"The hotel is a godsend 😍 It's a historic building with 3-meter ceilings. The rooms are very comfortable. There's also a convenient shared kitchen, and some rooms have kitchens.
The location is very convenient. It's in the center, a few minutes from Freedom Square, but importantly, it's in a quiet corner where there's no noise and no crowds.
The host is very welcoming. It's nice when you're truly welcomed as a guest at the hotel and are ready to help if needed.
There's a shop a minute away, a gym and all the cafes are three minutes away. Sights are within walking distance. Very comfortable."

RRAY-007This is my second time staying here. The location is very good, right next to Freedom Square, close to the river and the old city, and the room is very good.
There is only one drawback. We are two people traveling, and we booked 2 identical rooms, one with 2 breakfasts and the other without breakfast, which would save some money. As a result, the hotel said that this room only has one person staying, so there can only be one breakfast, and the person in the other room paid for three days of breakfast. I guess it’s a math problem or something. But the hotel also allows one room to check out at 7 pm, which is also for our consideration.

GGuest UserThe location is excellent, but it's too close to the office area. There have been recent parades, making traffic at the entrance extremely inconvenient. Bathroom supplies and mineral water were not replenished in a timely manner, which feels like a lack of service. The food and beverages were good, but the breakfast wasn't particularly rich for a hotel of this star rating. This may be due to the local environment, and I don't understand other star rating standards. Overall, apart from the location, the other services were not good, and I was still disappointed. ☹️ I will definitely not choose this hotel next time.

GGuest UserIt is a good hotel ,especially the location is strategic : just walk distance 3 minutes from old town. Rooms are clean , not very large, but quite. Breakfast is average, quality of food acceptable not great. The restaurant on ground is named Asado. it is a beef restaurant ,managed from famous italian chef. The quality of food is excellent and the price goes along with it: quite expensive but really worth of.

Bbigshark513The room is not too big, but it is clean. The only problem is that the so-called King Size bed is two single beds joined together, which is not very comfortable to sleep on. The good thing is that the hotel is in a good location, right next to Freedom Square.

RRuethaiIt was a nice place and convenient to go everywhere which was the attractions by walking. The room was big, comfy and clean. But there was only some talking outside at night. It would be better if I could leave a baggage for early check-in without charging. It’s quite expensive (15 Gel) for putting my baggage in the room. The staffs also were nice.

GGuest UserThe location of the property is bang on if one plans for tbilisi for 2-3 days. The hotel has awesome indian restaurant which serves variety indian food; even in buffet breakfast. The rooms and bathrooms are also very big and very well furnished. The service staff was also very prompt. We had a wonderful experience.

GGuest UserA very high standard hotel, located in the center of things and within walking distance of the Old City, the Peace Bridge, and Freedom Square. The hotel staff was courteous, helpful, and attentive. They upgraded our room to a river view room at no extra charge. The spa with a large pool and jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room was excellent and included in the room price.
Breakfast was excellent.
For those who observe kosher, a 2-minute walk from the hotel is a kosher restaurant called Mendis, and a 5-minute walk near the Great Synagogue in Tbilisi is another kosher restaurant called King David.
Definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.
