Great
GGuest UserThe front desk staff had an abysmal attitude; I didn't feel like I was being served at all. There was absolutely no useful information provided – nothing about the hotel's shuttle service, the fact that the kids' club costs extra, or details about adding breakfast. The service was utterly terrible. Having stayed at so many five-star hotels, I've noticed that only the Chinese front desk staff provide the worst service, while those who speak English are far superior. The Splash water play area was good, but the Buds indoor playground charges a fee. The bakery on the first floor offers inexpensive bread that's huge and affordable. However, the Louge restaurant's prices are outrageously expensive, probably double what you'd pay outside. A bak kut teh, which normally costs around 20 SGD elsewhere, is 40 SGD here – you'd be better off adding breakfast to your stay. The location is also quite remote. Given this level of service, I won't be returning. The hotel itself is beautiful, though.

MMonika LauraGreat location, amazing staff, and good facilities
The location is great — within a radius of 800m, you have plenty of places to visit. Lots of great food experiences as well. I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, so I can’t comment on that. The people there are amazing. They helped me a lot when I forgot my mobile phone in a taxi — a big thank you to them again!
One small issue: the room had a smell at the beginning, but the crew fixed it. I think it might be because of Singapore’s climate.
Overall, I can recommend this place. The swimming pool and gym are great too.
DDuoduoxiaotuoniaoEvery time I visit Singapore, I always stay at the Conrad Centennial Marina Bay. The staff are as welcoming as ever, and the rooms are consistently spotless (as a severe germaphobe, I'm very satisfied). This year, I booked a twin room and was given one with a view of Marina Bay Sands and the Singapore Flyer. I was so happy! Next to the hotel, Suntec City has Don Quijote, Mannings, and Watsons, plus lots of great little eateries.

Great
GGuest UserThe location is great, right in the Marina Bay area, and all rooms have balconies with views overlooking Marina Bay. The twin beds are quite spacious. However, the overall design of the room and lobby isn't particularly memorable. The direct connection to the mall is a big plus; it's great for eating and shopping, especially on a rainy day! There's no bottled water in the room, just an empty bottle for you to refill yourself. The housekeeping was also a bit sloppy, especially after staying for several days – many amenities weren't replenished.

Great
Hhenryhe121The hotel is less than a 10-minute walk from MRT Exit C, so the location is pretty good. It's also convenient to take the green line to NTU and downtown, making it a great value for money spot.
The rooms aren't huge (it's Singapore, after all), but they're stylish, clean, and the bedding is comfortable. The only downside was our room, 629. It had an emergency window (I saw on the floor plan that two rooms per floor have them), and the sound insulation from the outside was quite poor. At first, I even wondered if the window wasn't closed properly.
There wasn't anyone at the front desk who spoke Chinese when we checked in, but there was when we checked out.
Little tip: There's an ice water dispenser at the bar next to the front desk where you can get free ice water! 😄
AAnonymous UserCheck-in at the hotel was incredibly slow. The front desk staff were quite old and didn't speak Chinese. We arrived at noon and couldn't check in, so we just completed the paperwork and left our luggage. When we came back in the evening, we had to queue again to get our room assigned. The room itself was very satisfactory and clean. However, the mini-fridge was drawer-style and completely at room temperature. There was no bottled water; we had to refill from a water dispenser which looked quite dirty. Luckily, the supermarket in the basement of Funan Mall across from the hotel sold cheap water – 1.5 liters for S$0.85, which saved us. Coca-Cola was S$3 for two 500ml bottles, much cheaper than 7-Eleven where the same size was S$3.8. Funan Mall also has plenty of dining options like Ya Kun Kaya Toast and Song Fa Bak Kut Teh.

AAnonymous UserGreat stay at Pullman Singapore Orchard! The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, and the location is perfect — right in the heart of Orchard with easy access to shopping and food.
Service was excellent throughout our stay; staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful whenever we needed assistance. The amenities were also impressive, and everything felt modern and comfortable.
Overall, a wonderful experience and very family-friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

GGuest UserInteresting place to stay, near hawker centre.
Comments and Suggestions: I saw on websites and blogs that there was a free minibar but was disappointed to see nothing given complimentary. BBQ Pit should have a big umbrella to cover the pit cause everything was wet from the rain and we had to clean it up. Would be nice if there was a microwave oven to heat up our own food. Can see that maintenance is not up to par for the price and experience. One thing to note, the bathtub had no barrier so the water was spilling over around the bed. Overall experience was unique, different from staying at hotel.

JJJun..Had a very enjoyable stay at ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. One thing I really appreciated was how cold and refreshing the air conditioning was, especially considering how hot the weather outside was.
The location was also very convenient. The hotel provides a free shuttle service every 30 minutes to VivoCity, which made getting around very easy. There are also many restaurants within walking distance, along with supermarkets like Cold Storage and Little Farms nearby, so it was very convenient for food and daily necessities.
Breakfast was enjoyable as well, with good variety and accommodating service. I especially appreciated being able to request a customized fried rice without soy sauce and gluten, which was a thoughtful touch for dietary preferences.
Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing stay with great convenience and excellent service. Would definitely consider staying here again.

GGuest UserPros: Very close to VivoCity, just across the road (though you'll need to cross a few traffic lights).
Other than that, there's not much else to write home about.
The biggest problem is the excessive noise! The sound of vehicles (likely motorcycles) on the road at night is incredibly 'refreshing' – I've never had trouble sleeping before, but I was woken up multiple times. If you're a light sleeper, definitely avoid this place. The bed is also very high, so it's not suitable for seniors with mobility issues. The design of the bathroom and shower doors is quite odd, and the soundproofing in the room is terrible. Flushing the toilet in the middle of the night creates a very loud noise, which is disruptive to anyone else in the room.
