Amazing
GGuest UserThis hotel is located on the second floor of Haneda Airport Terminal 3. You can see the signs directly after exiting international arrivals. The facilities are new, and the room size is adequate. The river view rooms offer great sunset views. There's an outdoor hot spring bath. The mini-bar is free and well-stocked. Breakfast is à la carte, with a choice of Japanese or Western style, and it's quite delicious. Shopping and dining are convenient. It's perfect for catching an early flight.

HHaoxianghaoxiangnvxiaDidn't expect to find such a great value-for-money hotel in Tokyo Bay. I was attending an exhibition in Odaiba, and it was just a 3-stop ride on the Yurikamome Line, then a 2-minute walk from the station exit on the same level to the hotel lobby. The hotel's main selling point is definitely the Tokyo Bay city night view. Even the hot spring on the 14th floor faces Tokyo Bay. The room size was adequate, but the cleanliness was a bit lacking, with noticeable dust accumulation in several spots. There are some restaurants directly opposite in Senkyaku Banrai.
Also, during my 3-night stay, bottled water was only provided for two days. There was no water on the day I checked in, which was probably an oversight by housekeeping.
DDenise LoThis is the best value for money hotel in the heart of GINZA n the only hotel in heart of Tokyo w/real Onsen water Bath! Imagine we don’t need to travel for 1hr to go go hotspring area! Also service is amazing. Male Manager Takano (sorry spelling may be wrong) is so polite n helpful n English is perfect. Love the cute terraces w/plants

EEdviThe toilet flushing system gives a very bad smell for days. The room corners and doors actually have a lot of dust on it. Poor cleaner limited time n nan power
Hope they can improve on clearing the dust - basin shelf areas, toilet door, near mirror. The 2 pillows are too flat and my neck was in pain for some days in the mornings. But all the rest of service, onsen and night snack made up for it. The breakfast is almost the same every morning - please change the chicken meatball dish, it's not nice. The eel rice was initially ok but after eating for few days, i can't eat for a week. Changed to eat clear porridge better. Wish they can be clear which omelette has mushrooms or not - love the ones with mushrooms. A lady who works night shift came to my room to help me with my rubbish as i didn't need them to come into my room when i was unwell so i put the no cleaning magnet but she went the extra mile beyond cleaning hours to help me throw my rubbish. For the toothbrush n paste set, for those staying for a week, we don't need so many toothbrush but the paste more. But had to take 2-3 sets which is not environmental friendly due to the toothbrushes that come together.

GGuest UserReally enjoy my stay here, the location is unbeatable since it's walking distance to many metro lines, the staffs are very friendly and accommodating, the onsen is also very clean, the juice bar in the morning and bar in the evening were also great touches. There is only one elevator but I didn't find it to be a deal breaker, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

MmtmlCleaning is chargeable at 1.5k yen per clean. Otherwise no cleaning whatsoever - but they do give you new towels and a trash bag daily (hung on your door knob).
Breakfast is pretty cute and homely - I liked it when I tried it at a different province, so I rebooked dormy inn.
They have a luggage scale at level 2, so very convenient if you have been shopping like crazy. The shopping street around the area is pretty interesting, and I love uneo park.
However, some pretty strange stuff during my stay:
1. They insisted on entering my room for an ”inspection” but didn't specify why. When I called to ask, they said it was a bedframe inspection. As a solo female traveler my preference is not to let random people into my room, especially if they're not going to clean after these external people enter, but reception said they couldn't wait until my stay was over a few days later. When I came back to the room, my blanket was shifted and untucked entirely from one side, and my electronics were moved around.
2. A bug appeared on my sink mirror, so I gave feedback to the hotel staff as mini bugs means there's more bugs, and suggested that they fumigate. They said ”oh... sorry” suddenly all proceeded to look away from me and pretend I didn't exist, which was super weird treatment, and very rude lol. I didn't even ask them to change my room, the point is that these bugs are likely to have infestations, and if I came back in another trip to this hotel, I would not like to see more. They didn't even bother asking me what floor I was on, so 100% they don't seem to have any intention of dealing with this. Very weird and poor behaviour - I think it was too much to expect Onyado Nono service in Dormy Inn, so I don't think I will come back.

GGuest UserThis hotel is super convenient! It's just a 3-minute walk from Ariake Station on the Yurikamome Line. However, walking to Odaiba Gundam takes about 35 minutes, so it's best to take the Yurikamome Line there. The hotel's 6th floor is connected to the mall's 5th floor (the Sky Spa is right at the connection point), so you don't even need a coat to go for a meal (on the 5th floor) or shopping (there's a great fresh food supermarket on the 1st floor) – super comfortable!
BBaochudeUKONOWFacilities: Excellent! It comes with its own hot spring, including two indoor pools, a sauna, and one outdoor pool. Everything is exceptionally clean, and the staff frequently comes in to tidy up.
Cleanliness: Spotless. You won't find a single strand of hair.
Ambiance: Great! The area around Ikebukuro is lively, but the hotel itself is very quiet.
Service: Wonderful, with meticulous attention to detail.

Very Good
GGuest UserGreat traditional Japanese hotel with a spa like feel. Everything about this hotel is awesome!
They cleaned our room everyday and replenished the towels too. Room was a good size for a Ryokan style hotel and the 18th floor onsen is beautiful with a great view over the city. Highly recommend!

WWanderlust Y AventurasIt was a small but lovely hotel. You take your shoes off at the beginning and walk without shoes. At night they have free ramen which was delicious and their morning breakfast was crazy good.
The hotel is a little older but it was clean. And all the amenities and it’s location make this place so worth it.
