GGuest UserThe location is very convenient, the airport subway is directly accessible, very close to Kunming Station and the old street, and there are flower markets and fruit markets within walking distance. Downstairs is Vientiane City, a lot of choices for eating, drinking and playing.
The service is super good, because the washing machine and water heater are not easy to use, the first time to buy and change the new machine. Every day, replenish sufficient bottled water and toiletries for many people. The clothes were washed on the first night and dried early the next morning. You can bring a lot of clothes to change.
The room is very good, very suitable for family travel, the rare thing is to have air conditioning, which is not common in Kunming.

GGuest UserIt was our first time visiting Kunming, and we chose to stay at this guesthouse villa with our family. Although there was a small hiccup upon arrival—our Didi driver wasn’t sure of the exact location and I didn’t have a local contact number—the staff quickly came to the rescue. The driver called the villa, and the friendly “Xiao Ge Ge” provided clear directions to help us find the place.
Throughout our stay, Xiao Ge Ge was incredibly helpful, sharing recommendations for local attractions via WeChat and even patiently showing us how to enter and exit the main gate so we could explore the area freely.
We also really enjoyed the warm breakfasts prepared by the kind “Ah Yi.” heartwarming noodles and porridge were delicious and made us feel right at home.
Our rooms were clean, tidy, and exceeded our expectations in comfort, truly making our stay relaxing and pleasant.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a friendly, comfortable, and welcoming guesthouse villa experience in Kunming!

GGuest UserThis is my second time visiting Kunming, and I chose to stay at the same hotel as last time. It's super convenient because there's a bus stop and subway right outside, plus a mall nearby, making getting around, shopping, and dining incredibly easy.
The front desk staff and the aunties who work here are all lovely and very friendly.
The breakfast spread is quite good, with freshly made rice noodles and regular noodles, and the coffee is brewed from fresh beans, not instant.
Seriously, this place is way better than that Aifei Hotel in Xishuangbanna!

SSarah from ItalyThis was by far the BEST accommodation we stayed in China!! We booked two rooms because I'm travelling with my sister and her boyfriend.
Both rooms were extremely clean, the best comfortable beds ever, hot shower, air con, all the toiletries were good quality and the staff were amazing!!!!
They helped us out with everything!! Even though they don't speak English or any other language (like elsewhere in China), they were extremely helpful and we managed to communicate with the translator.
We stayed two nights but we would have loved to stay longer which was not possible because visa's expiring soon.
When we got there, they made us delicious noodles with beef and vegetables and my brother in law is still dreaming to get the same tasty noodles somewhere else in China 😊
We don't know the names of the hosts, maybe they are wife and husband (we are not sure) but surely this was the top accommodation and treatment we have received in China so we would like to thank you two again for everything you have done for us. We are sure your next guests will enjoy their stay at your place just the same as we did.

MMunanxiziA wonderful hideaway for a hot spring getaway. The private courtyard comes with its own hot tub, or you can switch things up and use the public pools. In the evenings, you can catch a stunning sunset, and the Ancient Dian Kingdom Museum is right across the way. The villa's amenities are top-notch, and it's very clean, even including a private sauna. There weren't any bugs this season, which made it a super comfortable and relaxing spot for a few friends to unwind. The breakfast and dinner at the mountaintop restaurant are both excellent, and they do Western dishes really well too!

GGuest UserSmall but perfectly formed, this hostel is clean, comfortable, and thoughtful in its details. It's super close to Kunming South Station, making it convenient and excellent value for money. The owner is very chatty, and the black cat is adorable. Looking forward to the new location, best of luck!

GGuest UserThis hostel is really interesting! The common areas are spacious and uniquely decorated with lots of vintage items, and the walls have beautiful ethnic cultural totem paintings. The bathrooms and washing areas are clean; even though there are many guests, the staff are diligent with cleaning, so it never feels dirty or messy. The guy at the front desk was super friendly, helped me with my luggage, and recommended some great local food. For this price, it's incredible value for money. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserLocation was good in that it was around a lot of shops and stores. Front desk people were helpful in answering any questions that I had. I felt like I didn't have much access to the kitchen in cooking my own stuff. Sometimes I was confused about whether it was okay to eat the food that the chef cooked or those meals were only for guest that paid for it. I appreciate the front desk people for loaning out their phone charger to me on a temporary basis when mine didn't work until I can get a new one.

GGuest UserWe came to Luojiwan to buy goods. The hotel has been open for a few years and we have lived for a few years. The parking is convenient. It is next to the food street. The street is Luojiwan. The room is clean and tidy. The waiter is very good. It is recommended.

LLidusGreat location, look for the yellow boards and you will find it easily. The room items are little bit used but all is all right and clean. I would not recommend to stay during cold nights - the room doesnt have AC. I was staying in room 207 and i heard all noise from stairs, even just walking and also people in room 206 were awake and screaming whole night so be aware of that.
