My stay here exceeded expectations, it was truly relaxing and rejuvenating ✨ 🔹Exceptional Butler Service: The 24-hour butler service was incredibly responsive, meticulous, and thoughtful. From guiding me through check-in to handling requests, they were proactive and enthusiastic, paying attention to every detail, which made me feel incredibly welcome. 🔹Rich and Delicious Breakfast: The semi-buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options, blending Chinese and Western cuisine. The freshly prepared Changsha rice noodles and the semi-buffet items were authentic and fresh, satisfying my taste buds completely. 🔹Wonderful Late-Night Dessert: The surprising late-night sweet soup was delicately sweet and comforting with an excellent texture. Enjoying it late at night was particularly warming and soothing, adding a great touch to the ambiance. The hotel's environment is elegant and tranquil, and both the service and dining are impeccable. It's an excellent choice for a vacation in Changsha; I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

The hotel's location is excellent, conveniently close to Trinity Bosch. What's truly impressive are the comprehensive facilities. Everything from high-speed Wi-Fi and smart room controls to a gym and a heated pool is available. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable bedding and the well-designed, separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom. The staff were warm and attentive, even following up with a call to check on my satisfaction, which shows great attention to detail. I'll definitely be back!

From my room, I could take in Orange Isle and Yuelu Mountain, watch the sunset paint the river gold in the evening, and marvel at the dazzling lights along both banks at night – the night view from Fuyuan Road Bridge was breathtaking! Plus, the hotel has direct access to the Beichenhui shopping mall on the first floor, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient, even on a rainy day. 🛏️Room Comfort: The rooms start at 40 sqm, spacious and bright. The floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows and observation balcony provide unbeatable views. The signature InterContinental bedding is just the right firmness, ensuring a sound night's sleep. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the amenities are from a high-end brand. Some room types even have a scenic bathtub, making a soak with a river view feel truly luxurious. The soundproofing in the room is excellent, ensuring a very quiet stay. 🍽️Exceptional Dining: The breakfast at the All-Day Dining restaurant offers a super rich variety. You absolutely must try a bowl of freshly made Changsha rice noodles, complete with chopped chili, pickled long beans, and various toppings – truly authentic local flavor! There's a dedicated person managing the coffee machine, keeping things smooth even during busy periods. The Hunan cuisine at the Xiangxiu Chinese Restaurant on the first floor is also very authentic; you can savor the taste of Changsha without even leaving the hotel. 💁Impeccable Service: From the front desk to room service, every staff member was warm, professional, and always ready to help. The hotel pool water is very clean, and the gym is well-equipped. The hotel opens right onto the riverbank, making a stroll along the river in the morning or evening a wonderfully refreshing experience. This hotel boasts excellent decor and service. From the moment I checked in, I experienced truly attentive hospitality. It's an absolute gem of a hotel! The high-altitude views are breathtaking, with the front desk located on the 39th floor and guest rooms even higher. The hotel also features charming, retro-style entrance doors. Both the hardware and software are top-notch. Breakfast is fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options, including freshly made 'maizi fen' noodles. The location is super convenient, very close to the city center, and there's a direct subway line to the high-speed train station. The facilities are comprehensive and well-maintained. Every staff member has a smile, and the concierge proactively assists with luggage. The location is superb – if you're visiting Changsha, this is a must-book!

Had an absolutely fantastic stay at Wanda Vista Changsha! My butler, Stellar, was incredibly attentive and responsive to all my needs, providing top-notch service. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the concierge and housekeeping staff were all very kind. The room was spotless and clean. The hotel itself is elegant and grand, conveniently located right by the Xiang River. Its prime location makes it super easy to visit popular spots like Orange Isle, Huangxing Square, Wuyi Square, and Chaozong Street. It's definitely my top choice for a stay when visiting Changsha.

This homestay has a puppy named Yunduo and a very tame little cockroach (temporarily called Xiaohei), they are very clingy, and they sleep in the sun on the bench with them. This is a homestay that can heal people. I don't want to praise their home's decoration style and service quality. It is more that I can really feel the warmth and comfort brought by being away from the noise of the city. I like this store very much, this is a store that will make me nostalgic.

An amazing stay at W Changsha! A modern, stylish and vibrant hotel with everything you could wish for. The room was huge, beautifully designed and incredibly comfortable, with every amenity you could need. The breakfast was outstanding, with a fantastic variety and excellent quality. The location is also perfect, directly above a shopping mall, making it extremely convenient for restaurants, shopping and exploring the city. The staff were always present, attentive and genuinely kind. I especially want to mention Ken from the pool team, who was incredibly helpful and friendly, giving us great local recommendations and advice. Thank you, Ken! The pool area is beautiful and a great place to relax after a day exploring Changsha. I absolutely love the W Hotels brand for its modern design, energy and attention to detail, and W Changsha definitely lived up to my expectations. Stylish, comfortable and with fantastic service — highly recommended!

The lobby and baggage staff were very proactive and enthusiastic in helping us. Despite a corporate event happening during our check-in, it didn't feel chaotic at all. The hotel was renovated a few months ago, and there was still a slight renovation smell in the room. When we called the front desk, they promptly brought an air purifier. The swimming pool was a bit small and we encountered a swimming class, so the experience was just okay, but the environment was quite nice. When booking, it was mentioned that there would be different children's activities daily, but in reality, there weren't any, just a Lego table behind the lobby screen. However, the kids still had a great time. The breakfast food selection was average, and the taste wasn't bad; the Hunan rice noodles, freshly blanched, were the highlight.

First time visiting Changsha! Didn't expect all the attractions to be so crowded... so I ended up spending most of my time at the hotel. The room and room service were both absolutely fantastic! When we checked in, the front desk attendant upgraded our room, and after we checked out, Manager Kiki was very attentive to our stay experience. My impression of Changsha is that the attractions are too crowded... I don't want to go... so I'll just opt for a better hotel experience instead! Planning to come back soon, just to enjoy the food and drinks in Changsha ❤️

Excellent service! This has to be the best family-friendly hotel I've ever stayed in, bar none! And I'm not a shill! We booked a deluxe twin room and it was upgraded, and they took great care of both the elderly and children. The included Ocean Kingdom, Water World, and Snow World were all super fun and offered a great experience, comparable to Chimelong. Front desk staff member Wendy Huang also provided excellent service. The only minor downsides were that while the breakfast buffet was plentiful, if you went for dinner late, the food selection might be a bit limited. Also, it would be even better if the hotel shuttle bus had more frequent runs!
