Amazing
GGuest UserIt was our first time staying at Hotel Villa Fontaine Premier Haneda Airport, as we usually stayed at the adjacent Villa Fontaine Hotel. The Premier property definitely feels more upscale and refined. Check-in was smooth and pleasant. Unlike the sister hotel next door, the front desk here is staffed with courteous and attentive personnel. Since we arrived before the official check-in time, we left our luggage with the staff and went shopping. Upon returning, our suitcases—and another one delivered by Yamato Transport—had already been brought up to our room, which was a very nice touch. We stayed in a Deluxe King River View room. It was spacious, with a large and comfortable bed, a generous washroom featuring a deep bathtub, and a long sofa by the window that was perfect for relaxing or having a quick meal. The air conditioning was quiet and efficient, and the overall room design felt modern yet cozy. The wardrobe wasn’t particularly large but sufficient for coats and travel clothes. We didn’t try the breakfast as we had an early flight at 7 AM, but the convenience store downstairs made it easy to pick up yogurt, fruits, and light snacks. Another charming feature was the aroma pouch-making station in the lobby, where guests can choose from several fragrances — it’s a small but thoughtful detail and a lovely souvenir idea. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel’s location couldn’t be more convenient, especially for travellers catching early flights — it took only about 10 minutes to reach our airline’s check-in counter after checking out. The hotel also provides easy access to Tokyo’s major shopping areas like Shibuya and Tokyo Station. We’ll certainly be back on our next visit to Haneda!

GGuest UserJust outside, you'll find a quiet commercial street. Conveniently, a supermarket is located diagonally opposite, open until 9 PM, and stocked with vegetables, fruits, pre-made meals, beverages, pastries, and daily essentials – perfect for meeting your basic needs. The breakfast is predominantly Western, offering a good selection of pastries, vegetable salads, and chicken breakfast sausages.

FFenmaoshiguanjunI've stayed at many Dormy Inn hotels, and this time I chose the Korakuen location in Tokyo. The facilities are consistent with other branches, and the hot spring is on the basement level, so there's no outdoor bath like some other locations. Breakfast was decent. I have two complaints, though. First, this hotel might be an old building renovation, as the elevators are incredibly slow; you have to wait ages every time. Second, at other Dormy Inn branches, you can self-check-in, but here, the front desk insisted we check in with them manually. Their efficiency was terrible; it wasted so much of our time and was slower than if we had done it ourselves. I really wonder what they're thinking sometimes!

GGuest UserAfter much deliberation, I chose this hotel for my trip. It's located in Higashi-Ginza, just a few minutes' walk from various subway stations, and a short stroll to the bustling Ginza shopping district – super convenient! There are also several convenience stores nearby. All in all, a pleasant Tokyo trip!

VvjongThe location is very good. Very close to subway, JR and Shinkansen. Many restaurants and shopping in the area including a very famous ramen downstairs. The room is clean and the onsen is as great as usual but a little small. Another issue is there is only 1 lift so it could take time to wait for lift. I did not enjoy the free ramen at night but I have no reason to question its quality! Overall, great value for money!

YYixiaojiejieThe hotel is very close to Sunshine City and not far from the subway station. It's located on a side street, so it's relatively quiet. The room facilities are complete, and the bathroom and shower are separated (wet and dry). However, the room size is a bit small. On the fifteenth floor, there's a reading room, laundry room, and hot springs, along with a microwave. You can pick up combs and other amenities on the first floor. The breakfast buffet in the morning is extensive, and the hotel service is also good.

EEdviThe toilet flushing system gives a very bad smell for days. The room corners and doors actually have a lot of dust on it. Poor cleaner limited time n nan power Hope they can improve on clearing the dust - basin shelf areas, toilet door, near mirror. The 2 pillows are too flat and my neck was in pain for some days in the mornings. But all the rest of service, onsen and night snack made up for it. The breakfast is almost the same every morning - please change the chicken meatball dish, it's not nice. The eel rice was initially ok but after eating for few days, i can't eat for a week. Changed to eat clear porridge better. Wish they can be clear which omelette has mushrooms or not - love the ones with mushrooms. A lady who works night shift came to my room to help me with my rubbish as i didn't need them to come into my room when i was unwell so i put the no cleaning magnet but she went the extra mile beyond cleaning hours to help me throw my rubbish. For the toothbrush n paste set, for those staying for a week, we don't need so many toothbrush but the paste more. But had to take 2-3 sets which is not environmental friendly due to the toothbrushes that come together.

DDylan.AsiaTo justify the higher pricing for super hotel premium, I think in deed It’s more premium style, especially the lightning and the design of the lobby and the hallway. - The hot spring public bath is 硫磺 - provide one time use v-c serum, aroma body oil, etc at the lobby. - free alcoholic drinks from 5-8pm, coffee from 2-9pm Great place to work The hotel it’s also fairly new and the location itself honestly is not the best compared to other hotels nearby Staff were extremely polite, very traditional Japanese style.

YyifengtsubasaThis hotel has a strong Japanese character. Its location behind Senso-ji Temple means the route from the subway station can be a bit inconvenient for travelers with luggage. Aside from that, everything else about our stay was excellent, including the in-house dining, room facilities and ambiance, the on-site bathhouse, and the convenience to local restaurants and attractions.

GGuest UserVery expensive for what you get. Our room was 12sqm and bathroom 2m x 1m - and the rate was twice the price of our Ginza accommodation which was significantly better and was in the heart of Ginza. There was no water in the room and you had to fill up a water bottle from a dispenser on a different floor, waiting 10min for the lift to arrive The onsen was good and the staff were very very attentive, but unfortunately didn’t make up for how disappointing the room was.
