"This hotel was a pleasant surprise! The entrance is a bit unassuming, but once inside, it has a very retro feel. The front desk is quite small, and there's nowhere to sit. You also need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. The location is excellent, right next to the subway, and there's a 7/11 less than 5 minutes away. There's even a Din Tai Fung nearby. The most amazing part is the transparent elevator – you can see murals going up and down! What a great value!"

In the ancient Datong District, the traditional scenery is overturned, and the travelers are touched with amazement everywhere, so that they can enjoy the exquisite and beautiful country of V-one from the moment they enter the room.
"I chose a windowless room for my stay. You need your room key card to enter the main door, and to exit, you have to press an open button. Check-in is self-service, and on the first floor, there's complimentary coffee, milk tea, and hot chocolate. The TV in the room is at about a 70-degree angle to the bed, which makes it a bit awkward to watch. The bathroom has a bathtub with a massage function, which was very relaxing! P.S. To the left of the main entrance, there's a restaurant selling herbal lamb stew. I'd only recommend eating there if you really can't find anything else at Ningxia Night Market. After I ordered, they told me no outside food was allowed. I ordered a bowl of soup, and refills weren't permitted. As expected, the soup was pretty much just water with a slight herbal taste and a darker color. The sesame oil noodles were a bit too salty, but they balanced out the soup perfectly. I absolutely do not recommend this place!"

"My 4-night stay at Hotel Éclat Taipei was incredible. The hotel doubles as a private art gallery, with stunning sculptures and paintings at every turn. The service was warm and personal, and the room was filled with high end comforts that made the trip feel truly special. Perfectly located in the Da’an District, it is a quiet, stylish masterpiece. Highly recommended! They make a great espresso martini 👌"

"Room size was reasonable size as we could put our large n medium size luggage, however only 1 luggage support provided n the other bag have to place on the one n only chair as our room does not have any sofa unlike other rooms have. Our room fortunately have shower room to bathe unlike the room my sister stayed has no shower room at all n hv to bathe from jacuzzi bath tub which may cause slippery case as there is no support handles to grip from stepping in n out of tub. Suggest hotel install the hold handle. As we are seniors we may slip and fall. Also room no x02 has window but is blocked n closed by hardboard instead of curtains as I thought why no windows till the staff push open window just on the bed headboard"

"This used to be a motel, and the room was quite spacious, but I didn't feel entirely secure. The key card controls the electricity, and there's no physical key, so you can't lock the door when you leave. You have to tell the front desk (which is right at the entrance where you park) to open and close the garage door for your car. All hotels were fully booked during the May Day holiday, so I booked this one because it was rated four stars, but it really has nothing in common with a four-star hotel in any aspect… Families with children should definitely not book here. Also, pay special attention to the check-in time; some rooms surprisingly require check-in by 10 PM! Make sure to read that carefully."

"Chose this hotel because it has Jap style toilet bowl (warm seat & smart bidet) + it is near all our fav food joints. It provides real towel & towel floor mat. Shower room glass door closes well so no water flowing all over bathroom floor issue. As the hotel entrance is in the backlane with 3 access lanes, suggest to give the 2 addresses shown in the photo I took instead of 105 Xining Road. When I used the address: Lane 34, Section 2, Hankou St, the taxi stopped exactly right at the entrance to the lane leading to hotel entrance. Suggestion: Only 1 mirror in bathroom is not enough. Will be perfect if they add a full length mirror on the wall in the bed room near power socket so one person can use hair dryer to style hair or do makeup while the bathroom is occupied by the other person."

"The hotel is very close to the train station and not far from the night market, making transportation convenient. There's a convenience store nearby. It's a quiet area yet bustling. The bathroom in the room is very spacious and even has a steam room. You can lay your luggage flat. The breakfast is excellent."

"I had a business meeting in Taipei tonight, and my client booked me a room at the WeGo Boutique Hotel near Miramar Dazhi. This hotel features themed rooms – romantic and beautiful, with various styles like Chinese, American, French, and English decor. They are cozy and atmospheric. Rooms are typically rented by the hour, except for overnight guests checking in from 10 PM until noon the next day. A thoughtful touch is having breakfast sets delivered right to your room door. The beds are all extra-large, with just the right firmness, making for a great night's sleep. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic. It was a really good experience, definitely worth recommending to everyone."
