Highly recommend the Wellesley Hotel Changsha Meixi Lake! My stay here exceeded expectations, it was truly relaxing and rejuvenating ✨ 🔹Exceptional Butler Service: The 24-hour butler service was incredibly responsive, meticulous, and thoughtful. From guiding me through check-in to handling requests, they were proactive and enthusiastic, paying attention to every detail, which made me feel incredibly welcome. 🔹Rich and Delicious Breakfast: The semi-buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options, blending Chinese and Western cuisine. The freshly prepared Changsha rice noodles and the semi-buffet items were authentic and fresh, satisfying my taste buds completely. 🔹Wonderful Late-Night Dessert: The surprising late-night sweet soup was delicately sweet and comforting with an excellent texture. Enjoying it late at night was particularly warming and soothing, adding a great touch to the ambiance. The hotel's environment is elegant and tranquil, and both the service and dining are impeccable. It's an excellent choice for a vacation in Changsha; I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

The front desk staff were warm and professional, especially Lily, who contacted us in advance by phone to arrange a room according to our preferences. The room was spacious and bright, and very clean. The floor service was also enthusiastic and efficient. The facilities were complete, the view was expansive, and there was free parking. Breakfast was rich, transportation was convenient, and the surrounding commercial amenities were excellent. This was our second stay, and the experience was great. Highly recommended.

This hotel boasts excellent decor and service. From the moment I checked in, I experienced truly attentive hospitality. It's an absolute gem of a hotel! The high-altitude views are breathtaking, with the front desk located on the 39th floor and guest rooms even higher. The hotel also features charming, retro-style entrance doors. Both the hardware and software are top-notch. Breakfast is fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options, including freshly made 'maizi fen' noodles. The location is super convenient, very close to the city center, and there's a direct subway line to the high-speed train station. The facilities are comprehensive and well-maintained. Every staff member has a smile, and the concierge proactively assists with luggage. The location is superb – if you're visiting Changsha, this is a must-book!

Overall, my stay was relaxing and enjoyable, making it a highly recommended choice.

This homestay has a puppy named Yunduo and a very tame little cockroach (temporarily called Xiaohei), they are very clingy, and they sleep in the sun on the bench with them. This is a homestay that can heal people. I don't want to praise their home's decoration style and service quality. It is more that I can really feel the warmth and comfort brought by being away from the noise of the city. I like this store very much, this is a store that will make me nostalgic.

The hotel is very close to the South Railway Station, just about a ten-minute drive, which is super convenient for business travelers. The room isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate. The decor is quite stylish and feels very fresh. The front desk and customer service staff were responsive, friendly, and attentive. The breakfast had a great variety, and the staff even extended my breakfast till 2 PM for me. Lunch was also very good and filling. The pool wasn't crowded, and the water was crystal clear; it was really nice to have the 25-meter pool all to myself. All in all, booking the W Hotel was a great experience.

I have to commend the front desk staff at The Westin Changsha; their service was both professional and heartwarming! The check-in process was efficient and smooth, and they were smiling throughout, patiently answering my questions. They also thoughtfully informed me about the hotel's facilities and gave recommendations for getting around the area. When issues arose, they actively coordinated solutions with a gentle and appropriate demeanor, truly showcasing five-star service in every detail. The room was clean and comfortable, and my overall stay was excellent, largely due to the exceptional front desk service. This will be my top choice when visiting Changsha, and I will definitely consider staying at The Westin again next time!

Booked last minute for a birthday celebration. As soon as I arrived for check-in, Jayla brought out some delicious tea grown by the hotel. The check-in process was quick. The lounge was decent, met expectations. The room was spacious and very clean. The service was generally prompt and attentive. They even prepared a birthday card and room decorations, and the small cake was delicious. Jayla was incredibly warm and friendly; she started chatting with us right away. When she found out it was my birthday, she immediately wished me a happy birthday and even offered to sing 'Happy Birthday'. She sang a line or two, and I was about to record it, but she seemed a little shy and wanted to call a colleague to join her. In the end, I told her not to worry. When I asked for a birthday card, she quickly arranged it for me. The lounge staff were also very kind and helped me prepare the birthday card and offered their good wishes.

Excellent service! This has to be the best family-friendly hotel I've ever stayed in, bar none! And I'm not a shill! We booked a deluxe twin room and it was upgraded, and they took great care of both the elderly and children. The included Ocean Kingdom, Water World, and Snow World were all super fun and offered a great experience, comparable to Chimelong. Front desk staff member Wendy Huang also provided excellent service. The only minor downsides were that while the breakfast buffet was plentiful, if you went for dinner late, the food selection might be a bit limited. Also, it would be even better if the hotel shuttle bus had more frequent runs!

This is my second time staying here in Changsha, and I'm very grateful the hotel upgraded me to a larger room! The toilet flush didn't work every time, and the bathroom walls and window sills looked a bit old; I'd suggest they be updated. The breakfast was plentiful, but finishing by 10 AM felt a bit rushed. It's great that there's a pool, though I recommend bringing your own swimming cap. It's a bit of a distance from the subway station, so taking a taxi is more convenient.
