"We are really glad that we chose this hotel for our stay in Kunming. The rooms are tastefully decorated in authentic local style. Beautiful in all angles. The breakfast was also beautifully prepared and tasted great. We enjoyed our complimentary tea and sweet dessert too. The hotel also was very attentive to our needs and changed our broth for the rice noodle to a vegetarian broth to suit our halal requirement. Really enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend it to others."

TTee RayyJust needed a place to crash for a few hours before my early flight. I didn't have a net as my phone didn't support esim so I took a risk. Landed late at Kunming airport, a young Chinese lady helped me to phone the hotel to arrange airport pick up. The hotel understood the assignment, and my photo was sent to the hotel and ws forwarded to the driver. I was picked up from the suggested spot and got dropped at the hotel. Everything went so smoothly I still can't believe it. The hotel has a huge chinnes signage, which i assumed was the hotel name. Very tiny name in English, so be aware that if you can't read chineese, you may miss it. So, check-in was quite stressful as the receptionist took a longer time inquiring about my travel itinerary than the immigration officer at the airport. She asked me several times when I first entered china flipping through my passport for my past chineese entry visa. Ultimately, she had to call her male colleague from the office. After a long conversation between them, by then, I was about to collapse with exhaustion, and my patience was about to run out, I was handed the room key..phew. The receptionist was polite throughout. She also arranged an airport shuttle for the morning. The room was spacious and clean, linen was crisp, and ac was strong. There were complementary tea bags and two bottles of water. Lovely toiletries. Check out was smooth, airport shuttle was ready, reception even made take away breakfast which wasn't expected. I would definitely stay, and you all should not hesitate to book this hotel if you need a hotel near the airport.By the airport shuttle is complimentary too.

GGuest UserIt was a great stay. The villa's own hot spring was perfect. The pool was large and could be filled with water twice. Birthday decorations were also arranged for the children?
The staff had a sense of service and would actively provide help. The staff of the public hot spring were also very enthusiastic. The hotel's housekeeper responded to every request and even sent bath towels to the designated pool, saving us from soaking for a long time and getting our bathrobes wet. Breakfast was eaten in the Western restaurant by the infinity pool. The scenery was great. The staff would actively ask about our needs and always serve with a smile. Thumbs up.
I deducted a few points for the room design. One of the two bedrooms was relatively small, with a bed of only 1.5 meters, and there was only one bathroom, which was not very convenient. The outdoor space was amazing, with a hot spring pool, swings, pavilions, and grass.
By the way, the buffet at the hot spring center was great. It was only 68, but it was delicious and full of Yunnan flavor. This Kunming person had a great time.

FFirman LOne thing I like about this hotel is that it is not crowded with people, front desk is very responsive and they try their utmost best to please their guests.
Had a restful sleep and pleased that I was able to get hot showers. Didn't try their breakfast at their level 9 restaurant as they mentioned only certain days they have halal breakfast.
No in room fridge but there are convenience stores nearby, at night there are fruit sellers along the road. There is a hospital nearby and a police post. Pharmacy nearby and quite please with the area.
Even though there are No Smoking Signs, other guest do smoke in the hotel. And low season means there are fewer guest so, lesser smokers there, which I am happy about.
They have self service laundry room with one washer and a separate dryer. Quite happy with that too.
Thank you front desk ladies for your service and for the breakfast packs given to us for our departure to the airport. Apologies for not able to take the airport transfer due to my Mother in Law's knees. Hope to see you all soon!

MM227739****It took me a few days to remember to leave a review, but for the price, this place offers great value for money. The airport pick-up service was especially fantastic! The driver was excellent, I'd give him ten stars! He was humorous, charming, and even helped us with our luggage. He also gave us tips on fun places to visit. In the morning, he prepared breakfast for each of us for the drop-off.

The front desk attendant was fantastic; she arranged for a sunny, quiet room with a view of Cuihu Park, which was just a short walk down the stairs. The surrounding area had plenty of dining and shopping options, and the hotel's soundproofing was excellent, so it was never noisy. The December weather in Kunming was perfect, not too hot and not too cold, so we decided to extend our stay by an extra day in a family room. Our child absolutely loved the small tent. The only minor drawback was that the floor in the family room could have been a bit cleaner; my child's socks would turn black after walking around.

GGuest UserWe touched down in Kunming at 2am and stayed overnight at Park Inn before catching our train to Lijiang the next day. The pickup service was free - after arriving at the airport, I called the hotel (via Trip.com internet call) and they gave me the driver’s WeChat to facilitate the pickup. The driver arrived within 20 min and sent us straight from the airport carpark to the hotel.
The hotel was reasonably clean for a night’s stay and everything worked well! The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The next morning we took a taxi to the train station, which took about 45 minutes. Overall an extremely convenient stay for those looking for a hotel near the airport!

It’s located right across the road from the Dianchi Lake and very close (within walking distance) to major tourist attractions in Kunming. This is a relatively small hotel with an elegant and relaxing ambiance. Rooms are beautifully furnished and very spacious. Breakfast is buffet style with plenty of delicious options. The hotel restaurant offers an extensive menu for lunch and dinner and is open nonstop till late hours in the evening. The food is excellent and very reasonably priced. In fact, we ate at the hotel restaurant all the time during our three-day visit in Kunming. Staff members are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place, especially for leisure travelers who want to stay in a quiet area and be close to tourist attractions.

AAnonymous UserFacilities: Very comprehensive, the front garden is lovely and well-maintained. The washing machine was convenient to use, the bed was extra large, and all the toiletries were provided.
Ambiance: Excellent! There were fresh flowers indoors, and the hotel is surrounded by many scenic spots, making it easy to get around. Rooms facing the street might be a bit noisy, but we were upgraded to a quieter room for free during the off-season, which was fantastic!
Service: Superb! The young lady at the front desk was humble and polite. Someone was even there for check-out at 6:30 AM, and they were always ready to help with anything we needed. The staff are dedicated and trustworthy.
