Amazing
GGuest UserIt's a shame I only stayed one night at this hotel; the hot springs and facilities were absolutely amazing! It was so relaxing to gaze at the stars and the moon in the outdoor hot spring. The room was also very spacious, and breakfast was excellent. Overall, it was a fantastic experience! I'll definitely consider staying here again for my next layover.

YYangmiemieaichilingshiMy stay at the Dormy Inn Premium Ginza Natural Hot Spring was excellent overall, even exceeding my expectations. The location in Ginza is perfect – bustling enough for shopping and dining, yet quiet and peaceful when you return to the hotel at night. The highlight was definitely the hot spring. After a long day of exploring, a soak completely relaxed me and melted away all the fatigue. They also offer complimentary ramen in the evening, which was surprisingly good and a nice little bonus. The room wasn't huge, but it was clean, tidy, and fully functional with great attention to detail. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk and staff were all very pleasant and responsive to any questions, which made me feel very secure. It's the kind of hotel you'll remember after one stay. I'd highly recommend it for anyone visiting Ginza or central Tokyo next time!

GGuest UserLocation is good, not far from Okachimachi station and surrounded by many restaurants. Bed was hard and pillow was very thin and hard. There was no cleaning service during the stay, new towels were put in front of the room in the morning.

1118183****This is my second time staying at Dormy Inn, and the hot springs, ramen, Yakult, and ice cream are still available. However, the service is truly disappointing. Since my check-in day happened to be my birthday, I emailed the hotel to inquire about a possible room upgrade, but received no response. When I asked about the unanswered email during check-in, the first English-speaking staff member seemed dismissive. Then, a Chinese-speaking receptionist told me that even for a birthday, they only offer a small card and nothing else. Alright, I guess I had high hopes. They directly gave me a corner room where the window opened up to a wall. I stayed for four nights. On the morning of the third day, I explicitly requested housekeeping, but when I returned, only the towels had been replaced; even the trash can wasn't emptied. Because I used a Trip.com voucher, the price was discounted. If this is why the service was poor, I hope the platform and the hotel can communicate better. If they can't handle promotions, they shouldn't offer them. Am I being discriminated against for using a voucher, or is it because I'm Chinese? The breakfast was overpriced and low quality. When I asked a staff member if they had wasabi, they said no. Can you believe that? In the room, you can't even tell if it's sunny or rainy outside. Judge for yourself.

EEdviThe toilet flushing system gives a very bad smell for days. The room corners and doors actually have a lot of dust on it. Poor cleaner limited time n nan power Hope they can improve on clearing the dust - basin shelf areas, toilet door, near mirror. The 2 pillows are too flat and my neck was in pain for some days in the mornings. But all the rest of service, onsen and night snack made up for it. The breakfast is almost the same every morning - please change the chicken meatball dish, it's not nice. The eel rice was initially ok but after eating for few days, i can't eat for a week. Changed to eat clear porridge better. Wish they can be clear which omelette has mushrooms or not - love the ones with mushrooms. A lady who works night shift came to my room to help me with my rubbish as i didn't need them to come into my room when i was unwell so i put the no cleaning magnet but she went the extra mile beyond cleaning hours to help me throw my rubbish. For the toothbrush n paste set, for those staying for a week, we don't need so many toothbrush but the paste more. But had to take 2-3 sets which is not environmental friendly due to the toothbrushes that come together.

MmaywwThe room wasn't big, but it was clean and tidy. My mom wasn't feeling well, and they still let us have a late check-out, which was really nice of them. It's super close to Kasuga Station, and there are tons of places to eat nearby. I'd definitely stay there again!

GGuest UserIn my opinion, Manyo Toyosu truly deserves a 5-star rating, although I am not sure of its official star ranking. Upon entering the 7th-floor lobby for check-in, you are required to take off your shoes and carry them in the cloth bags provided. This makes it feel just like being at home. You don't need to wear shoes at all once you are inside the hotel and across all the floors where services are provided. Also, they have Tokyo Banana, Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory, and several other brands that tourists often look for, though I forgot the rest. And of course, the onsen is a must-try if you come here.

GGuest UserOnyado Nono's quality is consistently reliable across all its branches. This particular one, located in bustling Asakusa, is incredibly convenient for travelers. The hotel is just a short walk behind the temple, with numerous food stalls and supermarkets nearby. One of the supermarkets even has a 24-hour basement food section, which is incredibly convenient! The only minor drawback is that, being in a popular tourist area, the streets can get a bit noisy at night.

GGuest UserI really wanted to love this hotel, but it fell flat in several ways. What I didn’t like: The twin room is tiny—shockingly small—and there’s no tub, which is odd given the “onsen” branding. The onsen itself isn’t worth the hype. It’s very small and almost always crowded, so it doesn’t feel relaxing at all. The hotel uses central air per floor, meaning your room temperature depends on what other guests want. You can end up freezing at 2 a.m. with zero control. Location isn’t great. It’s farther from the train stations than advertised, and you feel it after long days exploring. They gave me a hard time about letting my friend come up to my room just to drop off her bags while we went on a side trip. Small gripe, but the toilet was disappointing for Tokyo—cold seat, no automatic features. My hotel in China had a fully automated heated seat that opened when you walked in, so this felt like a downgrade. What was good: 7-Eleven is right outside the door, super convenient. Cute coffee shop about a block away. Staff were friendly and tried to be helpful. Overall: Not a great stay. I wish I had booked somewhere with better room comfort, easier transportation access, and more nightlife around. I wouldn’t choose this property again.

AAorigThe hotel's location is super convenient for finding food. Ueno Ameyoko is right outside, with many seafood and beef bowl restaurants. It's just a few minutes' walk to Okachimachi Station, and there are plenty of authentic izakayas and yakitori spots tucked away nearby. You'll never have to worry about finding something to eat at night.
