"I recently stayed at this hotel and was incredibly satisfied with the overall service experience! From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff made a great impression. They not only checked me in quickly but also enthusiastically provided information about the hotel's facilities and local attractions. I especially want to thank the staff who helped me with my luggage; they were genuinely warm and proactively assisted me with my heavy bags, even accompanying me to my room. It made me feel very cared for and comfortable. During my stay, whenever I needed any assistance, the hotel staff responded quickly. Whether it was for dining recommendations or other requests, their professionalism and friendly attitude always made me feel right at home."

"Booked this for an early flight out. We were rather surprised with how lux the hotel look and feel. Was warmly welcomed by the staff there and helping with the luggage. Reception staff(sorry didn't get his name) was very friendly and offered a free room upgrade, he patiently explained in detail about the shuttle service to airport and even help to suggest what time i should be down to the lobby accordingly to my flight time. I'm really very pleased with the service. Room was excellent and facing the airport. Upgraded room had a long sofa by the window which comfortably cater to our need of resting in our own space. If the only thing i was pleased about, it would be the pillow. Was expecting a memory pillow instead of the normal pillow for better sleep. Hence i didn't really rest well. But this is all just personal. Supper was also provided and i had this cute bowl of wanton on this cold night. The kitchen staffs are equally friendly! Keep up the good customer service!"

"The rooms are clean, facilities are new, and the staff is very welcoming. You can tell they genuinely want to provide excellent service to every guest. They offer airport shuttle service twice an hour, which is incredibly convenient. If you're driving, you can park here (they have a huge parking lot) and then take the subway into Beijing. The breakfast is clean and tasty; I recommend the steamed buns, noodles, and wontons. It's only 38 per person, and kids eat free. There's an indoor gym, but I'd suggest adding a pair of adjustable dumbbells and a weight bench. Coming from the hotel industry myself, it's truly impressive how well this hotel provides service, given its location and current clientele. Keep up the good work! I saw some negative reviews online before coming, but it seems they've addressed all those issues. Finally, the price is very reasonable. I hope it doesn't increase too much during peak season."

"The location is fantastic, very close to Tiananmen Square and Wangfujing. From the 8th floor, you can overlook the entire Forbidden City all the way to Jingshan Park. Yesterday I saw the sunset, and today I witnessed a snow scene, which was absolutely beautiful. Service: The staff (both male and female) were all great, very enthusiastic and polite. On my first night, I encountered small wontons being served around 8 PM, and it seemed like porridge was available throughout the evening. However, the cleanliness was truly a bit disgusting."

"This is my second stay at this hotel. It's not far from the Capital Airport and offers a shuttle service, making transportation very convenient. The rooms are exquisitely decorated and have excellent soundproofing, with earplugs provided on the bedside table to ensure a good night's sleep. The service team is well-trained; they asked about our needs and arranged an ideal room for us. The room decor was warm and elegant, with attention to detail, and the bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin. The staff were polite and attentive, and the shuttle driver and other service personnel made us feel very well taken care of. The room also had a fruit plate, and after 8 PM, there was warm congee available. Breakfast was exquisite and varied, catering to all tastes. I'll definitely stay here again for my next layover."

"The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to transportation and many dining options nearby. The room was clean, and the bedding was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was also convenient. They offer wake-up calls and airport shuttle services."

"I spent a long time choosing a hotel for my business trip, as I was arriving late at night and wanted to ensure a comfortable sleep. Unfortunately, I was woken up by the cold due to an air conditioning issue. I was told there was a malfunction that night. My plans changed unexpectedly, so I extended my stay for another night. Although the first night was definitely not great, after I reported it to the hotel, both the staff and management responded quite quickly and resolved the AC problem promptly. Thankfully, I had a much better rest on the second night. I noticed the hotel opened in 2024, and while the exterior looks decent, the interior facilities still need improvement; the bed was too hard. On the plus side, the airport shuttle service and the staff's attitude were quite pleasant, so I would still recommend it."

"The best option to spend time between the flights at Daxing Airport. And it is surprisingly vast hotel of lots of rooms. It is pretty nice and comfortable room. But take into account that there is no cutlery and a shower itself is rather small and water would splash every corner within it."

She thoughtfully assigned me a quiet room, clearly explained the breakfast timing and location for the following day, and detailed the complimentary airport shuttle service! The duty manager perfectly epitomized what 'five-star service' truly means. She's not just the face of the hotel; she's instrumental in making guests feel reassured, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. I highly recommend this hotel; I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!"

"The location was good. Taxi stops completely not so far away from the hotel. The walk was Ok even with 4 luggages. Breakfast was good (seafood, chicken, pork with veggies, dumplings, croissants, mooncakes, coffee, tea, yogurt). Though, like almost everywhere in China, the taste of fried pork was in all dishes (I guess the oil that is used in cooking is the thing). The territory is nice, the rooms are pretty as well. But be aware that it’s very cold in winter. It was even impossible to take a shower. On the second day the staff increased the temperature till 30*. It was still very very cold, we slept dressed in sweaters😅. It’s worth mentioning that we always returned late and fatigue so we forgot to complain upon the room temperature. So, maybe it could be solved. I guess it should be warmer if you stay in the main building. In the summer the stay must be way better."
