"The landlady is very nice and she helped us every time we needed transfer to Disney or to metro. It’s very close to Disney like 1km away and in village where all other guest houses are, (tho i think this one was the most good looking) she upgraded our room and let us late checkout for free, breakfast was limited but clean and tasty traditional Chinese breakfast. It was quiet, nice place and we had really good time and comfortable stay, one of the evenings we spent in nice rooftop balcony having some beer and snacks! Recommended!"

"I visited Qianyun after looking at dozens of places in the area. I wanted to be away from typical city area, have a bathtub and nice outdoor area, and with easy access to Shanghai Disneyland. Qianyun met all those requirements and more! The location was immediately very serene and surrounded by forest, but still easy to access lots of waimai food delivery options. They were also very kind and proactive about sharing information about local restaurants and activities, and provide a breakfast and evening fruit every day. They offer free car transport to Disneyland, and I was excited to use this service but I ended up enjoying my time at the hotel so much that I opted to stay and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere instead! The hotel pets are so friendly - within five minutes the little cat Banban was on my lap and purring. The room itself is decorated very nicely with all the amenities you need. The bathtub inside is very comfortable and I loved the outdoor hot spring tub as well. The attention to hygiene is very highly emphasized and I was impressed with how clean and luxurious everything felt. I will definitely visit again and recommend to anyone hoping to have a convenient getaway from the city, or who would like to be near to Disneyland Resort while also experiencing a more peaceful area and for a good economical value and high quality service! "We stayed at this hotel because of its proximity to Disneyland, which was very convenient for our trip. They picked up us from hotel to Disneyland and also back to hotel after Disneyland. The location is great, and the staff was attentive and helpful. However, the room we were initially assigned had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which was a downside. Fortunately, when we reported the issue, the staff quickly offered us an alternative room, which we really appreciated. I would recommend that the hotel take extra care to prevent this from happening to other guests. Overall, we had a good experience, but the hotel could improve in ensuring rooms are always fresh and odor-free."

"Had a great stay at Shanghai Qiyu Hotel. The hotel is very nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. One of the best things is the location it is very near to Shanghai Disneyland, which made everything much easier and more convenient. Great choice if you are planning to visit Disney. The bathroom has a curtain for privacy and features a wet/dry separation. The hairdryer is high-speed, which I really appreciated as drying long hair can be such a hassle. The TV is a Xiaomi brand – I don't know the exact size, but it was plenty big. What's even better is that it comes with a Xiaomi TV membership, so you can watch videos from various platforms and even screen mirror your devices. Huge thumbs up! **Excellent Staff Service:** 1. After booking, before check-in, the staff called and added me on WeChat to confirm the check-in time. Any questions we had afterward were quickly answered via WeChat. 2. The front desk staff provided exceptional service. Our Starlight Room was on the 3rd floor, and our luggage was quite heavy. He effortlessly helped us carry our bags up and down in a flash – truly commendable! 👍 3. It was late August, peak summer in Shanghai, with temperatures feeling like 36°C. The staff had thoughtfully turned on the AC in our room before we arrived, which was a welcome relief! 4. On the second day, our pre-arranged shuttle was arriving soon, leaving us no time for breakfast. The staff went above and beyond by packing up our breakfast for us to eat on the way. 5. Due to our packed schedule, I completely forgot to request room cleaning and replenishment of toiletries. To my pleasant surprise, I received a proactive message from the staff inquiring if we needed anything while we were out. Two big thumbs up! 👍👍"

"It was a really interesting experience because I booked a room with private pool and there was no pool at all. I finally understood from the staff that its just a name but there was never a pool. The host lady was extremely helpful and nice, especially when we needed a taxi to book because the hotel is 45 minutes by car from Shanghai and there is no public transport easy to catch. The room was really ample and spotless clean with everything you need. The Chinese breakfast was very tasty."

"I stayed in a tatami terrace twin room. The weather has been great these days. The sun shines into the terrace room. Open the curtains and you will see the swimming pool and garden. The B&B also has a public restaurant with a French pastoral style. There is plenty of sunshine and a wide view. It is perfect for weekend afternoon tea! I brought my children here and met many friends and played board games together. The lively atmosphere of the weekend B&B was so relaxing! It is recommended that sisters who usually go out for afternoon tea can go there!"
