The hotel was generally comfortable and clean, the front desk staff were very friendly, and the location was extremely convenient. Bugis MRT station is directly accessible from the mall to the hotel. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, making dining very easy. You can also take the MRT directly from the airport. This time, I stayed on the 13th floor, and Ann Han, a Chinese lady who has lived in Singapore for twenty years, was our housekeeper. She was incredibly warm and had excellent service attitude, always proactively asking when would be a good time to clean and if there was anything needed for the room. Hotel guests also get a 30% discount at Luce restaurant downstairs. Compared to many hotels in Marina Bay, I would definitely choose this one again.

This summer, I brought my child to Singapore and we stayed at the Conrad Hotel for four days and three nights. The hotel environment was great, the room was clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was also excellent. When we checked out, my child's mouse was left behind, and the hotel staff found it and kept it safe for us. After spending a few days at Sentosa, we went back to retrieve it. A very enthusiastic lady, Venessa, even proactively helped us fill out our immigration cards for our next destination, Malaysia. This was a fantastic experience, and I'll definitely stay here again next time.

My second stay here! I absolutely love the green view from the floor-to-ceiling windows in the room. It puts me in a great mood whether I'm waking up or coming back from a day out. The room isn't cleaned daily, but you can coordinate with the front desk for cleaning times and towel changes! The hotel is also about a 10-minute walk to the nearest subway station.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The location is fantastic, making it easy to get anywhere. It's truly rare to find this quality and price in Singapore. It's well-suited for business travelers, but if you're looking for good value and don't specifically need a family-friendly hotel, this one is excellent. The hotel is new, and the service is great. There's no complimentary bottled water in the room, which is common in Singapore, but there's a water dispenser in the hallway – when in Rome, do as the Romans do!

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of Orchard Road. It's super convenient, with shopping malls like Ngee Ann City and ION just outside, and the subway station is only a few hundred meters away.

The location is ideal and easily accessible, near Funan IT mall and various shopping malls, as well as reachable by MRT and buses. The room is clean and facilities are complete, except that the air conditioner is centrally controlled and the room is still warm despite 23 degrees. Nonetheless, there is fan in the room to cool down. The lounge service is absolutely good. Overall, the hotel is recommendable.

I specifically booked this hotel to attend a concert at Star Vista. It's only tens of meters away from the venue, so after the show, there was no need to rush back. The hotel room was very clean, equipped with toiletries and disposable slippers (though I'd recommend bringing your own for better comfort). The shower and toilet were separated, and the surroundings were very quiet, ensuring two nights of excellent sleep. The staff were friendly and could communicate in basic English. Since there was an available room, they allowed me to check in an hour early. Also, they didn't charge the 50 SGD deposit that Trip.com had warned me about. The housekeeping was very thorough; they even folded my pajamas neatly! 😃

Had a very enjoyable stay at ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. One thing I really appreciated was how cold and refreshing the air conditioning was, especially considering how hot the weather outside was. The location was also very convenient. The hotel provides a free shuttle service every 30 minutes to VivoCity, which made getting around very easy. There are also many restaurants within walking distance, along with supermarkets like Cold Storage and Little Farms nearby, so it was very convenient for food and daily necessities. Breakfast was enjoyable as well, with good variety and accommodating service. I especially appreciated being able to request a customized fried rice without soy sauce and gluten, which was a thoughtful touch for dietary preferences. Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing stay with great convenience and excellent service. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Gd experience, my grandniece who come don't wanna go home, straight two night come after school. She cry when it's time to go home with her mum. Clean,but for first night the horror come ,there a lizard inside our room. Been chasing him,my sister had a phobia and could not sleep. Thinking of checkout earlier. Been telling one of the staff by the name of abiqail with no eye contact said that we are outside cannot do anything. There no open space, we lock the foor and there no open window,where did the lizard come from? So we ask for a spray, she said the housekeeping will been done at 2pm. The cleaner did come, but need to ask for the spray again. He did go an check but no sign of the lizard. After we come back from dinner there once again the lizard was on the floor infrom the dtiver sit. Once again my sister could not sleep. So we straight away call from watapps no,the staff told me to go to the counter the staff still there( counter close at 9pm but the lobby was open to quest to top cool n hot water from water dispencer . So the make staff by the nane of EDDIE did listen our problem,cause we said we want to check out so we can get a refund. Eddie told me it will take time until next morning. The other option is he can change a new bus(room) for us. He did let us check the room first and he did check all inside the bus if there is a lizard ..thanks eddie. Abigail should learn from eddie. After we check out, we ask eddie to take a picture of us. Did ask about the other room. Eddie show us the bigger room if we want a gathering with family. The hawker centre CHANGI VILLAGE FOOD CENTRE. Only 2/3 min walk. From hawker centre also took a 3/4 not even 5min walk to changi beach. And just infront of the lobby fatimah mohsin thai restaurat..555 BUSKING. Nice food and the price affordable. Will come again but make sure no lizard come to our room ...hehehe ..

Lovely stay! first time here and it was an awesome 2 nights stay! I booked it for my Birthday Staycaytion and wanted to peaceful stay! Staff were super friendly and gave me a room upgrade!! ♥️ Nice and clean, uninterrupted room and restful!!! 10/10!! Amenities were great and sufficient. I also tried to keep the place neat and tidy before checking out so that the housekeeping staff wouldn’t be so tired and make their lives easier! I wasn’t expecting the room upgrade (maybe cause it was my birthday) but thanks to staff Ariff that helped with the check-in! 😊 the room upgrade was really a bonus and helps a lot with the experience of my stay here - cause of the awesome view!!! 🥰♥️ It was amazing!! (for me at least) was unexpected but an amazing solo staycaytion experience here! nothing to pick on! thank you for the experience!
