Maxim, and similar services don't operate here. You can only get to Binh Chau by taxi – 300,000 VND round trip. There's absolutely nothing to do in Binh Chau. And everyone stares at Russians like they're some exotic creature. Everyone wants to come up and say 'Hallow'. Conclusion: If you just want to relax in peace and quiet, do nothing, simply unwind and benefit from the mineral pools and mud baths, this is an excellent option! If you're looking for hustle and bustle with lots of restaurants, shops, and tourists – this is definitely not the place for you! It's an excellent option to just relax here for a week, and then head to Mui Ne (a 2-hour taxi ride).

My third time at this hotel. Very convenient because of the location, the reception staff are very pleasant and happy to help you. The breakfast is very boring. Cheap ingredients. And the room is too small for the number of guests even though they added a room. Going down the stairs is not the most convenient. And the service lacks character, the cook does a great job and always fills in what is missing. You can see that he is professional and experienced. And he is also very friendly. But we took sandwiches for the long train ride and I must say that this was the biggest disappointment. Because I did not take a sandwich down to the kitchen for myself, because to get a sandwich from the dining room I am supposed to pay extra. Although only a few dollars, the principle is completely stupid. The sandwich I received was terrible, dry, boring, made from two slices of cheap bread, a kind of cheese leaf and a hard-boiled egg. Something really inedible. Bread that chokes you. I prefer nothing to this free nothing.

The hotel has an American style, with rather vintage furniture and bathrooms. Its location is excellent, making it convenient to go anywhere. As an old-brand five-star hotel, it guarantees basic hygiene and service. However, it's not recommended for travelers with high expectations for hotels. On the other hand, the breakfast here is fantastic; the restaurant is spacious with a wide variety of options. During my Christmas stay, they even had Santa-themed dishes, and the French bread at breakfast was delicious. Overall, it's a hotel with great value for money.

Very good and clean, but the perfume smell was too strong. The pool was nice. Still worth a visit, so I'll come again next time. Very good, very good, very good, very good, very good, very good, very good, very good.

My recent stay at this hotel was, in a word, exemplary, perfectly embodying the quality and sophistication expected of a star-rated establishment. From the moment I stepped in, it was evident that meticulous attention to detail and exceptional guest care were top priorities. **Facilities** * **Room Environment:** The room was spacious and bright, elegantly decorated, combining both aesthetic design and comfort. The bedding was of superior quality, ensuring a high-quality sleep. All in-room amenities were comprehensive and well-maintained, from the smart control system and high-end bathroom products to the fast and stable internet, all reflecting the hotel's high standards. * **Public Areas:** The hotel lobby was grand and impressively designed. **Service Quality** * **Staff Performance:** Every staff member, from the bellhops and front desk to the housekeeping team, demonstrated an exceptionally high level of professionalism. They were warm, friendly, and always smiling, responding promptly and effectively to guest needs. Whether it was luggage assistance, information requests, or personalized service, every query was met with timely and efficient action. * **Breakfast:** The breakfast spread was extensive, offering a full range of both Chinese and Western dishes. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were outstanding. From freshly prepared egg dishes and delicate pastries to fresh fruits and juices, everything was impressive. **Location and Surroundings** The hotel boasts an excellent, convenient location, making it ideal for both business trips and leisure travel. The surrounding area is beautiful, being close to either a business center or famous attractions, offering guests more choices for their outings.

Everything was wonderful, and I'd love to book again! Next time, I definitely want to try out the pool, the poolside bar, the cinema, the dinner buffet, and the Häagen-Dazs shop! A huge thank you to all the amazing hotel staff and for the high-quality accommodation.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! We had a booking through ***********, but for some reason, when we arrived, it showed as canceled, which was incredibly confusing, especially since it was already 2 AM. We were in a bind, unable to find another suitable hotel. Thankfully, the front desk attendant was incredibly helpful and enthusiastically assisted us in finding and contacting another hotel. We went there to check in. However, I still wanted to move back here the next day. The room here is wonderful, the mattress is super comfortable, and the decor is tasteful, clean, and tidy. I really loved it and would definitely stay again. A special thanks to that front desk attendant!

Stayed two nights from July 17-19 in room 302. The room size was decent, but there was a strange smell (like a group of people who hadn't washed their feet in three days had walked all over it). I suspect it was from the carpet in the room (photo attached). The bathroom drainage was slow, and the water pressure was insufficient. The overhead shower wasn't great. The worst part was the hairdryer; it was incredibly difficult to use. The prongs in the wall outlet were loose, and the round plug kept falling out because it was too heavy. Drying my hair felt like a test of patience; I had to resist getting angry. On the night of the 18th, the air conditioning seemed to be on strike; I couldn't feel any cool air. Luckily, I was only staying for two nights. As for breakfast... we're a bit picky, so we just found whatever we could to fill our stomachs.

Only stayed for one night and didn't have time to use the pool, which was a shame. I did get to see it though, and the view was great; it looked like a perfect place to relax. The hairdryer in the room was a bit disappointing – it seemed to have a loose connection as I had to hold the plug in place with one hand to use it. Other than that, the room was clean.

A quaint and cosy hotel in a good location, walking distance to Saigon Centre, Saigon Square, Ben Thanh Market, Bookstreet and Vincom Centre. Room is spacious but can have more lighting. Sound proofing is not very good as we can hear an elderly couple quarreling on our 2nd night at a building rooftop near the hotel. Made a remark in my booking on our wedding anniversary and hotel made the effort to design the bed. There were issues with the aircon before we checked in and we were offered drinks on their 10th floor cafe (which served hi-tea for guest daily). Hotel breakfast spread is good, mix of local food and intercontinental breakfast. Overall good for the location and breakfast selection.

This is my first truly sincere review after my stay, and it's definitely worth a look for my fellow countrymen. Service: I stayed for three consecutive days, and the front desk staff's service awareness was exceptional, absolutely outperforming many 4-star-plus hotels back home. They were proactive, attentive, and incredibly friendly. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask for the young lady's name when checking out, otherwise, I would've praised her by name! 👍🏾 After all, feeling safe is paramount when you're abroad. Environment: It has a very distinctive local architectural style, and the rooms are larger than others in the same price range. Cleanliness: Not exceptionally outstanding, and the facilities do show their age, but they've been maintained quite well. The shower facilities might not be what most Chinese guests are used to, but they're perfectly functional. For various room price points, I would still highly recommend this hotel. I didn't take many photos, but the photos provided by the hotel are accurate.

We did not have a perfect experience from this stay at Somerset HCM hence no full marks. Apartment - we were allocated a non-ideal ground floor 2 bedroom apartment facing the swimming pool, we requested for a change of room at the point of check in but were denied repeatedly. There was a pool party at the pool with a high noise level. We made a complaint, the reception then offered a room change for the next day but we declined having already unpacked & settled in. There is no pool view as we had to close the curtains throughout the stay for privacy reasons. The TV in the master bedroom was not working at all, we made a request, they repaired the TV after a long time on the second night but it was spoilt again. We gave up & did not made another request. The TV should have been checked that it is in order before allowing guests to check in. Other than these 2 negative points, the apartment was simply great. The kitchen was clean and well equipped with a washing machine, microwave and conventional ovens, crockery & kitchen utensils. The 2 bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and well equipped too. Housekeeping is great, apartment was cleaned and refreshed well daily. Location is fine. It may not be that convenient to shopping, food & places of interest but it is not a problem at all in HCM as it is so easy and affordable to take a Grab to anywhere. For info, we stayed 3 nights and paid higher than average rates for this 2 bedroom apartment.

the hotel is just next to Japanese street and vincom centre. got lots of Japanese food even at the mid-night. i like the style of the hotel like a library or modern cafe. The traffic condition of some of the tourist spots in vietnam is quite crowded. but the street of this hotel is not very crowded. The staff speaks English very well especially the man who help me check-in at the reception.
