JJiujiurenshengmeiThe room is spacious and bright, and the window is picturesque.
The room of the Yongding Tower can be seen, which is refreshing.
The sofa is simple and generous, and friends do not lose face when visiting.
Attentive service, worthy of praise. 👍

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, and all facilities are great. Special thanks to the night front desk staff, who were incredibly warm, attentive, patient, and professional. They went above and beyond to help me, and I'm very grateful. I'm extremely satisfied and give it a five-star rating!

BBeybeybeyEverything else was pretty good. The breakfast quality was decent, and the service was prompt. However, perhaps due to the premium on space, the rooms felt too cramped and close together. The soundproofing was terrible; I was woken up all four nights. Even after changing rooms once, the issue persisted. The design of the doors caused a lot of noise when closing, and there were frequent alarms indicating an unlocked door. It's inevitable to encounter neighbors with different schedules when staying at a hotel, compounded by kids playing in the hallways and the cleaning staff starting very early. This is just my personal experience, and I'll choose a different hotel next time.

Wwfr0123I spent a long time choosing this room, and after checking in, I truly felt like I made the right choice 🥰🥰. The front desk staff were also very enthusiastic; when I checked in and saw a crowd, they guided me to an adjacent counter to process my check-in 🫰. The hotel facilities are relatively new and all feature smart technology. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and it's spacious with two sinks. The faucet water flow is very quiet, with no strange noises. The room design is excellent and the layout is well-planned, with thoughtful touches everywhere 😘😘. Coffee and tea are neatly arranged in separate drawers, and there's even a mini-bar cart. I highly recommend it. The hotel offers a shuttle service to Universal Studios, and you can even see Harry Potter from the hotel.

JJO.DSJinyu Hutong subway station is just next to the hotel (less than a min walk) which is really convenient given how slow traffic can be in Beijing. It’s convenient to get to most attractions.
The staff are polite and would help you keep parcels sent to the hotel (you can retrieve easily by providing your waybill number). If you order ******* or any food deliveries, they’ll send them up quickly with the robot. Really convenient. You could also communicate with them via WeChat.
In terms of amenities there’s a laundry room which you can use but most of the time it’s occupied 😅. Other stuff are pretty basic like toiletries, slippers etc. For the price and location, it’s worth it.
Opposite the hotel is APM mall and you could walk to wangfujing shopping street also. Starbucks is next door as well.
Just a small bone to pick - the bedsheets weren’t changed despite the housekeeping informing us that they’ll be changed every 3 days.

RRongrongbaoerEvery time I'm on a business trip near Daxing Airport, I always choose the China Southern Airlines Pearl Hotel. It's incredibly convenient, with a free shuttle bus service to and from the terminals. The rooms are spacious, the bedding is very comfortable, and the cleanliness is excellent. Each room comes with a humidifier, air purifier, and plenty of bottled water. Downstairs, there's a row of vending machines, a Bianlifeng convenience store, and a coffee shop. The hotel breakfast is also very good and varied.
MMaria.ezI usually struggle to feel comfortable in hotels because I’m very much a “homey” person, but this place truly made me feel at home. The first thing that hits you is the size – the square meters are crazy. I’ve never stayed in such a huge apartment before, and it has a real wow-effect.
The apartment has absolutely everything – dishwasher, plates, knives, bottle opener, you name it. I also really liked the shampoos and conditioners, which are much better quality than what you usually find in hotels. The bathroom is spacious, the design is lovely, and everything feels high quality – from the washing machine down to the shower gel.
The swimming pool and breakfast were also very enjoyable.
That said, there were a couple of downsides. The place is so big that the cleaning isn’t always perfect – we noticed some signs of missed cleaning, and unfortunately we even saw a cockroach in the kitchen. I also noticed that the kitchen staff didn’t wear hats or hair restraints, which was a bit off-putting.
Location-wise, it’s far from tourist attractions and the subway – it took us about 40 minutes by taxi to get to the Forbidden City.
Still, despite these issues, this is a wonderful place to stay. I fell in love with the Ascott chain and would definitely stay here again next time. Highly recommended!
WWenwenwenshengThis hotel has the classic charm of an older establishment. While the facilities are a bit dated, they are incredibly well-maintained, clean, and perfectly functional. The room amenities are also very comprehensive. The high-floor views are expansive, and the breakfast was delicious.
GGuest UserBooked for five nights, from Feb 13th to 18th. We decided to take our child on a trip before the Chinese New Year. Honestly, I expected a standard room for around 300 RMB during this time to be just 'barely acceptable,' and the hotel lobby was quite small, more like a guesthouse. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the room. It was clean and tidy, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet. The only drawback was that the space was a bit small, but the bed wasn't tiny. For a family of four (two adults, two kids), one large bed didn't feel cramped at all. The only real issue in winter was not having enough space to hang clothes. I imagine a deluxe standard room or a family room would be much better.
The hotel is conveniently located; exit and turn left, and in about a hundred meters, you'll reach F-exit of Caishikou Subway Station, making lines 4 and 7 easily accessible. It's also not far from Niujie; you can take a bus for just one yuan, which is about two stops away. We actually walked back to the hotel after having dinner in Niujie.

GGuest UserCleanliness: Good.
Service: Pretty good.
Environment: The room was quite spacious, but the view from the lower floor wasn't great.
Facilities: The breakfast had a good variety, but it was very crowded, and finding a seat was a bit difficult. There weren't enough power outlets in the room. The shower water temperature wasn't hot enough, reaching only about 38 degrees Celsius, and it couldn't be adjusted higher.
The hotel is located in a commercial area with large shopping malls nearby, so the surroundings are nice and convenient.
