Grand Hyatt Beijing at Oriental Plaza
"The service at Grand Hyatt Beijing truly warmed my heart! The handsome Cartier at the front desk not only proactively added me on WeChat but also provided incredibly thoughtful follow-up care for our stay—fresh fruit was already waiting for us on the table when we arrived in our room. Checking out was a breeze; I just had to confirm my details at the front desk, and it was done in minutes, no waiting at all. They even asked about my experience during checkout. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Beijing!"

UrCove by HYATT Beijing Forbidden City
"Apart from the renovation which we were told beforehand, the room we had was dark (probably because it was a windowless room), humid, aircon wasn’t strong but they provided a fan. Could smell urine even with the toilet seat covered, toilet door was closed, to a point that i was awaken by the foul smell. Had to spray perfume to have it barely covered. Ventilation was super bad. Cons aside, service was good, fridge in room had free drinks. Would recommend to book a window room if you had to even though friend that stayed in the window room said it was bad too. There’s a mall few minutes walk away which was a plus. Good view on the reception floor too."
Prime Hotel Wangfujing (The Forbidden City)
"The hotel was very grand and checking in was fast, the room is spacious and the bed was comfortable except I find the sliding door for the wash area is quite difficult to slid and got stuck. I would like to comment the front desk staff Mr Gary was very helpful and attentive to us during our stay and also the conceirge staffs was very helpful and informative.Housekeeping was also very attentive. Overall a very pleasant stay and thanks to all the staff ."

RIGHT HOTEL Jinsong Subway Station Panjiayuan Antique City
"Great Location & High Cost-Performance! I had a wonderful 2-night stay here. The hotel is located in a very convenient area, just a short walk to the subway station, making it super easy to explore Beijing. The Japanese-Style Tatami room was clean, cozy, and well-designed. The staff were helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. It offers great value for money. Highly recommended for travelers looking for a convenient and budget-friendly place to stay!"

"The room was clean and tidy, and the twin room was quite spacious, which was a great experience. They even gave us a souvenir when we checked out, which was a thoughtful touch."
Manxin Mansion Beijing Xiushuihu Hot Spring
"The service and quality were excellent. They helped us with our luggage when we checked in and even gave us a souvenir when we left, which was incredibly thoughtful. The breakfast was noteworthy, a perfect blend of Chinese and Western cuisine, and very rich. The living environment truly embodies the Suzhou garden style. The hot springs nourish the body, and the ethereal music soothes the soul – we truly experienced the essence of 'Manxin'. In the evening, there was even a light and fountain show, a poetic dwelling that perfectly blends classical and modern elements. The complimentary photography service was also a pleasant surprise. All in all, it was a truly wonderful stay. Just one small suggestion: the guzheng in the garden needs to be tuned regularly, as many people love and are skilled at playing it, which would encourage more interaction and performances."
Beijing Snowboard Homestay (Huairou River Fangkou Great Wall)
"The inside of the house is okay, but there is really nothing outside. We booked a double bed room, but when we arrived, we were told that someone else had moved into the room we had booked and gave us a twin room. There was really nothing in that place. There was no comb, there was no place to put food aside after dinner, and the toys outside were all covered in dust. There was also a dog that howled in the middle of the night, making it so noisy that people couldn't sleep. It was so expensive, I really will never go there again. No, I will never stay in famous hotels again."
Guoce International Conference and Exhibition Center Hotel
"I have stayed at this hotel a night. I have contacted with someone and talked for 9 minutes about scheduled a shuttle bus with the phone number at Trip.com a day ago we arrived. But there was happened several things as shown below, 1. There was no one were waiting for us at the Arrival area of the airport. 2. Then we find the information desk of the Beijing Capital International airport to ask her to call to the hotel. The phone number was the same number was talking yesterday. But the reception of that hotel was now nothing about we are arriving and told her that the shuttle bus after 8:00 PM will be 100 RMB. 3. I was confused and cached taxi, so it was only 20 RMB distance. Also the taxi driver was trying to have more money. So I gave him 30 RMB. 4. The reception of that hotel was completely nothing understand in English and seemed have no possibility to discuss about this happen. Also didn't explain us anything about breakfast time, wifi password, dining places, working time of swimming pool and sauna, also shuttle bus to the airport. 5. We have arrived at 8:30 PM, and we needed to have dinner and asked a guy from hotel about where to find restaurant and he called us a taxi and told us will be call a taxi for us, so we changed our Wechat addresses. Then the guy wrote us to catch a taxi yourselves from the street. Then restaurants cashier said no to us to call a taxi. 6. So we go out and show the hotel address to several taxies, but no one knows that address. So we walked and luckily asked a taxi who tried hard to find the hotel address and found it after long time find thought applications. But the taxi asked us much more money to take us to the hotel. But that was only 10 min drive distance. 7. I called to the room service which is pushed 0 from room phone, and a lady who was speaking in English said their manager will contact me back when I told her about shuttle bus didn't arrive. Then there are no ones contacted me back. 8. I have talked with another guy who was speaking English when I get my room, with a phone of the guy who let us to our room, he said that the swimming pool and massage will be start at 10:00 AM in the morning, but it was opened 8:00 AM when I come to the swimming pool and SPA. So I wondered why customer service of this hotel working so poor. But the hotel and room was nice, but the customer service is so poor seemed for me. I just wanted to write about this for other hotel guests to be careful. Thanks, Best regards,"

"Great location, right next to the subway, which is why I often choose this place. The surrounding area is also lovely, and the night view is beautiful. The room was neat and clean, very good! They even have late-night snacks, which is a nice touch!"
Capital Hotel(the Forbidden City,Tiananmen)
"Facilities: It's an old hotel, definitely a bit dated, but very grand. Cleanliness: The cleaning was meticulous, but the towels were also quite old, and the dried bedding had a faint smell of wool. Environment: The public areas are spacious and great for taking photos. Service: The staff were quite enthusiastic, maintaining the standard of a well-established five-star hotel. Location: The location is excellent; you can walk to Tiananmen Square. It's also very convenient to take Line 8 to the Bird's Nest for a Mayday concert. You don't need to worry about safety in the surrounding area, even if you return late. Different rooms offer views of either the Forbidden City or the Temple of Heaven."
Orientino Executive Apartments Beijing
"The apartment is decent, but I haven't received my invoice yet. I hope this can be resolved quickly."
Grand Hotel Beijing(the Forbidden City,Tiananmen)
"The Grand Hotel Beijing has a very upscale and elegant interior, and the food at the Zijin Restaurant is delicious. However, the breakfast is a bit overpriced and not worth it. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely consider returning if I have the chance."

China World Summit Wing, Beijing
"The Cloud Hotel offers spacious rooms with high ceilings, bright interiors, and elegant decor. Our suite featured a living room, bedroom, and bathroom, with the latter (including the shower and walk-in closet) being almost as large as the bedroom itself, creating a sense of openness. The layout was well-designed, with clear distinctions between areas and excellent wet/dry separation. Choosing a west-facing room allowed us to overlook the main city, with faint glimpses of the Forbidden City's yellow roofs, Beihai Park's white pagoda, and Ritan Park's green lawns. It was a visual feast to enjoy the sunset and truly relax. The service was attentive and responsive to all our requests. The location is also excellent, right next to China World Mall, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient."
Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Hotel (Beijing Panjiayuan Fangzhuang Subway Station)

The Peninsula Beijing
"For the past two years, every time I've come to Beijing, I've chosen The Peninsula. I absolutely love everything about it – from the location and brand reputation to the service, breakfast, room amenities, and bedding. This time, I had the pleasure of being assisted by MT Jupiter, whose passion and thoughtful, attentive service truly elevated my experience at The Peninsula even further. Looking forward to seeing you again next year!"
Pan Pacific Beijing(Near Tian‘anmen square and Forbidden City)
"Facilities: The rooms are well-equipped and spacious. Hygiene: Clean. Service: Very good."
The PuXuan Hotel and Spa
"The PuXuan Hotel isn't one of those places that immediately wows you, but like an aged Pu'er tea, it gets better and more appealing the longer you stay. The location is truly excellent – right at No. 1 Wangfujing Street, with the Line 8 subway entrance directly outside. It's only about a ten-minute walk to the East Gate of the Forbidden City and Jingshan Park, and the National Art Museum of China is next door. From the room, when you open the curtains, you can see the outline of Wanchun Pavilion in Jingshan Park. Those few minutes at sunset when the rooftops are bathed in golden light are perfect for simply standing by the window and zoning out. The rooms are around 50 square meters, featuring a Loewe TV, GESSI bathroom fixtures, and 'Shang Xia' furniture (Hermès' sub-brand), all exuding quality that holds up to close inspection. The mini-bar is refilled daily for free, which is a very generous touch. The one-Michelin-starred Fu Chun Ju is definitely worth a dedicated meal – the Shiqi roast pigeon has crispy skin, tender meat, and is full of juice, and the drunken shrimp has a wonderfully authentic Shaoxing wine aroma. As a guest, having the front desk help with reservations is far more convenient than waiting in line outside. What's most touching are the small details: a handwritten weather card placed by the bed during turndown service. The PuXuan seamlessly blends Eastern aesthetics into every detail, not ostentatiously, but with genuine care everywhere you look. Finding such a truly relaxing sanctuary in the bustling Wangfujing area is quite rare."
