The location is superb, just a 5-minute walk from Dali Port. The views are incredible, with the lake-view rooms overlooking Erhai Lake. The front desk staff were excellent – very patient, attentive to my questions, and quick to respond. Facilities: The room was well-equipped with amenities like a mini-fridge, coffee machine, water heater, safe, bathtub, and shower. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Environment: The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from Dali Port. The scenery is amazing, with lake-view rooms overlooking Erhai Lake. Service: The front desk staff were very friendly and patient, listened carefully to my questions, and answered quickly.

Vehicles are not allowed inside the ancient town, so typically, guesthouses will transport guests' luggage from the drop-off point to the accommodation, while guests walk to the guesthouse. However, this hotel arranged for guests to take the ancient town's sightseeing buggy, saving us a long walk. The hotel staff, both the ladies and gentlemen, were incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic. The overwater swing is a real highlight. The lovely lady at the front desk helped my wife get dressed in a beautiful flowing gown, and the gentleman staff member assisted with operating the swing. The hotel breakfast offered a Western buffet, a traditional nine-grid set meal, and à la carte options. The room was not only clean and beautiful but also thoughtfully detailed. Every staff member, even the cleaning ladies, was very warm and polite. We had a comfortable and pleasant day. This is a hotel that excels in its facilities, services, and overall quality. Highly recommended.

I just stayed at this homestay and I have to praise it! 🌿The environment is superb, the courtyard is like a small garden, with lush green plants and cute swings, it's very comfortable to sit on. You can overlook the mountains and rivers from the room window, the view is excellent, watch the clouds roll by during the day, and fall asleep with the moonlight at night, it's so healing~ 🛏️The room facilities are very attentive, the bedding is as soft as clouds, and the Marshall speakers play music, the atmosphere is full. There is also the built-in bathtub, taking a bath is comfortable, full of details💯 🍱The breakfast is an exquisite nine-square grid, rich and healthy, corn, buns, grains with milk, super satisfying, start a day full of energy~ The butler service is also very considerate, and any needs are responded to in seconds. This stay experience is great, I have recommended it to my friends, and I will stay here next time!

Summary: A very satisfying trip. This hotel is located near the Erhai Lake Greenway, offering beautiful scenery and a peaceful environment with fewer tourists. Parking is convenient, about 200 meters away. The greenway is perfect for cycling; you can reach the 'Most Beautiful Kilometer of Erhai' in about ten kilometers. Xizhou Ancient Town is also just a 2-kilometer bike ride away. Due to certain circumstances during our stay, the owner upgraded us to a courtyard room on the first floor of Building B. The room's amenities were excellent, and we even got to see the sunrise in the morning. Finally, the breakfast and afternoon tea, although not extensive in variety, were exquisite. Highly recommended.

I have higher requirements for accommodation and spend more time in hotels. I am the one who takes care of hotels when my friends and family travel, because I have pretty good taste in choosing hotels. This one is a no-brainer. External environment: As in the pictures in other reviews, there is no difference, so I didn’t take any extra photos. In the beautiful villa area, there is a garden path at the entrance, which is very romantic. Inside the room: The entrance to the room, as shown in Figure 1, is very beautiful. The bed looked out the window. I really like the feeling of this kind of bed. It is very cozy to snuggle in it. As shown in Figure 2. The outside of the balcony bed is shown in Figure 3. The weather was bad during the few days we were in Yunnan, it would have been beautiful if the sun had gone out. Especially highlighting the key points, I personally like this large washbasin mirror, which is facing the window and has great lighting for makeup! ! ! The regular breakfast in homestays was corn + sweet potato + egg + staple food + tomato. This is the most delicious breakfast I had in Yunnan. It was a complete plate. You can drive directly in and get on the car at the door, and it takes about 20 minutes to go to several pedestrian streets. It’s a two-minute drive to Sannei Ice Cream, which is delicious. Staying at Yunshang Tianlai was an excellent experience. The room was clean and well-equipped, and the 24-hour butler service was always available. The location is superb with stunning views, and the service was attentive and heartwarming. It offers outstanding value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Dali.

I wholeheartedly recommend the Hilton Dali, my stay this time was absolutely delightful from start to finish! The front desk staff were incredibly gentle and patient, explaining everything in detail and actively helping to coordinate any requests I had. Their service really impressed me. What truly surprised me was the hotel's intangible cultural heritage 'Jia Ma' printing experience, where the staff patiently guided us through the process. I booked a standard room, not an executive one, so it was a pleasant surprise to find out that the executive lounge offers à la carte options – that's a huge plus! The view from the 9th-floor lounge is absolutely stunning. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offer an unobstructed view of the entire Erhai Lake, with Cangshan Mountain, the villages, and the lake all visible. The atmosphere at sunset is just magical. If you visit Dali, you absolutely must make time to sit there for a while, feel the breeze, and take in the mountains and the sea – it's incredibly therapeutic and washes away all fatigue. Overall, both the service and the unique experiences were top-notch. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Dali!

I always give honest reviews, and I've stayed at many luxury brands before. Indigo is IHG's trendy, modern brand, comparable to W Hotels. The Indigo in Erhai is excellent. You open the window and there's Erhai Lake right there; it feels like you're floating on the lake even when you're in bed. That's an unbeatable feature. The service was fantastic. We happened to arrive at 9 AM with two rooms booked, and the hotel managed to get one of them ready for us right away, which is quite rare. At check-out, because we had a late flight, the hotel kindly extended our check-out time to 4:30 PM. I was truly touched. Since it was summer, breakfast was very busy, and after 9 AM, there was a queue, which is normal. However, upon entering, I saw the supervisor and staff genuinely hustling to speed things up, unlike the lazy attitudes you often encounter at many hotels. Guests can definitely feel that kind of dedication to service. The location is also very convenient, in the Xiaguan urban area, right next to Erhai Park. During peak season in Dali, getting a taxi can be chaotic and slow, so comfortably waiting for a ride on the first floor of the hotel, enjoying the breeze, was a really pleasant experience.

Cangshan No. 1 is a hotel with advanced concepts. The management model is a team of butlers who create a feeling of home for guests and think of everything in front of them. The environment is beautiful and beautiful, with swimming pools, white beaches, coconut trees... creating a different paradise. Every employee has a strong sense of priority and their service attitude is excellent, gentle and comfortable. Not only did he take the initiative to inquire, but he also introduced the characteristics and customs of the Bai people in a very thoughtful way. The room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable. Each room has its own bathing pool, dry and wet are separated, and even the toilet is fully automatic. Very clean! Breakfast and afternoon tea are richly prepared and have local characteristics. There is also a heart-warming evening sweet soup every night. My family and I felt that choosing Cangshan No. 1 for this trip was a great value!
